Who is Mo Farah’s wife Tania and how many children do pair have?

OLYMPIC hero Mo Farah is part of this year’s I’m A Celeb line-up – and is proving a popular member of the castle.
Farah said goodbye to the track in 2017 after four Olympic gold medals and six world championship wins, with wife Tania by his side.

Who is Mo Farah’s wife Tania?

Tania met the future Olympian when they were students at a west London university.
She keeps a low profile, but told The Telegraph she misses Mo when he’s training away from home.
She said: “It’s hard but it’s something that we’ve had to cope with since we first got together really.
“Mo was going away a lot from day one, so I had to get used to that pretty quickly.”

    When did they get married?
The couple married in 2010, celebrating with a lavish wedding in Richmond.
Paula Radcliffe, Steve Cram and Jo Pavey were just some of the big names in attendance.
Due to Farah’s training, they used to live in their adopted home of Portland, Oregon.
Tania opened a “royal-theme”‘ luxury spa in Portland, named the British Manor Spa in May 2017.

But they have since moved back to London – and Mo will go into this year’s I’m A Celeb following a period of isolation.

An insider told The Sun: “Mo’s been a big fan of the show for years and was just waiting for the right time in his career to do it.
“He obviously has an excellent level of fitness and mental focus so will be great at the Bushtucker Trials and will be a positive addition for keeping up team morale for campmates – especially as a lot of the celebs are worried how cold it will be.
“It’s his first foray into reality TV so he’s a bit nervous about the challenges and will miss his family.”

How many children do they have?
The couple have a pair of twins – Aisha and Amani – born shortly after Farah’s twin triumph at London 2012, and a boy named Hussein in 2015.
Tania has another daughter named Rhianna.
Mo traditionally celebrates his victories trackside with step-daughter Rhianna and Tania.
Speaking at the time of the twins’ birth, Tania said: “It’s like a fairy tale. We couldn’t ask for anything more.”

Sean Dyche says Turf Moor is NOT his ‘Happy Place’… but vows to get Burnley winning for I’m A Celeb star Jordan North

SEAN DYCHE wants Burnley to turn Turf Moor back into a ‘happy place’ — after five months without a win.
The Clarets’ home hit the headlines last week, thanks to I’m a Celebrity… star Jordan North.

Traditionally, the stadium has been a fortress for Dyche’s men, with visiting teams usually thinking ‘Get me out of here!’.
But the Lancashire lads have struggled without fans — with their last victory on their own patch a 1-0 win over Watford on June 25.
That will need to change if they are to hang on to their Premier League status and tonight’s clash with Crystal Palace would be a good place to start.

Boss Dyche, 49, said: “Whether there are fans in or not, we have to win games.

“Historically, home form is helpful at any level, not just in the Premier League.
“Most teams have a more productive record at home. Fans probably help but it’s not relevant — I concentrate on the performances.
“We have to build a tempo and put in performances. We can’t just wait for it to happen.
“Certainly by the halfway point, we’ll know what effect the lack of fans is having.

“Hopefully, if the vaccine can be rolled out, in the New Year maybe we’ll get some back in.”
Dyche has met Radio 1 DJ North — who would normally travel from London for every home game — a few times but has not seen much of the reality TV show recently.
North used the phrase “Happy place Turf Moor” to get him through a terrifying Bushtucker trial in a vault full of snakes.

Dyche added: “I’ve watched it in my time, with the kids.
“People were sending me messages on the night and it was all good fun. He seems like a really top lad.
“If this is his special place, then fair play to him. I’ve a couple of my own — which are not Turf Moor.”

Neil Warnock reveals he nearly signed up for ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here’… and won’t rule it out in future

NEIL WARNOCK has revealed that he nearly appeared on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’.
The veteran gaffer guided Middlesbrough to safety last season.

But he may not have taken up his 17th job in management, had he made a different decision a few years ago.
Warnock, 71, revealed: “I was nearly in it!
“It might have been two or three years ago – but I was approached.
“Imagine if I’d said yes – everybody would have been voting for me wouldn’t they, to do every bloody thing?

“I know my kids would have been.
“My kids – Amy and William – were straight on to me saying they would be phoning every night.
“They were saying, ‘We’ll make sure you get those maggots, Dad’.
“Will it happen in the future? Let’s play it by ear.”

