And the Ukrainian international already has a number of teams monitoring his situation.
Now Jeunes Footeux say that Eddie Howe’s Newcastle and David Moyes at West Ham are plotting a swoop.
However, they are also joined by fellow Premier League side Wolves.
The report states that Tsygankov “isn’t lacking suitors” due to his “interesting profile” and versatility, with the ace equally capable of playing down the right and left.
    READ MORE FOOTBALL
The prospect of getting him for nothing next summer or for a cut-price deal in January is proving to be very attractive.
And the ace is unlikely to demand a huge wage package either – which is also a big bonus.
Wolves boss Bruno Lage is expected to lose Adama Traore as his contract is expiring at the end of the season.
That could mean that he views Tsygankov as an ideal replacement for the Spanish international winger.

West Ham are also looking to bolster their attack, as are Newcastle.
Both clubs may decide to try and bring in reinforcements once the transfer window opens in January.
And that could also lead to them trying to snap up Tsygankov for a cut-price figure.
But the star is also wanted elsewhere.
This latest report also states that German powerhouse Borussia Dortmund are keen as are Bundesliga rivals Leipzig. More

Club chiefs had reportedly been preparing contingency plans for Potter’s departure for some time, and are now putting these plans in place.
According to The Athletic, Svensson is the latest candidate Brighton have shortlisted as their potential new manager.
Ex-Shakhtar Donetsk coach Roberto De Zerbi and Bodo/Glimt’s Kjetil Knutsen are reportedly also in discussions to take over the position.
Club owner and chairman Tony Bloom, chief executive Paul Barber and technical director David Weir are all understood to be involved in the recruitment process for their new manager.
    READ MORE IN FOOTBALL
Svensson, 43, brought Mainz up the German league table last season, with an impressive eighth-placed finish.
And an impressive start to this season sees The 05ers in sixth spot.
Svensson also favours a similar playing style to Potter, setting up his Mainz team in a 3-4-2-1 or 3-5-2 shape in games this season.
Under Potter, Brighton went from a side treading water in the Premier League to one of the most enthralling teams to watch.

Last season’s ninth-placed finish was their highest ever ranking in the Premier League, having finished no higher than 15th in the four years prior.
Smart recruitment and savvy coaching has enabled the club to cultivate an identifiable philosophy both on and off the pitch, which has seen them – like Brentford – champion data-driven analysis as a keystone to their success.
Whichever new boss is brought in will also need to bring in a new set of staff after Potter rinsed Brighton’s backroom by taking five coaches and analysts with him to Chelsea.
Potter’s first game at Chelsea will be their test tonight against RB Salzburg, with The Blues hoping to bounce back from last weeks surprise defeat to Dinamo Zagreb. More

As well as Sterling and Aubameyang, Chelsea signed Kalidou Koulibaly, Marc Cucurella and Wesley Fofana for sizable fees.

And they chose to spend £18m bringing in Sadiq from Almeria to fill the void.
The Nigerian striker, 25, managed just three games for his new club before picking up an ACL injury.
He scored on his debut against Atletico Madrid and also netted twice for newly-promoted Almeria prior to his move.

Real Sociedad confirmed the forward has suffered a “rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament” and is now set to undergo surgery.

Spanish media report Sadiq will not be able to play any more part of the season.
Sociedad were hoping to build on their sixth-place finish in LaLiga last season and go far in the Europa League, where they find themselves in the same group as Manchester United.
Imanol Alguacil’s side usually play with two strikers and will have to rely on ex-Real Madrid youngster Takefusa Kubo, fellow new signing Momo Cho and ex-Crystal Palace flop Alexander Sorloth for goals.
The club relied heavily on their defence last season – netting just 40 goals in 38 matches – and may have to do the same again this term.

After being made CEO in 2002, he oversaw a golden period at the club which included 14 Bundesliga title wins and two Champions Leagues.
