The two wins in one night had fans calling for a fight with Jake Paul, who is forging his own career in boxing.
And to step up his pursuit of Paul, it was confirmed KSI would return in January, with Paul’s former two-time opponent Woodley in pole position to accept a showdown.
Woodley recently came face-to-face with KSI at ringside at Floyd Mayweather’s exhibition with Deji.
Woodley demanded the paperwork be signed – but the fight now appears to be OFF.

The former UFC star went on a scathing rant on social media, accusing KSI of trying to weight-drain him, while also leaking the fight contract.
He first wrote: “Warned this b****! KSI, Why would you offer me a fight vs you then bail? Why would u send me a contract to b**** out and take a lesser opponent?
“Why would you have my name in your mouth for two years and not step up?
“Why do a poll of one million people, that all said fight me, and you run.”

Woodley continued: “When KSI blames it on Logan Paul and his injury or budget, I have two companies that will fund the purse. Try again. I’m done talking about it. My last post on it.”
In a leaked screenshot, the contract reads: “Maximum of 175lb at the official weigh-in on the day before the bout, and shall be a maximum of 185lb in the afternoon on the day of the fight.
“Promoter will use best endeavours to ensure the local commission administer this second weigh-in.
“If the boxer is overweight at either weigh-in, the promoter will be given the option to terminate the agreement and cancel the bout.”
A rehydration clause means that a fighter cannot gain more than a pre-agreed weight after the weigh-in and before the bout.
Woodley – who is considered one of the best 170lb fighters in UFC history – weighed in at 190lb mark for both of his defeats by Paul.
KSI is expected to announce a new opponent in the near future. More

Paul, however, has registered KO and decision wins over former UFC welter and middleweight champions Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva – victories which have impressed Aspinall.
The Wigan warrior told Midnite: “I’ve got an unpopular opinion about Jake Paul, I think Jake Paul’s pretty good.
“I think Jake Paul’s been handling himself pretty well in the boxing stuff that he’s got into.”
Paul, 25, is seemingly edging closer to a long-awaited grudge match with fellow social media star Tommy Fury.

Aspinall knows Fury well having been a regular sparring partner of his brother Tyson and believes the Paul match-up makes sense at this stage of his career.
He said: “I know Tommy personally, I’ve known Tommy since he was 14-years-old.
“I know that Tommy is from a fighting family. I know Tommy is a good fighter himself.
“And I think it’s a great matchup for both guys and from what I can see it seems a pretty even matchup, which we like to see.

“We don’t like to see one guy versus a sh*t guy.
“We like to see young guys both hungry and undefeated fighting each other.
“That’s where the excitement comes. What’s going to happen?
“We don’t know. That’s what’s exciting in combat sports.”

Paul has also flirted with the prospect of fights with MMA superstars Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor, bouts Aspinall thinks he’d do well in.
He added: “Jake Paul and Nate Diaz or Conor McGregor are even fights, definitely. Both guys have got a lot of experience.”
The Fury fight, however, is the one Aspinall is eager for The Problem Child to take next.
He said: “But I want to see Jake Paul against someone young, hungry and fresh rather than someone with lots of miles on clock like he’s been fighting, which is fair enough for where he is in his career.

And Fury said it is time to settle the score once and for all with talks between the two camps underway.
He told TMZ Sports: “I want this fight more than anything because it’s a chance for me to put everything that I’ve been hearing for the past two years to bed.
“And it needs to be put to bed because at the end of the day this man is not in my class, he’s not in my league, and he’s a YouTube fighter, that’s what this man is.
“I am a proper fighter, from a fighting family. I’ve got aspirations of winning world titles.”

Paul, 25, most recently beat UFC legend Anderson Silva, 47, in October, the biggest win in his 6-0 career.
Meanwhile Fury, 23, returned last weekend in Dubai in a last-minute exhibition bout against replacement Rolly Lambert, 33.
American Paul Bamba, 33, was withdrawn on the day amid a weight disagreement and Paul was a special guest commentator on the night.
After Fury cruised past six rounds, the two clashed post-fight and an agreement to fight in February was struck.

