This involves doing as many toe touches as possible in 45 seconds.

And the 35-year-old five-time Ballon d’Or winner made it look ridiculously easy with a score of 142… over THREE crunches a second.

A host of top profile football players have become involved in online challenges over the past few weeks, including the toilet roll keepie-uppie challenge and the StayAtHomeChallenge.

With the sporting calendar on hold for the time being, the likes of Lionel Messi, Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher, Mason Mount, Marcus Rashford and more have taken part, spurring on fans to do the same and make the most of their time during the lockdown.

Ronaldo’s Juventus team-mate Blaise Matuidi was the first to take up CR7’s challenge… claiming he beat him with a score of 144.

With the spread of the virus continuing, the Premier League’s original start-back date has been moved back until May, with the Champions League and the Europa League now in doubt.

Uefa boss Aleksander Ceferin said both leagues could be abandoned if the coronavirus shutdown continues.

He added that playing behind closed doors would be better than all games being cancelled.

There are around 16 second-leg matches still to be played in both of the continent’s premier competitions.
