MANCHESTER UNITED will be forced into paying Alexis Sanchez a staggering £1.1million loyalty payment when he returns in July.
The Chilean winger has had a disastrous spell on loan at Inter Milan, and struggled to make any impact because of an ankle injury.

The £505,000-a-week winger has scored just one goal in 15 appearances in Italy, and the club have turned down the chance to sign him permanently.
The ex-Arsenal man is expected to now return to Manchester at the end of his loan, with two-years still left on his Old Trafford deal.
And United will have to give the 31-year-old the hefty annual cash windfall, as part of the terms he signed when joining from the Gunners in 2018.
Serie A looks set to be cancelled within the coming weeks due to the deadly coronavirus outbreak ripping through the country.
And loan players – including Sanchez – will head back to their parent clubs, where financial implications and money-saving plans are underway.
The Football Leaks scandal which rocked the sport were the first to reveal the clauses inserted into Sanchez’s contract, including the £1.1m payment.
It is understood he is paid a basic salary of £375,000-a-week plus bonuses, including £75,00 for each first-team appearance.
But United let him leave for Inter Milan – who are paying half of his staggering wages – in August last year.
An Old Trafford source said: “Everyone is aware of Alexis’ wages and there is bonuses in the contract as well.
“He hasn’t had the best of times in Italy but they are paying half of his wages as of the moment.
“We have seen the reports that they will not be looking to sign him either on a permanent deal of loan again.”
Earlier this year, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed Sanchez would be come back to United for next season.
The Red Devils boss insisted the former Barcelona ace still has a future at the club, despite just three Premier League goals.
