Fans will be able to watch more games than ever before
It means Sky Sports alone will show 215 games a season – with big changes to the Sunday schedule.
Sky Sports currently show two matches on most Super Sundays – one 2pm kick-off and another at 4:30pm.
That has led to some disgruntled viewers with fans sometimes critical of the selection – just last Sunday some felt West Ham vs Crystal Palace was the wrong TV pick.
But such frustrations will soon be a distant memory as Sky Sports will show every match on Sunday with a multi-screen option available for the 2pm kick-offs.

That means every match shown outside the Saturday 3pm blackout will be televised.
Sky Sports will also broadcast every match on the final day of the season for the first time starting in the 2025/26 campaign.
A total of 267 Prem games will be shown live with TNT Sports sharing the rights. Amazon Prime have missed out on one of the five packages available.
That means it could be cheaper for fans to watch the top flight at home – another win for the viewer.

Sky Sports legend Jeff Stelling slams FA Cup third-round draw and suggests shock new format for oldest competition

Arsenal vs Liverpool and Sunderland vs Newcastle were the picks of the ties drawn.
However, Stelling is far from intrigued by the prospect of another all-Premier League clash.
He told talkSPORT. “I’m not interested in Arsenal against Liverpool in the FA Cup, I see it in the Premier League, not interested at all.
“What worries me is some of the smaller teams who get through to this stage. You look at Eastleigh and Maidstone, they played five games to get to this stage and they are looking for a bumper payday.

“And what happens? They get a rotten draw. No chance of TV coverage by the way, no chance of a big payday.
“What they need to do is seed the third-round draw of the FA Cup. For goodness sake, it is not too difficult.”
Sixth-tier Maidstone are into the round three for the first time since 1988 and will host either Stevenage or Port Vale in January.
Meanwhile, Eastleigh have been rewarded for their dramatic win over Reading with a trip to the winner of Newport and Barnet’s replay.

Stelling has proposed a new format which will benefit lower league sidesCredit: talkSPORT
Stelling is keen for lower league sides to get big draws in the FA Cup and has proposed a new format for the draw.
He continued: “We have got 20 teams who qualify. They’ve come through round one and round two and all the qualifying rounds before that.
“You pick them out of the bag, home or away, and then you put the rest of the teams from the Premier League and Championship, all 44 of them, and you pick out 20 of those teams and they will play the lower league sides.
“So every lower league team gets a bumper payday in the third round, they might get TV as well.
“And there’s 24 teams left over from the Premier League and Championship. You can still get Arsenal against Liverpool if that’s what you really want.
“But what you really want is for lower league and non-league sides to have their moment in the sun, to have their big pay-day. Because at the end of the day, the big clubs are only there because of the grassroots clubs.” More

But he is already back in the frame after replacing Woods – now with TNT Sports – on the radio breakfast show.
On his first morning, Stelling said: “I have to say it is great to be here.
“I’ve been a fan of the talkSPORT breakfast show since the days of Alan and Ronnie Irani and Beaky and Mike Parry.
“I’m following in some big footsteps as well, those of Laura, but luckily I have the best co-host in the business! Alongside me, Ally (McCoist).”

Woods spent three years at talkSPORT but left to join TNT’s revamped team.
So it left a gap to fill which Stelling gladly jumped into – as it meant keeping his 25 and 23-year-old sons off his back.
He told SunSport: “I want to say to people that I am not retired. I am just doing something a bit different.
“My sons, who are 25 and 23, keep collecting fliers from the care homes in Winchester, adverts for stairlifts and things like that.

“A subtle hint maybe, but I want to show them there is still a bit of life yet.”
Former Scottish international McCoist beamed as he welcomed his new colleague on to the show.
But Stelling hilariously said: “I promise not to shout excitedly every couple of minutes!
“I promise not to spout stats at you non-stop even on a weekend when Newcastle have beaten Manchester United for a third consecutive time – the first time that has happened since 1922!
