ITALIAN TV presenter Diletta Leotta has been staying in tip-top condition while in lockdown… but suffered a nasty looking injury while out yesterday.
The 28-year-old shared a picture to her 6.5million Instagram followers as she took a break from her latest workout.

And the image reveals an unpleasant looking cut on her left knee.
But Diletta didn’t let this get her down, grinning into the air as she soaked in the sunshine.
And as she captioned her photo, she was clearly in a philosophical mood.
She wrote: “And every now and then I think back to when I was a child.
“When the biggest problem was choosing which game to play. When we were all friends, without grudges.
“When a little finger was enough to make peace. When everything was simpler.
“And then I realise that the peeled knees did not hurt so much.”
Diletta is best known to Italian football fans as the face of DAZN’s football coverage, and she is regularly spotted at Serie A stadia.
And she clearly misses the game as much as her loyal viewers, having posted an image of herself presenting from a match with the caption: “I miss this emotion, football, my job, my passion.”
If her determination to continue her workout is anything to go by, she’ll be back better than ever when Serie A eventually resumes.
As after sharing the image of her cut knee, she later posted a video to Instagram.
In what appears to be the same park, she shows remarkable balance to stay poised as her workout buddy gets up from the ground with her standing on his back.

Italy has been badly hit by the coronavirus, with Leotta among thousands that have had to isolate for months on end.
To date there have been over 225,000 cases in the Mediterranean country, with 32,007 tragic fatalities.
And last month, Diletta exclusively told SunSport: “We hear the sound of ambulance sirens from sunrise to sunset all around us and the request for hospital places is now much greater than the supply. I am seriously worried.”
