The England international posted pictures of his solo birthday bash to his fans.

He wrote on his Instagram account to his 7m followers: “Turning 24 in isolation wasn’t so bad!

It comes after Jose Mourinho wished the footie ace a very personal happy birthday – after spotting his Spurs star across the road while out for a stroll.

The Tottenham boss was sticking to guidelines and keeping his distance when a topless Dele stepped outside his house in North London.

Mourinho, 57, risked a telling off from police earlier this week after he appeared to flout coronavirus guidelines by taking a training session in a London park.

Pictures appeared to show the Spurs boss doing drills with club-record signing Tanguy Ndombele on Hadley Common.

Youngster Ryan Sessegnon and central defender Davinson Sanchez were also spotted jogging side by side.
