AARON RAMSEY is best suited to Manchester United if he returns to England, says former striker Tony Cascarino.
Arsenal have also been linked with the Juventus midfielder who hasn’t started in almost a month.

Reports suggesting Ramsey could leave the Old Lady at the end of the season detail the club’s happiness to turn a quick profit on the Welshman.
An exit would come just months after he joined Juve on a free transfer, earning a mega £400,000-a-week on a contract that runs to 2023.
For Cascarino, Ramsey fits the mould of player that United are desperately missing.
The ex-Marseille star, 57, wrote in The Times: “When a club buys a player on a free transfer they can afford to pay huge wages, safe in the knowledge that if it doesn’t work out the player can be sold early and the club should recoup the signing-on fee.
“And I think that’s what we will see with Aaron Ramsey.
“Ramsey played in Juventus’ defeat away to Verona on Saturday but it was fairly typical of his first season in Italy as he came on as a substitute and didn’t have an impact on the game.
“I can see the former Arsenal man back in the Premier League next season.
“Reports linking him to Manchester United make a lot of sense as he is the sort of player they need — a proven midfielder with goalscoring pedigree and plenty of Premier League experience.
“I could see him not costing too much, with Juventus possibly settling for £20million as that would get them most of their outlay back.”
United have already entered the transfer market this year with Bruno Fernandes bought in from Sporting CP to fill the playmaker role.
But with Paul Pogba potentially leaving and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seeking yet more recruits, speculation as to who they may be will no doubt continue.
