MAURICIO POCHETTINO will reportedly have to pay back the £12.5million pay-off he received from Tottenham if he takes another Premier League job.
The Argentine was this month axed by Spurs in a shock dismissal, and replaced by ex-Chelsea and Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.

But already Poch has been linked with a swift return back to England after Arsenal fired Unai Emery and United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer under increasing pressure at Old Trafford.
However, The Express claim if the 47-year-old is to come back to the Premier League, then he will be forced to pay back the £12.5m dismissal fee he received.
It is thanks to a clause inserted into his contract by Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy.
Poch and his backroom staff are said to have pocketed around £20m after they left North London.
SunSport revealed the first pictures of the Argentine since his Spurs departure, as the manager touched down in Madrid.
Real Madrid have long been linked with Poch, but last season reappointed club legend Zinedine Zidane.
Despite Los Blancos leading La Liga, Zidane is said to be under-pressure, and Bernabeu chiefs wanted to turn to ex-manager Mourinho.
Real were even willing to pay The Special One £12m NOT to take over at Spurs, and instead wait for Zidane to leave.
But with Mourinho returning to London, Poch has again emerged as a candidate to take over in the Spanish capital.
He has also been linked with a takeover at Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
