But it was what was hung around Mayweather’s neck that drew attention from the sidelines.
The American was sporting a glittering diamond cross and necklace to go with his impressive watch.
And he even took the time to pose with the mascot while showing off his vast amounts of cash.
Mayweather’s public appearance comes just days after YouTuber Logan Paul labelled him a ‘s***bag’ and accused the boxer of failing to pay him.
Paul faced Mayweather in an eight-round exhibition in June of last year.
And the internet sensation took aim at the 44-year-old by alleging he has not paid him the reported eight-figure sum he was due to receive for the event.

Responding to an article about Mayweather’s wealth last month, Paul tweeted: “Yeah because the dirty little rat hasn’t paid me yet lol. It’s been 6 months.
“But no worries @Floydmayweather @KSI and I are going to make back the money you stole from me & more. January 4.”
Paul says he ‘made a mistake’ trusting Mayweather and then confirmed that he has opened a lawsuit against him.
He told TMZ Sports: “It’s honestly bull****, [Having] people who aren’t a professional promotional company controlling where the money goes… we made that mistake.
“But it’s Floyd Mayweather, so before we fought him we were kind of willing to do whatever [and] after the fact we’re shooting ourselves in the foot because he’s a f***ing s***bag.”

Paul also sent a warning out to any future opponent of Mayweather, saying: “Now that we know that, and everyone else who fights Floyd should know that, don’t let him control the money.”
Mayweather has not publicly responded to Paul’s comments yet but claimed previously he was called ‘Money’ for a reason.
He said: “My nickname is ‘Money’ for a reason… I worked extremely hard for years and years to get to a certain level. A level where we can start calling everything an event.” More

‘I’m all about giving back’ – Floyd Mayweather hands out $100 bills to kids outside of LA Lakers game

Even before he’d entered the building, he’d made a few kids’ night.
In footage obtained by TMZ, the American spotted the entrepreneurial youngsters selling sweets to fans on their way to the game.
Mayweather, worth an estimated £330million last year, admired their spirit and decided to give them a lucrative reward.
The 50-0 king filmed the act, and said: “I’m all about giving back to the kids.”
It appeared that Mayweather handed over $400 or $500 without a moment’s hesitation.
He then added: “The kids out here selling candy, they ain’t doing nothing wrong.”

And he pledged to hand money over again ‘every time’ he attends games in future.
Having taken on Logan Paul last year, Mayweather is set to take part in another lucrative exhibition against YouTuber Money Kicks later this year.
The bout had been set to take place in Dubai on February 20, but has reportedly been called OFF – with a new date yet to be announced.
He still appears to be looking after himself, however, especially as he didn’t actually take any of the kids’ sweets that he’d paid for quite a few times over outside last night’s game.
If he was looking forward to a home win he’ll have been disappointed, as the Lakers were blitzed by the Bucks 131-116.
The visitors were inspired by two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo , with the Greek Freak registering 44 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists in a dominant display.

Paul simply captioned the upload: “I’m not going to throw it.”
The American then uploaded a snap of his girlfriend Rose, where he labelled her as “literally perfect”.
It comes after Paul revealed he will propose to his partner as soon as possible ahead of their romantic holiday together.
But despite a future wedding on the horizon, Paul is still determined to land a huge fight in his next outing inside the ring.
He called out UFC stars Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz after stopping Woodley, who were both ringside in Tampa for the bout.
Paul said: “Masvidal and Nate Diaz, y’all are some b****** for leaving this arena.

“Because I know you don’t want that s***. I’ll take out both of y’all next.
“Just get out of your contracts with daddy Dana [White] and I’mma f*** them up too. Anyone, anytime, any place. It’s every f***ing day, bro.”
Fights against Tommy Fury, Conor MocGregor and even Mike Tyson have also been mooted to take place next. More

Ex-NBA star Deron Williams beats NFL legend Frank Gore in wild boxing exhibition on Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley undercard

DERON WILLIAMS beat NFL legend Frank Gore in a wild and reckless boxing exhibition on Jake Paul’s undercard. The ex-NBA star got the points verdict after four painfully scrappy rounds in Florida.

At one point, in round two, Williams landed a right hand and then pushed Gore into the ropes and almost out of the ring.
But Gore got his own back and shoved the basketballer to the floor just moments later.
Williams scored the only knockdown, with a standing count, in round three after the ropes kept Gore up.
Both men swung haymakers right until the end and looked absolutely knackered by the end of it.
Williams, 37, has owned the Fortis MMA gym in Dallas since 2015 and has been training there ever since.
Similarly, Gore, 38, has been using boxing training since 2005 as part of his regime.

Thankfully, despite winning Williams admitted his boxing foray will be over before it really got started.
He said: “I’m going to sit my old, dumbass down somewhere and let these professionals do their s***.
“Honestly, I probably looked terrible out there. I feel like my last five sparring sessions were on point.
“My head wasn’t coming up, soon as you get out here and start getting touched it’s all different, all your training goes out of the window.
“It was fun, I’m glad I got the chance to get out here and do it but like I thought coming into this, I’m one and done.”

Jordan is now an owner of his home town Charlotte Hornets NBA team.
According to Forbes, he has banked an incredible £1.32billion from sponsorships with the likes of Nike, Hanes and Gatorade.
His link-up with Nike, in particular the Air Jordan trainer that bears his name, he pocketed him around £1billion since 1984.
The former Chicago Bulls star’s profile has been boosted again thanks to Netflix’s 10-episode show The Last Dance.
All that means his income last year of £95m was still higher than Ronaldo.

UFC star Conor McGregor is also believed to own a property nearby.

Jordan, meanwhile, can’t seem to shift his property.
He has been trying to sell his £12m mansion in Chicago for eight years now but still can’t find a buyer.

He won his three return fights, the last of which in 2008, before hanging up the gloves again but did lose in his kickboxing debut in 2013.
Odom, who retired from basketball in 2014, recently won a scrappy exhibition against pop singer Aaron Carter, 33.
It was under the Celebrity Boxing banner headed up by Damon Feldman, the brother of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship owner David.
And Feldman told TMZ Sport that he has signed up Odom, 41, and Bowe, 53, to fight on October 2 in Miami, Florida.
On the undercard, Also, Paulie Malignaggi will face social star Corey B, after months of the pair feuding online.
Malignaggi, who provided commentary for Odom’s weird win over Carter, had chalk thrown over him by Corey B while ringside.
And that has somehow led to the duo fighting on the undercard of Bowe’s comeback.
That is despite Malignaggi’s career as a former two-weight champ, while Corey B has never boxed before in his life.

Tyson drew in an eight-round exhibition with Roy Jones Jr, 52, in November, his first fight in 15 years, and inspired Bowe as well as Evander Holyfield, 58, to start training again.
De La Hoya – battered into retirement by Manny Pacquiao in 2009 – returns on September 11 against ex-UFC champion Vitor Belfort, 44, in a professional bout.
