HAMZA CHOUDHURY blasted VAR and said he would join in with Leicester fans who mocked the new technology.
Fed-up Foxes supporters chanted “It’s not football anymore” after the Video Assistant Referee wiped out THREE ‘goals’ for Brendan Rodgers’ side and a Southampton penalty.

Jamie Vardy, Kelechi Iheanacho and Jonny Evans all had efforts chalked out following three offside checks — with the final decision depriving Evans a dramatic last-minute equaliser.
And, after another Premier League weekend where VAR sparked more outrage Choudhury, 22, believes the controversial system is sucking all the joy and spontaneity out of football.
Leicester’s England Under-21 midfielder said: “I don’t think many players like it because it takes away the emotions.
“You see Jonny Evans score a dramatic equaliser in the 89th minute and he’s scared to celebrate!
“Surely that takes the joy of scoring out of football?

“Danny Ings scores and celebrates by taking his shirt off.
“Imagine if that gets called back for a VAR check and it doesn’t count — it takes that joyous side of things away.
“A few of the boys have spoken about VAR and we all agreed we don’t enjoy it.
“There were a few big VAR decisions in the second half and people are going down yet there is only five minutes added on at the end of the game, which is also confusing.
“There’s so much confusion about how VAR works but sometimes it goes for you and sometimes it goes against you.
“In other words it is what it is and we’ll just have to get on with it.”
SOK IT UP
But Arsenal central defender Sokratis has told his top-flight colleagues to stop bleating and start respecting VAR and the decisions refs are making.
West Ham ace Declan Rice claimed on Friday night — after his side were harshly denied a last-gasp leveller at Sheffield United by a VAR ruling on handball in the build-up — that every player in the top flight wanted to see the back of video technology in games.
But Gunners star Sokratis insists it is time stars accept the new regime without complaint, even after seeing VAR intervene to send off team-mate Pierre-Emerick
Aubameyang at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The defender said: “Of course when you lose the game from the VAR, you are disappointed.
“But I am not the special man who can say if the VAR is good or not.
“The VAR is there to help the referees but it’s there also to use in a good way.
“It’s the first year that VAR is being used in the Premier League.
“Of course it will improve, everybody expects it will improve in the years ahead but we have to
respect it.
“I think this year we have been unlucky because the VAR in three or four games could have been be better for us.
“It’s not about this game or the game at home against Palace or Sheffield United.
“In the end it’s not something that I now should criticise.
“I think VAR is good because it’s there to help the referees.”
