WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO champion Joshua is braced for a huge year inside the ring that starts with a title defence against Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in September.

If the 31-year-old comes through unscathed, it could set up a unification bout with British rival Tyson Fury.

And fans will be given a unique glimpse into AJ’s preparations for his bouts as well as an ‘engaging insight’ into his remarkable day-to-day life.

Joshua is often snapped rubbing shoulders with A-list celebrities, being put through gruelling training sessions and spending time with his five-year-old son.

The project will be managed by SBX Studio’s sister company, Soapbox London.

Iwan Llewelyn, Head of Digital Soapbox London, said: “We’ve built a strong working relationship with the Facebook team over the last few years, having worked with them closely on a number of projects.

“It’s testament to this, and their support of emerging and existing talent on the platform that we can enter into a partnership of this kind.

“We’re always aiming to push the boundaries, working closely with our talent to produce forward-thinking content for their channels and this partnership gives us the freedom to delve even deeper and do more.

“We’re excited to provide fans with a unique insight into the lives of Eddie, Anthony and Alex over the next twelve months.”

SBX Studios’ Managing Partner, Rowan Wilkinson added: “Our focus at SBX Studios is to develop authentic and original content collaboratively with talent and this partnership with Facebook allows us to do this in its purest form, whilst also drawing on the social media expertise of our sister company Soapbox London.

“We’re fully committed to making a big success of this partnership and we’re very grateful to Facebook for the backing.”

The deal will last 12-months and with AJ’s potential bout with Fury set to take place in January or February, his 12.5million Instagram followers will be able to witness his quest to make history.