The 2019 Love Islander has twice pulled out against Paul in the past, firstly due to a rib injury and then amid a US visa issue which still persists.
So the American has agreed to cross enemy territory to commence battle – so long as a signed contract is returned within seven days.
Meanwhile Fury has called for the fight to take place at Wembley stadium, which has a capacity over almost 100,000.
He said: “I feel like this fight is a Wembley fight. I feel like it would do 80,000 very comfortably.
“If you asked anybody walking down the street on Saturday night, ‘Do you want to watch Jake Paul versus Tommy Fury at Wembley?’

“Everybody is going to say yes, I believe it is a massive, massive pay-per-view event.
“It’s a massive event itself in the UK, because both of us are very well known.
“Obviously, Jake’s known very well in the UK, most of my fanbase is in the UK.
“So I think it’s a bigger seller over there and my team will work endlessly to get the best arena/stadium for that fight.”
Opposing teams are now locked in talks and Fury predicted he will make easy work of Paul.

He said: “This fight does not go the distance. There’s no chance in hell cause I won’t let it go to the distance.
“I am not gonna get in the ring and look to outpoint Jake Paul. I’m gonna be in that ring looking to take his head off with every punch.
“I can’t see it going past four rounds. I can’t.”

Raheem Sterling reveals he watches funny YouTube videos to help prepare for England World Cup clashes

ENGLAND ace Raheem Sterling has revealed how funny YouTube videos help him get mentally ready for high-pressure football games. The Three Lions star will be looking to make an impact again after proving to be a crucial part of England’s run to the Euros final last year.

And the pressure will be ramping up in the coming days as Gareth Southgate’s side look to have another successful tournament.
And ahead of England’s World Cup opener against Iran, Sterling has revealed how YouTube and mental health apps are the key to helping him relax in between games.
He said: “One of my favourite apps to get ready for a game is YouTube. I like to escape a little in humour and distract myself from any nerves.
“When it’s closer to the games I like to use my Headspace app and focus on my breathing and try to be present for the game.”

The winger, who has netted 19 goals in 79 appearances for England, also revealed a strange quirk he uses to try and keep a scoring streak going.
He said: “If I score, I’ll just try to wear the same trainers with my tracksuit to the next game – and if I don’t score it’s going back in the closet.
“When it comes to really big games, I try to get myself in the mindset of how I’m going to affect the game, and the more I don’t think about the game and go about my everyday life the better, to try to block the noise out.”
Sterling, brand ambassador for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, also discussed the inspirations that took him from the playing fields of north London – to playing at Wembley itself.

He said: “There was quite a few inspirational people to me – my mum, anyone I shared a moment with being around a football field, they played a part in that as well.
“What’s made me the person I am today is all the setbacks I’ve had, all the ‘can’ts’ – you can’t do this, you can’t do that, you’re not good enough – those sort of things always drive me.
“The way I want to inspire the next generation is to give as much back as I can, that includes time, things I know a lot of communities need, and give back in that sense.
“Not just throwing money out there, but valuable time, and showing young people if you put your time and energy in, what you can achieve.”
Sterling was among the players taking part in training in searing Qatar heat – but James Maddison was absent again. More

Carl Froch said ‘it is disgusting’ Jake Paul is considered a boxer
The former world champion was asked to name when YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul faced Ben Askren, Nate Robinson and Anderson Silva.
But Froch, 45, responded: “Jake Paul is a clown, such a f****** idiot. What a ponce. He’s not even a fighter.
“He shouldn’t even be on this list. You have disgraced this list by putting his name on it.
“It is disgusting you have put him on this list of boxers.”

Paul knocked out retired MMA welterweight Askren, 38, ex-NBA star Nate Robinson, 38, and former UFC champion Tyron Woodley, 40.
And in October he scored the biggest win of his career by beating UFC legend Anderson Silva, 47, who also had a 4-1 record in the ring.
But before the bout, Froch – who retired in 2014 after knocking out Groves – took another swipe at Paul, 25.
He told William Hill: “Jake Paul can’t fight, he’s pretending, he’s conning people.

