Wild moment young Rangers and Lyon ‘hooligans’ meet up to brawl in a field – then get picture taken afterwards

IT’S certainly a different kind of image of football hooliganism from the one which became feared during the 1980s.But an image shared on social media appears to shows young supporters of Rangers and Lyon posing for a picture after an arranged 12 on 12 fight in a field.

It’s claimed that members of the so-called ‘Rangers Riot Crew’ met up with their counterparts from the French side as they gathered for their side’s clash with Manchester United in Edinburgh.
The Old Trafford side ran out victors on the day courtesy of a goal from reported Celtic target Donny van de Beek.
Social media site Hooligans.cz shared the image, along with the words: “XX.07.2023, U25 fight, Rangers (RRC) vs Lyon, 12×12, 1,30 min.
“Fair fight, win Lyon. Info Lyon: Big respect Rangers. On photo Rangers (RRC) and Lyon together”.

And one Twitter user wrote in the comments. “Nothing better than the fair fight. Refreshing. Monday morning we put the mask on and we go to work 🙂 Till next time.”
It isn’t the first time that images of this apparent Ibrox grouping have made the headlines.
Back in March, a picture shared by several social media accounts, showed 12 people clad in blue tops and hoods posing for a picture in a woodland area.
Their fists were raised as they stand behind a banner carrying the words ‘Rangers Riot Crew. – amid claims that it was an ‘arranged fight’ between fans of Rangers and fans of Brentford.

On what should have been routine dog walks, she revealed how a man repeatedly stopped her to ask to take pictures of her – as well as making requests the presenter chose not to go into.
Emma said the repeated harassment left her feeling “uncomfortable” and urged people witnessing similar events to help those in “uncomfortable interactions.”
On Twitter the football presenter wrote: “I’ve taken my puppy on the same walk near my house the last few days & the same man has repeatedly stopped me to tell me he wants to take photos of me (along with other stuff that I won’t mention here).
“This makes women/girls feel uncomfortable & I would urge anyone who sees what looks like an uncomfortable interaction to not just ignore it and walk past.

A video on the Premier League’s Twitter showed the perspective of Newcastle midfielder Bruno Guimaraes as he operated from the midfield during Newcastle’s 3-3 draw with Aston Villa.
The video showcased how Bruno is pivotal in building Newcastle’s attacks from midfield and also gave an insight into the relationship he is building with midfield partner Sandro Tonali.
Tonali became Newcastle’s record signing earlier this month after joining for £60million from AC Milan.
Guimaraes can be heard asking for a one-two with Tonali before being fouled to win a free kick for the Magpies.

Adin Ross asks for ‘threesome’ sparring session with Andrew Tate and Jake Paul in Brit influencer’s Romania compound

STREAMING star Adin Ross has revealed he wants a “threesome” sparring session alongside Andrew Tate and Jake Paul. The three influencers are avid boxers, and it seems Tate’s ongoing criminal charges are not getting in the way of his boxing “career”.

The influencers have collaborated together before, with Paul facing off against Tate in the ring before his arrest last November.
Ross, who was hit with another Twitch ban earlier this year, suggested in a recent stream between the three men that Jake and Tate should have a sparring match.
He then said: “You know what? I’ll spar, too, with you guys.
“F*** it. Jake, let’s just go to Romania. We’ll go fifty-fifty on a jet, we’ll go to Romania, Jake, and we’ll spar.

“We could do a threesome spar. I’m with it.”
Tate didn’t seem too keen with the phrasing of the “threesome” spar, however, and said: “Why do you make everything sound weird?”
One Twitter user said: “Why does Jake Paul think anyone wants to pay to watch him spar?”
Another said: “Giving the people what they want for free!”

Ross has faced controversy over his continued support of Tate, as the Romania-based former kick boxer faces house arrest.
But if Ross’s proposed match goes ahead, it would have to take place in Tate’s Romanian compound, where he remains under house arrest.
Tate is being held on house arrest in Romania over charges of rape, human trafficking, and organised crime.
He bragged that he ran a webcam sex girl business which brought in “$600,000 a month” through fleecing lonely men.
Andrew Tate had his house arrest extended for a further 30 days on Tuesday.
The disgraced influencer took to Twitter to rant after the decision.
He wrote: “After 93 days being locked in a Romanian dungeon, I am now entering my 5th month locked in my house.
“A judge decided this morning that my detention must continue. The war rages on.”
Under Romanian law, trafficking of adults carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years.
Ross himself is aiming to begin a career in boxing, but was trolled online for his fighting style.

“Since I left West Ham I have stayed at Marseille, I haven’t gone to any other club and don’t intend on going to any other club so it wasn’t leaving for the sake of leaving.

Zunilda and Melani had been returning from celebrating River Plate winning the league title with Elias, who plays as a left-back for the club.
The Buenos Aires giants won the elite Argentina’s Professional League Primera Division title with two match days to spare – finishing with a 3-1 home win over Estudiantes.

It comes after Melani wrote “We will meet again” in an eerily-prescient Instagram post dedicated to her late boyfriend, Luciano Biglione, in December.
She wrote: “Chanchito, today I still don’t understand the hours or the days; only that I no longer have you here.
“Only pain and emptiness. I don’t know how the days will go on without you. For two years, I woke up every day to your ‘good morning, love’ and fell asleep beside you.
“My companion for everything, the one who supported me and followed me everywhere, the one who taught me to live differently, to slow down, to enjoy the simple things, to be grateful for everything we had.
“I don’t know how to go on, my love; I am so grateful for what we lived. I always thanked you for sharing your most precious treasure with me, your beautiful Matu.
“I hold on to the peace of knowing that we always said everything we felt, with the intensity we lived it, with mate tea anywhere, from our trips, from sharing everything with Matu, from our endless conversations, from the teachings, from the mistakes.
“Everything we experienced was what life wanted us to experience, and I will remember it forever. We will meet again, you know?
“And we will do everything that is still pending. I pray not to forget your caresses, your kisses, the feeling your ‘I love you’ from the heart gave me, those hugs that went beyond the skin.
“I love you with my entire soul, my love. A part of me went with you forever.”
Fans across social media have paid tribute to the athlete’s late mum and sister with one writing: “It’s amazing how life can change from one moment to the next.
“Football takes a backseat when these kinds of tragedies happen. Strength to him and his entire family. An immense pain to have to communicate this news. RIP”.
And a River Plate fan account on Twitter said: “All of River accompanies Elias Gómez in these difficult times for him, may the Club provide him with everything he needs and support him at this time”.
Elias, 29, began his career in professional football in 2006 after joining the Rosario Central youth team.
