Premier League makes last-minute change to final day TV games but Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea fans will still miss out

THE Premier League made a last-minute change to the TV schedule for the final day of the season.

But it is still bad news for Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool fans.

With those four teams’ fates pretty much secured, the broadcasters have overlooked their clashes with Fulham, Wolves, Newcastle and Southampton respectively.

Instead, Sky Sports have added a third game to their blockbuster line-up for tomorrow afternoon’s football bonanza – as all ten Prem fixtures kick-off at 4.30pm.

And that extra match is Aston Villa vs Brighton at Villa Park, although the hastily-arranged programme is set to start at 4.25pm, just five minutes before kick-off.

The hosts start the day seventh, four points behind the Seagulls who are guaranteed to finish sixth below Liverpool.

But for Villa, they know victory will secure them seventh and therefore a spot in the Europa Conference League.

However, should Unai Emery’s side fail to win, they could be overtaken by Tottenham or Brentford.

Spurs travel to relegation-threatened Leeds who must win to have any slim chance of staying up while the Bees host champions Manchester City in West London.

Tottenham need to better Villa’s result to pinch seventh while Brentford must win and hope the two teams directly above them drop points.

That crunch clash at Elland Road will be shown live on BT Sport with a raucous atmosphere guaranteed for Sam Allardyce’s men.

Sky, meanwhile, have got the other two games in the relegation scrap – Everton vs Bournemouth and Leicester vs West Ham.

The Toffees go into the final day knowing a win will secure their Premier League status.

Leicester can only stay up by beating the Hammers at the King Power and Everton failing to win at Goodison Park.

Leeds must win and are reliant on the other two results also going their way to overtake Leicester and Everton, especially as they have the worst goal difference of the three teams.
