Millionaire pal of Towie stars Glenn Tamplin ordered to remove 15,000-ton trash MOUNTAIN from Essex mansion

ECCENTRIC multi-millionaire Glenn Tamplin has been ordered to clear up 15,000 tons of waste dumped on his land – as pictures show the mountains of trash piling up. Tamplin, who is pals with Towie stars Mark Wright and Jake Hall, has until November to remove it from the £10million property.

Pictures show that part of the grounds of Tamplin’s palatial mansion has been taken over by piles of rubbish.
Neighbours have claimed that they haven’t seen the millionaire for months, and don’t believe that he is still using the house.
The ex-Billericay Town FC owner was served an enforcement notice from Essex County Council on April 11.
Unless an appeal is made it will take effect on May 18, after a joint inspection by the Environment Agency, Epping Forest District Council and Essex Fire and Rescue discovered the 15,000 tons.

star Wright announced as Romford co-owner in deleted Tamplin tweet
They found that it was made up from building waste and soils that had been deposited on the site.
Tamplin was thrust into the spotlight during a whirl-wind spell as eccentric owner of Billericay Town FC in the seventh tier of English football.
He reportedly pumped “more than £2million” of his fortune into the club during his three years at the helm and brought in ex-Premier League stars Jamie O’Hara, Jermaine Pennant and Paul Konchesky.
The businessman also raised eyebrows by releasing a video of the squad singing along to R-Kelly’s hit ‘World’s Greatest’, wrapped his Ferrari in the club’s colours and appointed himself as manager.

Tamplin eventually quit Billericay and spent 16 months in charge of eighth-tier Romford before resigning and reportedly moving abroad.
Huge mounds of earth can still be seen inside the property which lies about half a mile from the busy M25 motorway.
His mansion has been boarded off with large metal gates which have been padlocked shut, with security keeping an eye on the property.
Piles of rubbish have built up around the gated entrances and the intercom has been disconnected.
A notice from Epping Forest District Council has been pinned to the gates, detailing the breaches he is accused of.
Locals have slammed the former football boss for dumping the waste, but are too scared to be named for fear of reprisals.
One told The Sun: “I could hear the lorries thundering past- it was about eight lorries per day at the worst point.
“Someone was making a lot of money from what was going on in there. You could hear the machinery sifting through all the earth.”
They added that they thought the tons of earth was from HS2  excavations, although there is no evidence to back that up.
Another described Tamplin as “a man of straw” who has fallen on hard times – with another family now using the house.

A third neighbour claimed that Tamplin had threatened to hurt them after they complained about him cutting trees down – but no official complaint had ever been made.
In 2014 the landowner and a waste company were prosecuted by the Environment Agency for the illegal deposit of waste at this site.
A statement to Essex County Council’s development and regulation committee said: “The site itself comprises a large residential building which benefits from substantial grounds/gardens and a few outbuildings.
“The property curtilage extends to approximately 5 hectares. In terms of designations, the property is located within the Metropolitan Green Belt as detailed within the Proposals Map of the Epping Forest District Local Plan (1998) and Alterations (2006).
“With regard to planning history, as a residential property, the majority of planning applications relating to this site have been submitted to and determined by Epping Forest District Council.
“For reference, it is nevertheless noted that in early 2014 the landowner and a waste company were prosecuted by the Environment Agency for the illegal deposit of waste at this site.
“Following a joint site inspection with the Environment Agency, Epping Forest District Council and Essex Fire & Rescue Service on the 29 March 2022, it was found that roughly 10,000 to 15,000 tons of waste had been deposited on the site, namely trommel fines and soils.
“The waste it is understood had been brought on to the site between December 2021 and February 2022.

Joey Essex’s dreams of becoming a boxer were dashed aged 15 after his uncle said TOWIE star was ‘too pretty’ to fight

JOEY ESSEX could have been a professional boxer… if he wasn’t so good looking. The reality TV favourite has the sport in his blood, his dad boxed while his uncle Tony Sims is a renowned trainer.

And Essex revealed while starring on SAS: Who Dares Wins last year that it was Tony who told him he was ‘too pretty’ to be a fighter.
He said: “I wanted to fight when I was a kid, I loved it, I loved boxing.
“I used to train quite a lot, my uncle sort of put a stop to it, I remember he said, ‘You can’t be a fighter, you’re too pretty’.”
Sims laughs as he remembers telling his nephew his career was not destined for the ring – and the years since have proved him right.
He told SunSport: “He did want to fight when he was about 15, he used to come down the gym all the time and watch all the pros train.
“He’d say, ‘I wanna fight’. And I said, ‘Listen, you don’t wanna fight, mate. You’ve got more money to earn outside the ring than inside the ring’.
“He’s a lovely boy and he’s done well in his career outside of boxing, he didn’t need to box.”
Essex, 30, has made millions and won over several fans after finding fame on The Only Way is Essex.

But he is still an avid boxing fan and supports all the fighters in his uncle’s Brentwood gym.
And the super-fit celebrity evens gets involved in training sessions from time to time, keeping up with the pack.
Sims revealed: “He does a little bit, he comes down the gym now and then.
“Funnily enough, the year before the last we were in LA training and Robert Garcia’s gym, we had Conor Benn and a few of the boys out there sparring.
“And Joey was out there working himself, he ended up coming and staying with me and the boys for a week and trained with us.
“He did all the running, sprints with them and he was on par. He loves training, he’s in good shape.”
Sims has trained world champions of the past, such as Ricky Burns, Darren Barker and Anthony Joshua.

His son Charlie helps manage his current stable, which includes Conor Benn, who headlines against Samuel Vargas on Saturday, live on Sky Sports.
Charlie, also a TOWIE alumni, like his cousin Joey contemplated lacing up the gloves once.
But his dad, one of the most experienced coaches in Britain, can recognise more than any who is going to make the grade or not.
Sims said: “My own son Charlie, who works with me managing my fighters, he had two amateur fights at the Repton.
“And he just wasn’t cut out for it. Some people just ain’t cut out for the sport but they do better things outside it.

Former TOWIE star Mark Wright wowed fans with his skills on Soccer AM

The Crawley defender hit a top corner piledriver in the practice arena

But the 34-year-old endured a disastrous opening 45 minutes and was hooked off at half-time with his side 3-0 behind.
To add insult to literal injury, Wright missed Crawley’s 1-0 defeat to Stevenage on Tuesday with a hip problem.
However the defender gave fans a reminder of what he can do with his performance on Soccer AM.
Wright shared a series of clips from his time on the show on Instagram that included one rocket that found its way into the top corner.

Another saw the left-back expertly chip the keeper in a one-on-one and fans on social media appreciated the skill.
One tweeted: “Fantastic shoot out with the legend.”
Another said: “Fair play but what was that keeper doing ?”
A third added: “He’s taking liberties.”

Crawley hit the headlines last month when they announced they had signed TV and radio host Mark, 33, on a non-contract basis.

It is now also likely to include his brother Josh, 31, after he negotiated his release from Orient.

He returned to the Os from Bradford for a third stint with the East End club in June 2019 and made 55 appearances for them, scoring nine goals.
He was pal Justin Edinburgh’s last signing as Orient manager before he died a week later at the age of 49 after suffering a cardiac arrest.

But Josh left Brisbane Road after falling out with favour with current manager Ross Embleton.
He has not appeared for the O’s since late November.
The former Charlton trainee has made 420 first team appearances in a career that has also seen him play for Barnet, Brentford, Gillingham, Scunthorpe and Millwall.
