      Newcastle and West Ham among Prem clubs interested in cut-price Viktor Tsygankov transfer from Dynamo Kyiv

      NEWCASTLE UNITED and West Ham are the latest Premier League clubs “keeping an eye” on Dynamo Kyiv’s Viktor Tsygankov.The 24-year-old midfielder will become a free agent in June.

      And the Ukrainian international already has a number of teams monitoring his situation.
      Now Jeunes Footeux say that Eddie Howe’s Newcastle and David Moyes at West Ham are plotting a swoop.
      However, they are also joined by fellow Premier League side Wolves.
      The report states that Tsygankov “isn’t lacking suitors” due to his “interesting profile” and versatility, with the ace equally capable of playing down the right and left.

      The prospect of getting him for nothing next summer or for a cut-price deal in January is proving to be very attractive.
      And the ace is unlikely to demand a huge wage package either – which is also a big bonus.
      Wolves boss Bruno Lage is expected to lose Adama Traore as his contract is expiring at the end of the season.
      That could mean that he views Tsygankov as an ideal replacement for the Spanish international winger.

      West Ham are also looking to bolster their attack, as are Newcastle.
      Both clubs may decide to try and bring in reinforcements once the transfer window opens in January.

      But the star is also wanted elsewhere.
      This latest report also states that German powerhouse Borussia Dortmund are keen as are Bundesliga rivals Leipzig. More

      Moyes tried and failed to sign other centre-backs at the 11th hour and eventually missed out.
      He still has that need, however, and will revisit the deal in January.
      Blades are sure to hold out for a big fee for Egan — who will be 30 next month —  but the Bramall Lane money men may consider selling despite being on course for a return to the Premier League.
      Egan may also fancy guaranteed promotion to the top flight with West Ham rather than earn it on the pitch.

      If the Irons land Egan, it would open the door for Craig Dawson to leave after his hopes of a move collapsed last month.
      The 32-year-old centre-half was a target for Aston Villa — as SunSport revealed — but Steven Gerrard found a cheaper alternative.
      Wolves will also take another look at Dawson after missing out.
      West Ham wanted £5m plus £2m extras for Dawson — but that will drop now as he is in the final year of his contract.

      The Hammers lost 2-1 to the Blues on Saturday at Stamford Bridge after Maxwel Cornet’s 90th-minute strike was controversially chalked off after match official Andy Madley consulted with the VAR monitor.
      Madley made the controversial decision after Jarrod Bowen appeared to have collided with Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy in the build-up before Cornet converted from the loose ball.
      Moyes was enraged as he was seen confronting the ref on the pitch and according to talkSPORT, the Scottish tactician carried on the row in the referee’s room before his fiery post-match interview.
      The ex-Manchester United boss said: “You have seen it, it is a scandalous decision, absolutely rotten from one of the supposedly elite referees – it doesn’t say much about whoever sent him over from VAR as well – it is an unbelievable decision against us.

      “We feel we got back to 2-2 and it was not down to anything we have done.
      “I support a lot of the VAR stuff, I actually think the goalkeeper dives, he is faking an injury because he cannot get to the next one – he did the same on the first goal as well.
      “The referee somehow gets that so wrong it is incredible.”
      However, it has been decided Moyes will not be punished and will be in the dugout for West Ham’s clash with Newcastle next Sunday at the London Stadium.

      Replays appeared to show little contact between Bowen and Mendy but after the Senegalese stopper stayed down, the play was brought back.
      Moyes was seen confronting Madley on the pitch and according to talkSPORT, the Scot carried on the row in the referee’s room.
      Despite his outrage, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel insisted the right decision was made.
      Tuchel argued: “It was a clear foul on the goalkeeper, I had doubts about the first one – but I will not comment, last time I got punished with huge fines.
      “You give your opinion, you will not be fined. It was not easy to keep the belief, it is hard to attack fluid and create chances against West Ham, nobody plays an open, spectacular match against them.

      And according to the Metro, manager David Moyes has had a late inquiry over Wan-Bissaka knocked back by Manchester United.
      They claim Ten Hag is a fan of the 24-year-old and wants to keep him as “back up” for Diogo Dalot.
      Despite this, the Englishman was left out of the squad entirely for Thursday night’s clash with Leicester.
      It’s unknown how much West Ham were reportedly willing to pay the Red Devils for the former England Under-21 international.

      The Dutchman said this week: “Aaron showed in the past that he is a constant factor at United. I have trust in him.
