EMMA HAYES believes this term’s race to win the league could go to the wire with Chelsea aiming to knock Arsenal off top spot.And the Blues boss hopes restrictions stopping fans buying tickets will be eased, with the club reportedly pushing for the ban to be lifted.

Chelsea host Tottenham at Kingsmeadow four days before their trip to Leicester having won their last three league games.
A home victory against Rehanne Skinner’s side could see the title holders back in pole position in the top tier.
And Hayes acknowledges there will be little room for slip ups with her side after maximum points from their last six games of the season.

Skinner, 42, whose side are fifth, said: “We’re going in the right direction in terms of what we need to do to be more competitive with these teams.

The partnership marks the first ever collaboration between adidas by Stella McCartney and a women’s football team.
Training shirts will be worn prior to this weekend’s North London derby against Tottenham in the WSL, and will be available for fans to buy for £85.
The range also includes a £110 hoodie, £200 trainers and a pair of £75 t-shirts.

KIM LITTLE warns Arsenal need to up the ante when they face Wolfsburg and former team-mate Jill Roord.The Wednesday clash at the Emirates will see the WSL leaders back in Champions League action for the first time since a hefty 4-1 away loss to Hoffenheim.

Arsenal remain the only British club to have triumphed in the contest for Europe’s top clubs winning the trophy back in 2007 under former boss Vic Akers.

EMMA HAYES praised her players for sweeping Birmingham City aside in a 5-0 FA Cup quarter-final demolition. Drew Spence’s 50th goal in a Blues shirt was among the efforts that helped them move closer to winning the trophy for a fourth time.

SCOTLAND’S World Cup qualifier with Ukraine has been pushed back from April to June due to Russia’s invasion of the country.Uefa have confirmed the match, which was due to take place on April 8, is expected to go ahead on June 24 instead.

And the Scottish FA say they are not looking to replace the fixture with a friendly match.
Scotland head coach Pedro Losa said: “In light of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, we fully support Uefa’s decision to postpone the match.
“Football, naturally, comes second at a time like this.
“Our thoughts are with everyone in Ukraine affected by this horrible situation.
“We look forward to playing them when the time is right, and in the meantime we reiterate our message of solidarity.”

It comes almost a month after Russia began its violent attack, an invasion that occurred two days after Ukraine’s triumph in the Turkish Women’s Cup in February.
