Who are Piemonte Calcio on FIFA 21, what does it mean and why are Juventus NOT in game?

FIFA 21 has landed – and EA Sports new offering is as addictive as ever.
The popular football title prides itself on an abundance of real-life licences, which include proper kits, faces and stadiums to help add to the experience.

But if you’re starting a career mode in Italy, you might be confused by the name Piemonte Calcio…
    Who are Piemonte Calcio?
The random team name are actually 36-time Serie A winners and Italian giants Juventus.
The name comes from Piedmont, the region with which Turin is in.
Meanwhile, Calcio is football in Italian.

Why are Juventus not in FIFA 21?
This is due to FIFA’s biggest rival Konami-created Pro Evolution Soccer holding exclusive rights to the team.
This means FIFA 21 will not be able to have any of the club’s badge or stadium listed on their game.
But unlike Piemonte Calcio, the players’ names and faces will be the real ones – so Cristiano Ronaldo will still be Cristiano Ronaldo on the game.
All ratings for Career Mode and eligibility in Ultimate Team will remain the same as in previous years.

In the past, FIFA 21 have had to call the Champions League and Serie A by other names due to not having those rights.
Where can I buy FIFA 21?
You can make your FIFA 21 pre-order at all major online and high-street game retailers.

Joshua posted a snap of himself alongside former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho on his story

The 30-year-old posted a number of clips on his Instagram of him playing football – including him meeting the Manchester United squad in 2017.
And ahead of the October 6 release date for FIFA 21, AJ has decided what he believes his stats should be in six areas.
Despite the max rating being 99, the WBA, WBO and IBF champion has given himself a physical rating of 110.
He has also listed his pace at 91, his passing at 89, his dribbling at 85 and his defensive stats maxed out at 99.

Joshua posted a clip of himself on his story scoring from the penalty spot, while also tucking an effort into the bottom corner during a kickabout.
And it was for that reason he decided to give himself 93 in shooting.
FIFA fans will be able to test Joshua’s skills and finishing in the upcoming video game.

FIFA 21 release best centre-back ratings with Virgil van Dijk and Sergio Ramos leading race but £85m Maguire missing out

VIRGIL VAN DIJK has been named the best defender on Fifa 21, as EA Sports reveal the best centre-backs on the latest edition of the popular football franchise.
The Liverpool superstar, 29, towers above all competition, being the only player of his position to achieve a 90 overall rating – with a defending statistic of 91.

The best defenders on FIFA 21

And while the list is packed with top defensive talent from around the world, there is no place for Manchester United’s £85million skipper Harry Maguire.
Real Madrid legend Sergio Ramos, 34, continues to belie his advancing years and is second best on the game with an 89 overall and 88 defending.
Kalidou Koulibaly, so often linked with Manchester City and United, then comes in at third place on 88, with a defensive rating of 89.
Aymeric Laporte, who Koulibaly would likely partner at the Etihad, is next on 87, as well Juventus superstar Giorgio Chiellini – despite the fact that the latter missed all-but four matches last season due to injury.

And Chiellini, 36, edges out his 26-year-old counterpart with 90 defending to Laporte’s 88.
Mats Hummels, Gerard Pique and Raphael Varane are clustered together on 86 – with the German having the best defensive rating.
New Chelsea star Thiago Silva, 36, who is expected to make his debut against Barnsley tonight, headlines a strong list of 85-rated players.
The Paris Saint-Germain legend is joined on that rating by the likes of Marquinhos, Matthijs de Ligt, Milan Skriniar, Clement Lenglet, Leonardo Bonucci, Toby Alderweireld and Diego Godin.

Van Dijk’s deserved recognition by FIFA 21 comes just days after Dutch legend Wim Kieft’s bizarre attack on his compatriot’s character.
Ex-Holland star Kieft, 57, told De Telegraaf: “He is not sharp, he behaves with the Oranje and Liverpool like the finished star, the great coaching leader, who shows a little too much that he does not like his fellow players.
“At the same time, he plays lazy and nonchalant himself. He makes mistakes and often runs away from defensive handiwork in matches.”
