AN ENGLAND star and two other Premier League footballers tested positive for coronavirus following holidays in the Greek islands.

The Aegean isle of Mykonos was thrust into the spotlight when Manchester United and England defender Harry Maguire was arrested there following a late-night brawl on Thursday.
And now SunSport can reveal one Three Lions footballer and two Sheffield United players gave positive tests as they returned to training after trips to Greece this month.
Southgate was already left rocking by Maguire’s arrest.
And the news that another one of his players — who cannot be named — is now self-isolating only adds to his problems.
Southgate is still expected to include the player in Tuesday’s squad announcement for the Nations League games with Iceland and Denmark on September 5 and 8.
But the star, who tested positive last week, has had to go into isolation for ten days in line with government guidelines.
Southgate also faces an anxious wait to discover whether the player might have infected any other Three Lions aces.
Blades boss Chris Wilder has also seen his pre-season plans hit by last week’s positive tests of an unnamed duo, who had also travelled to the Greek islands.
