Kane, 30, departed his boyhood club for the German champions in a £100million transfer over the summer.
It brought an end to an incredible Tottenham career, during which the England captain netted 280 goals in 435 games.
However, club chief Levy claims Spurs may not have seen the last of the legendary forward.
Speaking at a Tottenham fan forum on Tuesday, Levy reportedly declared: “There is a buy-back clause.”

It is unclear what the figure is, or when Spurs can reactivate it.
Kane penned a four-year deal with Bayern until 2027, as the Germans smashed their transfer record with a £100m agreement.
He has so far netted four goals in five games under ex-Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.
But he missed out on the chance to win his first-ever career trophy as Bayern lost the German Super Cup final 3-0 to RB Leipzig.

As for Spurs, they seem to be enjoying life post-Kane.
New boss Ange Postecoglou has guided them to second in the table with four wins from five games.
Reflecting on the Aussie’s style of management, Levy added: “He’s just a normal bloke, direct and honest, he doesn’t play games, doesn’t say one thing to me and another to someone else, and this club needed to go back to its roots.
“There was a lot of pressure on me, (Spurs) needed a manager to focus on the team, youth, the club, and be part of the team. He’s a breath of fresh air.”
Postecoglou also had his say on Kane’s exit, as well as Spurs’ transfer signings.
The former Celtic supremo said: “We had more targets but Brennan [Johnson] was a great signing, the right profile a great guy, he will play the way we play.
“I left Daniel to his own work but pestered the people around him.
“With Harry leaving it could have been chaotic but I felt everyone dealt with it well. In the cold light of day I felt we ended up in a good place after the window.”
Levy added: “I want to win as much as anyone else. The frustration of not winning and the pressure from some players and a large part of the fan base impacted me, it was a lot of pressure.

A series of changes to the already-packed football calendar will see at least 50 extra games televised.
Officials have proposed an extra slot for Premier League action at 6:30pm on Sundays, meaning six games will be broadcast every weekend.
In addition to the proposed increase in games on Sunday’s, the next TV agreement is set to make more fixtures available for Friday and Monday slots.
However, this could cause controversy among fans – especially those travelling for away days.

The Community Shield final between Manchester City and Arsenal at Wembley Stadium was brought forward by 90 minutes following a series of complaints from fans making the return journey to Manchester.
There are also discussions surrounding the possibility of dropping the 3pm blackout in a bid to boost the women’s game.
The TV football blackout law was introduced before the inception of the Premier League in 1992.
It is a rule that prohibits any Premier League, Football League or FA Cup match from being broadcast on live television on Saturdays between 2:45pm and 5:15pm.

However, the rules could be adjusted now to support the women’s game, with the Women’s Super League continuing to grow.
According to The Telegraph, club executives gathered in London earlier this week to continue talks regarding a code or charter for what they hope will be the first billion pound women’s football league.
Baroness Sue Campbell – FA’s director of women’s football – believes the WSL needs “regular opportunities” in order to continue growing. More

The Blues currently have 12 first team stars unavailable due to injury.
Mauricio Pochettino was forced to name three inexperienced teenagers on the bench during the club’s Premier League clash with Bournemouth at the weekend as a result.
Out of the nine substitutes named by Pochettino at the Vitality Stadium, only Ben Chilwell had more than three league starts for Chelsea to his name.
Both Christopher Nkunku and Wesley Fofana suffered serious knee injuries during the club’s pre-season tour and will endure a significant period on the sidelines.

Meanwhile, the likes of Chalobah, Romeo Lavia, Moises Caicedo, Marc Cucurella, Noni Madueke, Carney Chukwuemeka and club captain Reece James have also been ruled out at a crucial point in the season.
And trainer Ed Hodge, who works closely with Chalobah, has had his say on the club’s ongoing crisis.
In a now-deleted tweet showing what appeared to be a private Instagram conversation, Hodge revealed the reason behind all of the injuries at Chelsea.
He wrote: “Most of the injuries are because the players have been loading muscles time and time again without lengthening them simultaneously… then one lunge into a tackle, or a COD too rapidly and they’re injured.

“Hardly any of them do reformer Pilates or terrain work (i.e. stair sprints & hill sprints to strengthen knee ligaments).
“It’s an absolute mess at the moment, bro.”
SunSport has contacted Chelsea for comment.
Chelsea currently sit 14th in the Premier League table with just five points from five games.
The Blues have drawn two, lost two and won just one league match so far this season.
Speaking after Chelsea’s 0-0 draw with Bournemouth on Sunday, Pochettino said: “We have had bad luck. We had 12 injured today, plus Noni [Madueke], [Marc] Cucurella and [Moises] Caicedo. Then we have three-four young guys and two keepers on the bench.
“Okay, am I going to cry, am I going to complain? I need to accept this, the challenge and keep being positive. Of course Bournemouth is a good team and is going to compete.
“Every team is going to compete and be difficult. Fair or not fair that is the circumstance we need to accept and we need to be positive, patient.”

