Police sniffer dogs searched the £4million Cheshire mansion Maguire shares with fiancee Fern Hawkins and their two young daughters, but nothing was found.
The bomb threat came via email with the sender -who is thought to be an angry fan – suggesting an explosive device would be planted at the England international’s home.
