      A third offer was put before Gavi but it was turned down.
      However, Barca are hopeful Xavi’s plans for the club will be enough to convince Gavi to stay.

      BURNLEY have seen a bid to sign Victor Moses blocked by the Premier League, according to reports.The former Chelsea ace is eager to leave Spartak Moscow, following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine last month.

      Fifa and Uefa have ruled that players stranded in both country’s domestic leagues can move clubs outside of the transfer window, due to the ongoing conflict.
      Sean Dyche’s side agreed a short-term deal with Moses until the end of the season, with Spartak willing to facilitate the transfer.

      LEEDS have reportedly named their price for star man Raphinha after rejecting a £29million bid from Barcelona. The Brazilian attacker, 25, has been the standout player at Elland Road since their return to the Premier League.
