Lingard, 31, completed a free transfer to Seoul earlier this month.

The midfielder joined the K-League side after seven months without a club following his exit from Nottingham Forest in the summer.

And the Englishman has shown fans on his Instagram story that he’s ready for the comeback after scoring two cheeky goals in training.

The first clip saw the star blast the ball into the crossbar before it bounced down into the back of the net.

With the second goal tape showing another great touch seeing the ball go past the shot-stopper.

On Wednesday Lingard’s two-year deal with the option of a further year in Seoul was confirmed.

The former Forest start posted a snap of himself signing his £17,500-per-week contract with the club.

His deal, which is reportedly worth £910,000 a year, has made him the highest paid player in the K-League.