John Terry ‘exploring buying a stake in Chelsea’ just months after Todd Boehly’s £4.25bn takeover

The legendary former Chelsea skipper, 42, and his partners are believed to be keen on purchasing a 10 per cent stake.
The Telegraph claims that “would incorporate fan investment through the online technology platform PrimaryBid”.
Their chief executive Anand Sambasivan, who was also co-founder of PrimaryBid, is a Stamford Bridge season-ticket holder.
However, Terry’s group is just one of a number of potential investors keen but there are question marks over whether “they can raise enough cash”.
    READ MORE FOOTBALL
Terry, who led Chelsea to five Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three League Cups, the Europa League and and Champions League during his glittering 22-years at the West London giants, has previously looked into investing in his former employers.
He was also part of a “True Blue” consortium that was keen to buy the club from Roman Abramovich before Boehly and Clearlake Capital bought it last summer for £4.25bn.
That resulted in Clearlake owning 60 per cent of Chelsea, while the rest of it is divided between Boehly, Mark Walter and Hansjorg Wyss.
Even though ex-defender Terry missed out in 2022, he and one member of the original group remain keen on buying a stake.

But other firms from and individuals are also, including US-based Ares Management, the firm that looked to invest in Manchester United in the past.
This fresh report claims that Boehly “would favour an equity investment, with sources under the impression that a 10 per cent stake in the club is available to help big-ticket growth prospects such as the new stadium project, Cobham redevelopment plans and to expand their multi-club model”.
It adds that Terry “is still working with tech businessman Harley Kisberg, who was part of the original True Blue group, over a potential bid for a stake” in the Blues.
And they report that it involves fan investment through PrimaryBid, who are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority and described as an “online investment platform designed to help large pools of investors buy shares in companies”.
Terry, who is currently helping out at Chelsea’s academy, was in Boehly’s box at Stamford Bridge for their recent victory over Luton Town – although investment talks are not believed to have been discussed.
JT has also been in talks with Saudi Arabian club Al-Shabab about a UK-based role that would potentially see the icon help on player recruitment. More

Footy fans in England’s top flight love seeing a superstar floor it down the field.
There’s nothing quite like someone bombing along the wing before setting up a teammate or – better yet – netting a goal themselves.
Boffins at Stats Perform have been sweating facts and crunching stats in order to create a list of the league’s top speedsters over the past three seasons.
Unsurprisingly, Manchester City star Kyle Walker leads the way with a mind-blowing speed of 37.31 km/h.
    READ MORE IN FOOTBALL
Despite turning 34 next season, he continues to make mincemeat of younger players in a foot race.
And after penning a new deal with City, Walker is showing no signs of slowing down.
Meanwhile, second place on the list goes to Chiedozie Ogbene.
The Irish forward has only made four Premier League appearances in his career, with all of them coming this term with newly-promoted Luton Town.

The list of the Prem’s top speedsters
But that hasn’t stopped Ogbene from making his mark, whizzing along the pitch at an incredible 36.93 km/h.
Elsewhere, third place goes to another new face in the top flight.
Dominik Szoboszlai only signed for Liverpool last month from RB Leipzig.
But he’s already made a huge impact at Anfield, managing to hit a top speed of 36.76 km/h from midfield.
Also sliding into the list is former Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger, now at Real Madrid.
He’s closely followed by Tottenham’s Brennan Johnson, who hit his top speed with former side Nottingham Forest.
Coming next are Liverpool’s Mo Salah, Brighton’s Tariq Lamptey and Fulham’s ex-Wolves winger Adama Traore – all hitting 36.64 km/h.
The top ten is rounded off by Chelsea’s Mykhailo Mudryk and Newcastle’s Anthony Gordon, formerly of Everton.
And if you got all of them in a team with a speedy sweeper keeper, there could be no stopping them. More

Arsenal ‘close to triggering £51m release clause for ‘next Sergio Busquets’ and he could replace Partey in January

ARSENAL are reportedly plotting a move for Real Sociedad star Martin Zubimendi. The Gunners are ready to meet the midfielder’s release clause of £51m.

Arsenal were previously linked with a move for the 24-year-old – who has been compared to Barcelona superstar Sergio Busquets by Spanish media outlets.
Mikel Arteta wanted to bring in Zubimendi as competition for Thomas Partey.
But the move didn’t happen, and the midfielder slammed the door shut on transfer rumours shortly after the summer window opened in June.
Arsenal instead signed Jorginho from Chelsea in January, before signing Declan Rice and Kai Havertz for combined fees of over £150m in the summer.

But with doubts now over the future of Partey after reported interest from French giants Juventus – the Gunners are going to try their luck again for Zubimendi.
According to Spanish outlet Nacional, Arsenal are ‘close’ to triggering Zubimendi’s release clause, despite the fact that he is a ‘favourite’ of Barcelona manager Xavi.
The deep-lying midfielder played a key role in helping Sociedad qualify for the Champions League this season and has started this campaign strongly.
Nacional claim that the Gunners are pursuing his signature in January, meaning they could move on Partey during the same window.

Juventus are reportedly keen on signing the Ghana international, who is currently out of action with a groin problem.
Meanwhile, Zubimendi style of play could add another edge to Arteta’s midfield.
Speaking in October 2022 in an interview with The Guardian’s Sid Lowe, Zubimendi gave Arsenal supporters an insight into his playstyle – and the Busquets comparisons.
He explained: “Us pivot midfielders have the bad luck that maybe we don’t get recognised, but if you understand football you know Busquets’ value.
“We’ve normalised him playing well so much we don’t always appreciate him.
“He’s set the bar so high that pivots are asked to do things we weren’t before. But that’s nice: you have to aspire to that.” More