There is a precedent for wily football managers doing well on ‘I’m A Celebrity’, with Harry Redknapp having been crowned ‘King of the Jungle’ back in 2018.
But while Warnock’s Middlesbrough continue to go well, with the boss having scooped the Championship’s Manager of the Month award for October, don’t expect the Yorkshireman to quit his day job just yet.
He revealed to the Mail: “Mid-table doesn’t do it for you when you’re 71. In for a penny, in for a pound. I want to be challenging at the top.”
Despite having struggled badly last season, Boro now find themselves sitting seventh under Warnock’s tutelage – just four points behind Reading in top spot.
‘I’m A Celeb’, meanwhile, has been forced to go ahead in the UK this year, with coronavirus having KO’d any hopes of taking the show Down Under as usual.
Ant and Dec, however, have still been putting the likes of British sporting great Mo Farah through their paces with gruesome trials.

Burnley ace Jay Rodriguez backs Jordan North after I’m A Celebrity star calls Turf Moor his ‘happy place’ during trial

BURNLEY striker Jay Rodriguez is backing I’m A Celebrity star Jordan North after he repeatedly called Turf Moor his ‘happy place’ during a trial on the show.
As he faced his fears during Monday’s BushTucker Trial, the Radio 1 DJ tried to keep calm by thinking about his beloved Burnley.

North claimed he was imagining his ‘happy place’ as he tackled The Viper Vault challenge alongside Shane Richie.
With the avid Clarets supporter being swarmed by dozens of snakes, he then belted out: “Turf Moor!”
Burnley were quick to show their support for the I’m A Celebrity star.
And 31-year-old striker Rodriguez joined in with the fun to cheer on North.

His tweet read: “Well in, @jordannorth1! Happy place, happy place Turf Moor #ImACeleb.”
But show host – and avid Newcastle fan – Dec Donnelly used the opportunity to take a cheeky swipe at the Premier League club.
He said: “Turf Moor, in case you didn’t know, is where his beloved Burnley play football.”
Before co-presenter and fellow Magpies fanatic Ant McPartlin added: “That’s Burnley, who are second bottom of the table, and haven’t won a league game this season.”

Dec added: “I’d hate to see his sad place.”

Spurs also saw it as the perfect opportunity to troll Sean Dyche’s side.
Tottenham tweeted a video of Son Heung-min scoring against Burnley.
The caption read: “Happy place, happy place, Turf Moor.”
Burnley are without a win after their first seven games in the top-flight.
Dyche’s men will be back in action against Crystal Palace on Monday before a big trip to the Etihad. More

Mo Farah’s I’m A Celebrity stint backed by athletics chiefs.. as long as Olympic bid stays on track

ATHLETICS bosses have welcomed Mo Farah’s Jungle jaunt – provided it doesn’t damage his Tokyo Olympics bid.
As we told you first, Britain’s most successful athlete, 37, has signed up for this year’s rescheduled I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Mo Farah is set to appear on this year’s I’m A Celebrity in North Wales – provided it does not impact his Olympic preparationCredit: Pacemaker Press

The four-time Olympic champion will join campmates next month at the new venue Gwrych Castle, North Wales, instead of the hot Australian rainforest.
Eating creepy-crawlies and sleeping in cold, damp tents is not exactly ideal preparation for Farah’s quest to defend the 10,000m Olympic title next July.
Jo Coates, CEO of UK Athletics, said: “It’s that knife-edge decision.
“As a marketer, to have athletes in mainstream TV shows is just perfection.

“However – and a big however – you would never want to do that to the detriment of performance.
“I’d imagine there have been lengthy conversations. If he is there, there will have been lengthy conversations about whether this would affect performance.
“The fact that it’s in Wales and not as long a time is very different from many weeks in Australia.
“Part of our communications strategy is about reaching a new audience. That’s what we have to do.

“And shows like that take our athletes to a completely different audience. But I would never condone it to the detriment of performance because ultimately that’s what they do.”
UKA are hopeful they will have two Diamond League meetings on the 2021 calendar, which is published shortly.
And Coates is confident the UK Indoors trials will happen next February regardless of whether or not they are allowed fans.
She added: “Even if we don’t sell a ticket we can still put that event on, which is fantastic news for the sport.”
