Hall told Muscle and Health he is confident of a one-sided KO win this weekend when the rivals fight each other in Dubai.
The two former World’s Strongest Man winners have both shed several stone ahead of the ‘heaviest boxing match in history’.
But Bjornsson’s transformation has arguably been the more dramatic, with the 6ft 8in behemoth losing 55kg in just two years.

And incredibly, SIX out of eight behemoths told Muscle And Health they believe Hall, 34, will get the better of his opponent, 33.
The majority of the gargantuan group reckon ‘The Beast’ will have just too much raw power for ‘The Mountain’.
But others feel Bjornsson’s past experience in the ring will work wonders.
However, all eight agree that both men are sure to put on a fitting spectacle nearly two years after the fight was announced.
Adam Bishop, Britain’s Strongest Man 2020, said: “My money would be on Eddie. While Thor has the reach and looks like a technical boxer, I think this fight is going to turn into a proper old suit up. 
“Having known Eddie for a long time, I can attest for how stubborn and focused he is when he puts his mind to something. He goes all in. He’ll be well prepared and gunning for this fight.”

And Martyn Ford, Hollywood actor-turned-boxer, added: “My money is on Eddie. Thor is just so slow and awkward, he has no snap or explosiveness. Technically yes, Thor has improved, but even if he hits Eddie, he doesn’t seem to have any power to cause much concern.”
As for Bjornsson’s backers, Kelvin De Ruiter, World Champion Truck Puller, said: “In the beginning, I thought Eddie would win, but Thor has lost a lot of weight and done competitions, so he has more experience. For those reasons, I think Thor will win.”

And Ford, 39, told Muscle and Health that ‘embarrassing’ opponent Sajad Gharibi, 29, could be KO’d in as quickly as 20 seconds by having his ‘face smashed in’.
Boxing fans thought they’d witnessed the heaviest pairing ever when Eddie Hall and Hafthor Bjornsson announced their March bout.
But 6ft 9in Ford, who weights 287lbs, and 6ft 2in Gharibi, who tips the scales at 390lbs, could set off an earthquake when they collide at the O2 Arena on April 2.
The ‘World’s Scariest Man’ Ford is already targeting an epic blockbuster against Hollywood and WWE superstar Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
And he reckons he will prove his fighting credentials by making mincemeat of Gharibi when the first bell dings.

“He’s not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination. I refused to be fooled by his propositions, so initially, I just ignored him, but then things started getting a bit heated.
