      Jake Paul next opponent: Conor McGregor and KSI among those tipped to fight YouTuber after Tommy Fury denied US entry

      JAKE PAUL’S hotly-anticipated bout with Tommy Fury is under serious threat after the Love Island star was denied entry to the US.And Betfair reckon KSI is the favourite to step-in and fight his fellow YouTuber – with Conor McGregor’s name also linked.

      Fury arrived at Heathrow to travel across the Atlantic to promote the bout at a press conference.
      On arrival, a member of staff advised him his ESTA had been rejected.
      That has left the August 6 clash at Madison Square Gardens in major doubt.
      On hearing the news that Fury wouldn’t be granted access to the US, KSI tweeted that he hoped the issues would be sorted.
      And joked that Jake Paul could fight on his undercard if he had no other option.
      Paul tweeted back at KSI and accused him of running scared and avoiding the bout.
      As a result, Betfair make KSI the 6/4 favourite to fight Paul in Fury’s absence.

      Nick Diaz is next best in the market at odds of 3/1.
      The 38-year-old UFC legend has been tipped for fights with the Paul brothers before alongside younger brother, Nate.
      Another from the UFC world, Anderson Silva recently beat Bruno Machado in an exhibition bout last month.
      He’s been tipped to be a step too far for Paul at this stage of his boxing career and Betfair have him at 5/1.
      Then two opponents he knows very well. Tyron Woodley is 8/1 to face Paul a third time, having lost out twice to the YouTuber previously.
      He stepped in for Tommy Fury last December when Fury pulled out through injury and illness as he went looking for revenge.

      Ben Askren lost out within two minutes of the pair’s previous bout and is as big as 10/1 to take him on again in Fury’s place.
      Floyd Mayweather is no stranger to being called out by the Paul brothers for what would be a mega-money clash.
      And any talk of a rematch with Conor McGregor appears to have been shut down in recent days.
      Mayweather is 16/1 to face Jake Paul, with McGregor a 20/1 outsider.

      Next Derby manager – latest odds: Liam Rosenior odds-on ahead of Sean Dyche after Wayne Rooney sensationally quits club

      Rooney almost kept the club in the Championship despite starting the season with a 12-point deduction.
      However, his time at Derby has come to an end as he announced his resignation.
      Rooney told the club website: “Over the course of the summer I have been closely following developments regarding the ownership of Derby County.
      “Today I met with the administrators to inform them of my decision that it was time for me to leave the club.
      “In fairness to them, they tried tremendously hard to change my decision but my mind was made up.
      “My time at the club has been a rollercoaster of emotions, both highs and lows, but I have to say that I have enjoyed the challenge.

      The former Brighton ace is odds-on at 4/6.

      Wayne Rooney next club – latest odds: Everton frontrunners to hand Man Utd legend next job after he quit Derby County

      But does the 36-year-old have something else in the pipeline?
      Talks continue off the park as the Pride Park club searches for new ownership following the breakdown of recent takeover talks.
      He was prominent in the betting for recent vacancies at Everton and Burnley, which were later filled by Frank Lampard and Vincent Kompany.
      Following relegation, Rooney told Derby supporters he would stand by the club and spearhead their promotion push.
      So what has changed and does he have his eyes somewhere else?

      Bookmakers Betfair make Everton the 4/1 favourite to be Rooney’s next destination as boss.

      The Italian replaced Xisco in October but has been unable to stop the rot.
      The 70-year-old has collected just seven points from a possible 39 since his arrival at Vicarage Road.
      The Hornets – aside from wins over Everton and Manchester United – lost 11 of their 14 matches under Ranieri.
      Their latest defeat to relegation rivals Norwich has seen Watford drop into the bottom three but they do still hold valuable games in hand.
      As a result, Ranieri was priced at a staggering 1/50 to be the next top-flight boss to be sent packing earlier today.
      And Watford later confirmed his dismissal on their official website.
      The statement read: “Watford Football Club confirms the departure of Head Coach Claudio Ranieri.
      “The Hornets’ Board recognises Claudio as a man of great integrity and honour, who will always be respected here at Vicarage Road for his efforts in leading the team with dignity.

      “However the Board feels that, with nearly half of the Premier League campaign remaining, a change in the Head Coach position now will give a new appointment sufficient time to work with a talented squad to achieve the immediate goal of retaining Premier League status.”
      The club’s owners, the Pozzo family, are known for their ruthless dealings with managers with Ranieri their 10th appointment in seven years.
      But who will replace Ranieri?
      Betfair believe Cannavaro is the leading contender at 2/1 having overtaken previous favourites Frank Lampard and Paulo Fonseca.
      The Italy legend – who won the World Cup and Ballon d’Or in 2006 – is recently claimed to have interviewed to replace Rafa Benitez at Everton.
      But the 48-year-old could be considered a major risk given that he’s never managed in Europe.
      Cannavaro has worked at Guangzhou Evergrande, Al-Nassr, Tianjin Quanjian and briefly as the manager of the Chinese national side, losing both of his matches.
      Free agent Lampard is next in the betting market at 4/1, with Fonseca slightly further behind at 6s.
      Daniel Farke, who was sacked as Norwich manager in November, is a fraction ahead of Bournemouth boss Scott Parker at 8/1.
      Rafa Benitez is offered at 11/1 to make a quick return to first-team management, while Mark Hughes is 16/1.
