Boxing fans rage about being unable to login on Sky Sports PPV for Joshua vs Ruiz rematch

MANY paying boxing fans are fuming after technical issues with the Sky Sports Box Office feed of the Anthony Joshua – Andy Ruiz Jr undercard.

The card, which cost £24.95 for UK viewers, started hours ago – but fans have continued to have issues with logging in.

One frustrated fan wrote: “The password reset is not working. No reset emails are been sent out. Fix it please.”

While another similarly fumed: “I can’t reset password and it won’t let me log in , no emails being sent out . Please help”

Another asked: “no password re-set, no confirmation e-mail. Any chance?”

“Shocking at the moment. 25 quid down the drain”, another summed up.

While one couldn’t believe the shocking service: “Same issue, unable to speak to anyone, shocking customer service!”

The most common complaint stemmed from no password reset being sent out, leaving fans, having already paid, unable to log in.

A paying customer summed it up by saying: “@SkyHelpTeam
over an hour of the card lost, looks like you are refunding a few people today! #RuizJoshua2″

The main event is set to get underway at around 9pm.

It is the most hotly-anticipated fight of the year, as Anthony Joshua attempts to win back his heavyweight titles from Andy Ruiz Jr.

The chubby Mexican-American underdog shocked the world when he KO’d Joshua at Madison Square Garden back in June.

And fans will be even more irate if the technical issues lead to them missing the main event of the year.
