Man Utd vs Everton: Erik ten Hag’s side look to bounce back from derby day defeat as they host Premier League strugglers

MANCHESTER UNITED host Everton in Satuday’s early kick off in the Premier League.

Erik ten Hag’s side will be hoping to avenge last weekend’s derby day defeat at Manchester City.

The Red Devils took the lead at the Etihad courtesy of a Marcus Rashford thunderbolt, but City’s dominance eventually prevailed in the second half, with the blue side of Manchester running out 3-1 winners.

Man Utd need to get back to winning ways against the Toffees if they want to keep their hopes of European football next season alive.

Elsewhere, Everton are five points clear of the bottom three after their 10-point deduction for breaching the Premier League’s profitability and sustainability rules were reduced to six on appeal.

Sean Dyche will be hoping his side can go to Old Trafford and cause an upset to claim the Toffees first win in the top flight since December 16.