“He’s got his audience, I don’t begrudge him – he’s making money and doing what he’s doing. But he’s not a professional boxer.
“He knows not to come anywhere near me. He’s bigger than me, he’s 14 stone, he’s younger than me, he’s fresher, he thinks he can fight.
“I wouldn’t even train for this guy, I’d do a little bit of training.
“I might do the odd little run to get the heart beating, but I’d take Jake Paul to school and hammer him.

KSI gives scathing assessment on Deji and says brother got ‘beat up’ by Floyd Mayweather in brutally honest verdict

KSI gave a scathing assessment of his brother Deji’s exhibition with Floyd Mayweather in a brutally honest verdict. The YouTube, rap and crossover boxing sensation was ringside in Dubai as his younger sibling was stopped inside six rounds.
YouTube star Deji next to his brother KSI
And despite Deji leaving his mark on Mayweather – in the form of a bruised left eye – KSI was left fuming with the fight.
He said on his YouTube channel: “Deji got beat up for six rounds.
“I think for me, I hated it, because I just don’t want to see my brother get beat up like that.
“It just p***** me off. I wanted to get in that ring and f*** Floyd up.

“The same situation with Alex Wassabi and Deji, it was infuriating losing to someone who I know he can beat.
“And I know a lot of you are gonna be like, ‘There’s no way Deji can beat Mayweather’, but I feel like I can beat Mayweather.”
Deji, 25, was halted on his feet following a barrage by Mayweather, 45, who was boxing in his fifth exhibition since officially retiring.
It acts as the social media star’s third loss in four bouts and despite coming up against boxing royalty, KSI said more mental strength is needed.

KSI, 29, said: “He just needs to get his mindset right.
“I don’t know, I just know he didn’t put 110 per cent into the training and into the discipline, into his mindset.
“I know he didn’t put 110 per cent in that fight. I don’t know how to make him his true self.
“I messaged him, I said, ‘Deji, you’re like Krillin, you have this hidden potential and you just don’t want to unleash it for some reason.’ ”
KSI continued: “It’s infuriating because I know just how good Deji could be – he gave f****** Mayweather, Floyd Mayweather a f***** bruise on his eye.
I hated it, because I just don’t want to see my brother get beat up like that. It just p***** me off. I wanted to get in that ring and f*** Floyd up.KSI on Deji’s loss to Floyd Mayweather
“Do you know how crazy that is? Deji wasn’t even at his top level and he was able to bruise Mayweather.
“So imagine if Deji just really dedicated his life to training and just took it seriously. I think he’d be a monster.”
Mayweather spent the majority of the bout showing off, chanting Deji’s name, holding up the ring card and doing PADS in between rounds.
KSI said: “Floyd was just having too much fun with it.
“He was doing pads during the break of like the second or third round.

“He was taking the p***, it was too much and it was borderline disrespectful. I just hated it.

He then travelled to Saudi Arabia to support his brother Logan in the WWE before making the trip to Dubai.
Paul took some time out and showed off his trip online, including selfies with a monkey and driving a red Ferrari.
The American also took a leaf out of Mike Tyson’s book by posing with a tiger, with the heavyweight famously having white bengals as pets.
Paul finished his time in Dubai as a special guest commentator when Fury boxed late replacement Rolly Lambert in an exhibition.

Paul publicly stated online that he is ready to travel to the UK to face Fury at the third time of asking.
And he insisted he has no problem crossing enemy territory to finally commence battle – so long as he receives a signed contact within a week.

Paul, 25, tweeted: “I agree to fight Tommy in Manchester or London in February.
“I’ll come to his country, no more running. His baby is due then and you’ve said it’s no issue.
“Since John is adamant we’ve agreed, I am giving you seven days to present a signed contract by Tommy or I’m moving on.”
Twice the famous boxing foes have signed to fight but both times Fury, 23, was withdrawn.
He suffered a rib injury last December and then was pulled out in the rehashed date in August amid a US visa issue, which still persists.
Promoter Frank Warren reckons the seven-day deadline is enough time to get a deal over the line.
Warren said on talkSPORT: “It will probably be in late February or March.
