CANELO ALVAREZ is back in another huge fight on Cinco de Mayo as he faces fellow Mexican fighter Jaime Munguia.

Now he’s defending them against Munguia, who will be relishing the chance to become an undisputed champion.

Munguia was last in action against John Ryder earlier this year, stopping him in the 9th round. Alvarez also fought the Brit in 2023 but went the distance with him.

Should Alvarez beat Munguia, fans will be calling for a mega-fight against David Benavidez, who’s being touted as the next big thing in American boxing.

Munguia will be looking to spoil the party with his action-packed style of fighting to keep his undefeated 43-0 record intact.
