    Several, including the £1billion Eclipse and its sister ship, the £430million My Solaris, are anchored off Turkey.
    He also transferred ownership of trusts holding billions of dollars to his seven children.
    This was done before sanctions were imposed last year, the files show.
    It is suggested the reorganisation was to avoid oncoming sanctions.
