‘Club is shambles’ – Chelsea fans fume as third kit is leaked on FIFA 23 before being officially announced

CHELSEA fans are fuming after their third kit appeared to be leaked on FIFA 23 before being officially unveiled. Despite being well into the season, the Blues have still not released their new third strip.

Eager fans keen to see the kit now seem to have got a sneak peak thanks to one popular video game.
Ahead of FIFA 23’s traditional end of September release date, a few images of the game were leaked.
But in-game snaps of Chelsea have revealed their eye-catching gold kit, which has yet to be officially revealed.
The pictures showed an animated Kai Havertz and N’Golo Kante donning the alternate third kit.

The shirt and shorts are gold but also features a black and orange sleeve trim, black logos and white socks with a black-orange-black hoop.
Annoyed Chelsea fans took to social media as a club kit appeared to be leaked for the second time in recent years.
One said: “No wonder it’s nearly October and still haven’t released the third kit. Club is a shambles.”
    Another added: “We’re so unserious.”

A Blues fan also said: “We’ve come to a point where the club can’t be a***d to do the bare minimum.”
Some fans seemed to like the strip based on design, but one added that it was “just bizarre it’s not even been announced yet.”
FIFA 23 is set to be the final FIFA game after EA Sports ended their partnership with the footballing governing body earlier this year.
Last year Chelsea’s home and away kits were also leaked online ahead of time.
The blue home shirt with a white collar and all white away strip both split opinion among fans at the time.
Chelsea fans can look forward to finally seeing their gold kit in real life in the coming weeks.
The London club has six away trips in all competitions in October alone, with kit clashes for their games at Crystal Palace and Brighton guaranteed.
The match at Selhurst Park this weekend is set to be Graham Potter’s first in the Premier League as Blues boss. More

Watch FIFA 23 stadium chant ‘SIUUU’ as Cristiano Ronaldo performs trademark celebration for Man Utd

FANS of video game FIFA 23 have been sinking their teeth into the game after its release yesterday, and one feature in particular is catching gamers’ eyes – or rather ears. The latest edition of EA Sport’s popular game enables players to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the crowd when they score with Cristiano Ronaldo.

FIFA 23 has captured Ronaldo’s signature “Siuuu” celebration both visually and audially.
A video of the feature has been doing the rounds on social media.
It shows the Manchester United forward stepping up to take a penalty in the game.
He then scores it and wheels off in celebration to do the signature ‘Siuuu’.

But an extra added detail is the noise of the crowd celebrating with him.
This feature echoes real life when United fans – and even Scott McTominay – celebrated Ronaldo’s first goal of the season with an audible ‘Siuuu’ alongside the legendary attacker.
Ronaldo’s signature celebration originated in a friendly game against Chelsea while playing for Real Madrid in 2013.
The 37-year-old revealed: “Well, I was in the US and we played against Chelsea and I don’t know where it came from. I just scored and I went, ‘Siuuu!’

“But it was natural, to be honest.
“After that, I started doing it and I feel like the fans, when they see me they’re like ‘Siuuu’ and I was like, ‘wow, people remember Cristiano because of the Siuuu,’ so I continued like that.”
Ronaldo was knocked out of the running to win the Uefa Nations League with Portugal last night after Alvaro Morata’s late finish condemned Portugal to defeat against neighbours Spain.
Before the game he also got an unfortunate black eye following a horror collision against the Czech Republic.

FIFA 21 demo AXED by EA Sports to focus on development for PS5 and Xbox Series X as fans fear game won’t be ready

EA SPORTS have confirmed FIFA 21 will NOT be getting a demo – amid fans’ concerns over the upcoming release.
The latest edition of the annual video game comes out on October 6 and is once again expected to sell millions of copies.

As well as being released on the current generation of consoles, FIFA 21 is being developed for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, which both arrive in November.
That has led American developer EA to focus further efforts on development for the next generation, cutting the traditional demo as a result.
EA confirmed: “We aren’t releasing a demo for FIFA 21.
“Instead we’ve made the decision to focus our development team’s time on delivering the best full game experience for current & next-gen consoles.”

The decision to bring out a full FIFA title this year contrasts with PES developer Konami, who are releasing a cut-price ‘season update’ game with minimal changes ahead of a full revamp in 2021.
Both games, along with other annual sporting titles, have faced growing criticism over a lack of improvement between seasons.
EA’s American Football game, Madden 21, came in for particularly poor reviews after its release last month.
And, following the demo cancellation, fans are concerned that FIFA faces the same fate.

We aren’t releasing a demo for FIFA 21.Instead we’ve made the decision to focus our development team’s time on delivering the best full game experience for current & next-gen consoles. We look forward to EA PLAY members jumping in 10 days from now and launching the game Oct 9.

