Fury outpointed the American light-heavyweight on his US debut as he extended his perfect record to 7-0.
And while stateside in August, Fury showed just what he has been tucking into for breakfast ahead of his gruelling training sessions.
The big, healthy meal consisted of steak (360 calories), three poached eggs (213 cal), two slices of toast (150 cal), avocado (160 cal), mushrooms (10 cal) and asparagus (12 cal).
That works to 905 calories – more than twice the recommended intake for adults to consume at breakfast.
But the super-fit Fury, who weighed in at 12st 7lbs for his contest with Taylor, had no trouble in polishing the meal off.
Concluding his vlog after his points victory, TNT said: “OK guys, so fight night is done, we got the victory, that is all that matters.

“I’m my own worst critic, it wasn’t the best performance that I could have delivered, but we got the win and that’s what I came over here for.
“The reception was incredible, I felt like I was walking out in my hometown Manchester, everything about last night was just surreal.
“I’m a bit tired now as we did have kind of a late night, we ate a lot of pizza, we had a few drinks, we had a good night.

“But listen, this week, this vlog, everything about this fight in particular, the build-up has been amazing.
“My American debut was everything and more I ever thought it was going to be.”
A fight against Jake Paul could be next, but Fury has rejected two offers from the Problem Child, the last of which was worth $1million.

Simpson is currently without a club but signed for Wolves in 2015 where he went out on loan with clubs such as Portsmouth, AFC Telford and Kilmarnock.
In 2019 he made the move across the water, joining the Blues from Wolves on a permanent deal until the end of the season under manager Alan Reynolds.
He made eight appearances for the club before moving to Dover Athletic later that year.
Upon making the move to the RSC he said: “I’ve been training for the last two weeks so it’s great to get signed up now. I’ve enjoyed the training so far and I’m looking forward to playing some games now.

“I’ve settled in really quickly and that’s made it all easier for me, and Alan Reynolds and the coaches have been great to me since I’ve come in.
“I haven’t played much recently but I’ve been training really hard, first with Joe Gamble and I feel fit and everybody just wants to play games.
“I was a bit sceptical coming over, of course, I’d never even been in Ireland, but once I got here and saw the professionalism of how things are run, the lads and the staff were great and I got a good vibe from it here and that’s why I wanted to stay.
“Coming to Ireland, I wasn’t really too sure about what the standard would be and that but we’ve got great players here, a really good mixture with some really experienced guys and a lot of good young players too and I can’t wait to learn from the likes of Damien Delaney and I think we can do really well this season.”

He said: “I’m going to bring fun, good energy and positive vibes. I think a couple of the girls’ heads will be turning when I go in there.
“I feel like with my personality I won’t [graft] behind your back. I’ll openly tell you I’m about to steal your girl. That doesn’t really phase me at all. As long as I’m not doing anything snakey or behind your back, I don’t really see the problem.”
However Simpson drew criticism from Love Island fans after he told Chloe she was ‘past her prime’ after being set up on a date with her.

The two fighters are expected to exchange words on August 29 when Fury fights American Anthony Taylor on Paul’s undercard.
Paul’s bout with UFC icon Tyron Woodley is the headline event in Cleveland and the YouTuber’s fourth professional boxing match.
Paul and Fury are predicted to win their respective fights and set up a huge celebrity clash in the near future.
Discussing a potential bout with Fury, Paul told Sky Sports: “He comes from a legendary family name and background and the social media.
“I don’t really know how he got famous. I think he did reality shows.
“It could potentially lead to a path where you see Jake Paul versus Tommy Fury.”
    PAUL V FURY
The two fighters have been exchanging words since Paul shared a ‘screenshot’ of an alleged message from Fury’s girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague.
The alleged Instagram message from October 2018 reads: “Might be coming to America later this year and have always been a fan of your videos.
“Maybe you can show me around?”
Molly-Mae denied the message, tweeting: “Times must be hard when you’re having to fake a DM… Photoshop is scary.”
Fury and Molly-Mae started their relationship after meeting on the 2019 series of hit reality TV show Love Island.
    TOMMY FURY-OUS
The British boxer, brother of heavyweight champ Tyson Fury, was not impressed with Paul dragging his girlfriend into their war of words.
He told Sky Sports: “I’m thick-skinned. I’m a professional athlete.
“These boys ain’t. These boys play games on the internet and run around for a living.
“I fight hard for a living. I will let my fists do the talking. For every bad thing he has said, he will get a swift right hand for it.
“I will break every bone in his face. You don’t bring people’s loved ones into it. It’s a fight. It’s nothing to do with them, leave them out of it.”
But Paul isn’t concerned, adding: “It sounds like someone handed him a script for him to read off, ‘I’m going to break every bone in his face!’
“He’s got nothing real to say – ‘You crossed the line, buddy!’ This isn’t sixth grade. This is the fight business, this is the boxing business.
