Paul, 26, and Tommy, 23, put unbeaten records, bragging rights and family reputation on the line on Sunday, February 26 in Saudi Arabia.
It marks the THIRD time the two will attempt to settle their score in the ring.
Tommy was forced to pull out in December 2021 due to a rib injury and then last August amid a US visa issue.
But he hopes it really is third time lucky as his big brother warned him to leave no stone unturned in training camp.
Tyson, 34, told Sky Sports: “He can’t just go to the ice cream parlour and not train.
“He’s got to really focus and have the right sparring and everything. He’s got to take it really seriously.
“He’s got to do the job when he’s in there because it’s not just the opponent. If you take the opponent out of the equation.

“There’s big pressure, a big stadium, top of the bill and all that sort of stuff.
“The thrills and spills of big-time boxing sometimes get to them so it’s going to be interesting to see if Tommy can handle that pressure, which I know he can, but it’s going to be interesting to see him do it in front of the world.”
Tommy will be the first opponent with a recognised professional boxing record that Paul has faced.
But the American has beaten ex-MMA champions Ben Askren, 38, Tyron Woodley, 40, and Anderson Silva, 47, in his 6-0 career.
And Tyson said: “I think he’s a decent boxer.
“A lot of people think he’s just a YouTube person who doesn’t know how to box but I’ve actually seen him training and I’ve actually seen his fights and I think he’s decent.
“He’s like a novice professional. He’s only had six fights so he’s exactly as good as he should be at this stage.

Logan Paul WOULD beat Mike Tyson as Baddest Man on the Planet is ‘smoking a lot and not a sportsman’, says Beterbiev

LOGAN PAUL has been tipped to beat Mike Tyson by boxing champion Artur Beterbiev. Tyson, 56, in 2020 made a shock comeback in an exhibition bout against fellow legend Roy Jones Jr, 54.

Mike Tyson made a boxing comeback in 2020
And it opened the door to the possibility of future spectacle fights, with the likes of Logan and Jake Paul among those interested.
After Logan, 27, took American icon Floyd Mayweather, 45, the eight-round distance in their exhibition in 2021, he backed himself to beat Tyson.
And even the sport’s only champion with a 100 per cent knockout, who fights Anthony Yarde on Saturday, ratio agrees.
Beterbiev, 38, told SunSport: “I think Logan Paul can beat Mike Tyson of today because Mike Tyson is an old guy now.

“Mike Tyson is smoking a lot today he’s not a sportsman anymore. He’s not a fighter anymore.
“Of course Mike Tyson has a big name still but he’s not the same Mike Tyson when he was great back in the days.
“In his peak he was a monster but now he’s an old guy now. Against Roy Jones Jr, they did a good show but it was just an exhibition of 4 rounds but not a real fight.
“It was just for show and not really a real boxing ‘fight’. If Mike Tyson and Logan Paul do fight, I think it still will be a show not a good fight, like I said Mike Tyson is an old guy now.

“And he can’t fight anymore like the young fighters. Even though Logan Paul is not a boxer but he’s young and he has good health and good cardio.”
Logan had two fights against YouTube rival-turned now business partner KSI, 29, drawing the first and losing the rematch.
But a knee injury has ruled him out of a boxing return for the first time since his exhibition with Mayweather.
His brother Jake, 25, meanwhile is 6-0 as a boxer, having beaten stars of the MMA world in the process.
But he boldly claimed he would rather fight Beterbiev to Dmitry Bivol, 31, who beat Canelo Alvarez, 32, last year.
Beterbiev responded: “Tell him to call me, call my promoter.
“I’m ready to fight him I think it’s an easy fight for me. Do you think it’s a tough fight for me?
“If I’m a real boxing champion I need to beat guys like Jake Paul in the first round, you know.
“But maybe something can happen but if I’m a real champion then I should be able to beat this guy in the first round. He just talks.

Fury, brother of heavyweight champ Tyson, has finally seen a bout against Paul confirmed after the previous two occasions when the pair were meant to fight were cancelled.
But with a third attempt now pencilled in for next month, KSI has revealed he will be watching the fight, revealed his plan depending on the outcome.

“For me it’s always about being the best, I have a goal of fighting three fights this year and I’d have to do more than I said I would do [to fight both].
“I’m a busy guy, there’s only so much I can do. People forget that boxing isn’t everything.
“I’ve got Sidemen stuff, uploads on my YouTube channel, I’ve still got to release music, do tours and festivals etc so for me the goal is fighting the best at the end of the year and if it’s Tommy or if it’s Jake we get it cracking.
“That’s why I always say it’s all on the line, every fight is dangerous.”
However, Love Island star Fury has previously insisted Paul will be the only YouTube personality he fights before returning to fight career boxers.
He said: “I made it very clear when all of this stuff started going on with Jake Paul that he is the only [YouTuber] I would ever fight.
“I want to fight legitimate fighters, win titles and go down in history by having my name remembered.
