And after his summer move to Bayern, many expected him to end his trophy drought with ease as the German giants have won the Bundesliga ten times in a row.

However, they have already crashed out the DFB Pokal, lost in the Supercup final and trail Lazio 1-0 after the first leg of their Champions League clash.

Bayern are also eight points behind Bundesliga table-toppers Bayer Leverkusen.

A disaster week for the club has seen them suffer three defeats in a row.

And an Arsenal connection has played a part in all those losses.

Their 3-0 defeat to Leverkusen saw ex-Gunner Granit Xhaka boss the midfield.

Former Arsenal star Matteo Guendouzi then took home the man of the match award for his display in a Lazio shirt as they added to Kane’s woes in the Champions League.

And the nightmare week ended with a 3-2 defeat to Bochum today as ex-Arsenal wonderkid Takuma Asano scored in the win.
