Watch fuming Jurgen Klopp clash with reporter AGAIN as he lashes out at Israeli journalist after Man City defeat

LIVERPOOL boss Jurgen Klopp was embroiled in yet ANOTHER testy post-match interview after his side’s 4-1 defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.

The Reds’ third straight home defeat effectively put an end to their Premier League title defence as Man City moved 10 points clear of them at the top.

And a short-tempered Klopp was enraged by a particular reporter’s line of questioning after the match.

Speaking to journalist Niv Dovrat of Israeli TV station Sport 1 after he had been asked whether they could catch Man City, he said: “I really think you should prepare your job better to be honest. How can you ask that?

“They are 13 points away, in my understanding, and these questions about becoming champions – do you really think that’s appropriate at the moment.

“We have only two questions and you waste one for that. Your fault, you had only two questions.

“I think they (City) are running away. That (fighting for top four) is obvious. We will try to do that.”

Reporter Dovrat defended his interview on Monday morning by tweeting: “I have interviewed the Liverpool manager dozens of times over the past few years. Last night, I was exposed to a different and unusual response.

“‘Looking back, I think the style, manner and tone of the question were appropriate. The manager disagreed with me.”

Klopp’s fiery post-match interview came just 24 hours after he was involved in a heated debate with Sky Sports’ Geoff Shreeves.

After being asked whether it was still possible for Liverpool to win the league, a startled Klopp said: “I don’t understand you, honestly.

“The only thing you want to talk about all the time now is us becoming champions.

“Can you imagine… have you ever been the best sports commentator in the world? Do you think it’s still possible? Just try it.

“We try. But if I say it’s possible, or it’s not possible, then we have another headline.

“Why would we do that? Let’s talk about a situation. If we are not interested then I don’t understand why we talk.

“I’m not angry at all, I just don’t understand why the whole interview goes about us becoming champions again.”

Klopp also got into an argument with BT Sport reporter Des Kelly following Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Brighton back in November in a rant about the fixure schedule and kick-off times.
