Anthony Joshua hands £20 notes from wad of cash to stunned kids in Watford on estate where he grew up


ANTHONY Joshua spent Saturday night dishing out money to kids.

The British heavyweight showed his humble side by giving out tons of £20 notes to youngsters on the estate where he grew up.

Joshua still lives in that part of North London and returned home to mingle with fans at Meriden Estate.

The former two-time world champion posted a video on Instagram where he was quite literally handing out wads of cash to excited fans.

With Joshua still popular in that part of the capital, youngsters came out in numbers to greet him.

Joshua posted another video of what appeared one of his team giving away electric scooters followed by a caption that read ‘it’s only right.’

Meanwhile, the 32-year-old has been set a deadline by Tyson Fury if he wants to fight the current WBC champion.

The Gypsy King wants the contract to be signed before Monday or he’s prepared to walk away.

But promoter Eddie Hearn revealed that his camp will not be signing anything before Fury’s cut-off date.