Twitter user Diego commented: “To not put out a demo when there’s only a week and some left is a pretty big sign they are behind or something in the gameplay is off.”
Damien joked: “For fifa 21 demo play fifa 20.”
Another remarked: “Is it gonna be that bad you can’t demo it??”
One fan wrote: “No FIFA 21 demo hopefully these lot actually work on the game before its release.”

FIFA 21 Ultimate Team most upgraded players with Mason Greenwood and Bukayo Saka both going up by 10 rating

MASON GREENWOOD and Bukayo Saka have been rewarded for their fantastic debut campaigns with a sharp increase in their FIFA 21 ratings.
With Manchester United and Arsenal fans keen to see how their young stars fare in the latest edition of the video game, EA Sports have unveiled the most-improved players.

    5

Mason Greenwood’s 17-goal haul for Manchester United impressed the FIFA selectors

    5

Bukayo Saka is also among the most-improved stars of this year’s release

Both Greenwood, 18, and Saka, 19, have received double-figure boosts after announcing themselves to the footballing world.
With his primary position down as a right-midfielder, Greenwood comes in at 77, including 81 for pace and 78 for shooting.
That marks a 10-point upgrade for the England international, the same increase given to Saka.
The Arsenal wide-man now rates 75 with 84 for pace also his best asset, before a 77 for dribbling.

Top of the pile for FIFA 21’s most improved players is Serie A breakout star Marash Kumbulla, up by 15.
A relative unknown when promoted into the first-team of Hellas Verona last summer, the centre-back was highly impressive in his rookie year.
At 20, Albanian international Kumbulla is reportedly being watched by Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester United and Roma.
New Juventus winger Dejan Kulusevski is bumped up by 13 along with Mexican youngster Sebastian Cordova.

And there is little surprise to see Erling Haaland among the most-boosted stars, the Borussia Dortmund hitman rising by 11 to a strong rating of 84.

Surprisingly, relegated Watford boast two of the most-improved players in left-back Pervis Estupinan, up by 11, and Luis Javier Suarez, up by eight.
However, after impressive loan spells in Spain, both are likely to leave Vicarage Road in the coming weeks.
Sheffield United’s rise to fight for European qualification sees two Blades stars among the most-improved for FIFA 21.
John Lundstram bounces up by nine to 76 with George Baldock rising by eight to 77.

Ten major changes to FIFA 21 including major upgrades on dribbling, shooting, pace and through balls

FANS are eagerly awaiting Fifa 21 after the latest trailer revealed a boatload of gameplay improvements.
The EA Sports game is released across consoles and PC in October.

And a raft of new details have emerged from what promises to be another groundbreaking new instalment of the ever-popular franchise.
Here, SunSport delves into the ten most important changes being made for the new game.
    Overpowered No More
Every year, the new Fifa promises to be more intelligent than the previous year and 21 is no different.
This time around, the player’s tactical rating will affect their ability to deploy their stats for pace, dribbling and shooting – meaning lesser stars cannot dominate due to just one ability.

    Career Mode
One of the most painfully ignored aspects of the franchise, career mode is set to be tweaked with fresh player growth, training and transfer systems.
But if that sounds like too much, a new Interactive Match Sim mode allows players to simulate the more boring parts of matches and jump into the driver’s seat for key attacking and defending opportunities.

    4

A new trailer has shown off some new features for the seriesCredit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jmliox1trPQ
    Gameplay Rewind
On kick-off mode, the abject sight of a major missed chance or fluffed free-kick routine will be a thing of the past.
That is because Fifa are dropping in a new Rewind system, similar to that found in certain driving sims, to allow Bruno Fernandes that second chance at slotting home a penalty.

    Through Balls
Along with a new ‘Long’ through ball option, Fifa 21 is trying to give players far greater variety when sending through a defence-splitting pass.
The game is said to far better understand what is required to meet the attacker with a through ball, enabling better players to even curl and bounce passes through.

    Silky Movement
One of the key desires of a Fifa gamer is having players act realistically to make the most of their traits.
Next year’s Positioning Personality feature hopes to send top stars around the pitch in their most lifelike manner, bombing Jamie Vardy onto long lobs and dropping Raheem Sterling on the back stick for a perfectly timed finish.
    Creative Runs
Speaking of which, more control is being granted over off-the-ball movement.
Directed pass-and-go and directed runs allow the controller to seamlessly guide an attacker onto a pass – with the option to lock on and completely control just the one forward too.

    Dribbling
It isn’t just about sweet passes and long-range rockets when it comes to besting your rival – thanks to Agile Dribbling.
Skill moves may have been complained about in the past as overpowered yet Fifa 21 is aiming to add a fresh dose of unpredictability for defenders with more control over skills and dribbles.
    Natural Collisions
Some of the series’ most comical mishaps have come when players tragically bang into each other before wobbling around in a jarring manner.
Fifa 21 promises to smooth out the whole process of hitting the deck with a fresh set of animations.
