Watch buzzing Gareth Bale swear live on TV as Wales celebrate Euro 2020 qualification

GARETH BALE could barely contain his emotions as Wales booked their spot at Euro 2020.

So much so that the Real Madrid superstar accidentally swore on live TV in the middle of their jubilant celebrations.

Bale was instrumental in Wales’ 2-0 victory over Hungary that saw Juventus’ Aaron Ramsey score twice on his first Euro qualifying start of the campaign.

His cross found the head of the midfielder to open the scoring before Ramsey coolly slotted home 90 seconds into the second half.

It sparked huge celebrations inside the Cardiff City stadium as Wales secured a place at just their third major tournament.

After sliding in front of the fans in celebration at the full-time whistle, the interviewer dragged both Bale and Ramsey over to speak to those watching.

But then came a moment that belongs on the blooper reel.

Ramsey, who had struggled with injuries, said: “We had the best time of our lives in France so we wanted to really make sure we got it this time, and we missed out on the World Cup so it was a big effort.

“I’ve missed a lot of this campaign, but it’s all worthwhile. Chipping in with a couple of goals tonight is amazing.”

Bale was then asked: “Gareth, what was it like to have him back in the side, he didn’t half contribute tonight?”

And he responded: “It’s about time he contributed, isn’t it? F******…”

Bale then realised his error and smirked before embracing his Welsh team-mate.

The former Tottenham man has also risked the wrath of Real Madrid after posing with a flag that read: “Wales, Golf, Madrid… in that order.”

He has been heavily criticised in Spain for prioritising country over club and the amount of time he has spent on the golf course.
