But some compared the table-topping manager, 51, to kids’ TV favourite Peppa and the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland.
One quipped of the Spaniard, dressed in similarly vivid colours to his goalkeeper Ederson: “How are Liverpool letting a man who dresses like that in public win his third title in four years?”
Another joked: “This thing needs to be burnt to ashes.”
    Pep-a-pauper
PEP is a big fan of a novelty knit but this was a waste of wages.
It is too big for his slim frame and looks like he picked it out of the lost property bins.
No one should drop a grand to look like a woke Dennis the Menace.
It also looks like he’s sporting their rivals’ colour.
    Less pret-a-porter, more Pep-a-pauper.

Koeman tweets link to Peppa Pig mole episode after Lionel Messi’s Barcelona fax asking to leave is leaked

BARCELONA boss Ronald Koeman briefly posted a link to a Peppa Pig mole episode on Twitter in an apparent dig at club insiders. The post, which has now been deleted, appears to be related to the leaking of Lionel Messi’s burofax last year outlining his wish to leave

Fans were left squealing with laughter at Koeman’s link which showed Peppa with a mole episode.
The under fire boss appears to be pointing the finger at insiders undermining him at Barca.
Mundo Deportivo has revealed an image of the burofax which was critical to the drama involving Messi’s future a year ago.
The former Barca superstar sent the document in a bid to leave in 2020 but ended up staying because he wanted to avoid a legal battle.
Messi believed he was entitled to leave on a free transfer due to a clause but the club ruled it was invalid because it had expired.
However Messi left the club this summer with Barca unable to afford to keep him as he joined Paris Saint-Germain.
Koeman is under pressure at Barca after failing to win the La Liga title last season.
And he faces reportedly losing his job if they do not win the title despite the club’s squad being decimated due to their financial woes.

Antoine Griezmann rejoined Atletico Madrid on loan last week, with the option of a £34.4million deal next summer, despite costing Barca £107m in 2019.
Koeman has recently come under attack from Miralem Pjanic for his management style.
The midfielder, who has moved to Besiktas on loan, claimed the lack of communication from Koeman was ‘killing his confidence’.
