The Juventus defender was revealed to have tested positive for Covid-19 on Wednesday night.
Just three days ago the Italian was pictured alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, Aaron Ramsey and Co in the Juve dressing room after a win over Inter.
The game was played behind closed doors with Serie A later behind suspended completely.
Rugani later revealed on social media that he is “fine” and urged everyone to “respect the rules” in dealing with the pandemic.
