Erling Haaland already has six goals so far in Prem… but can you guess striker who scored more in first four games?

ERLING HAALAND’S stunning haul of six goals in his first four Premier League games has only been topped by one striker.Haaland’s made an instant impact in the Prem since joining the League Champions from Borussia Dortmund this summer.

The Norwegian hitter’s already proving he’s worth the £50million that City splashed to bring him to the Etihad.
Haaland got off to a flier by bagging a brace in City’s 2-0 win over West Ham.
His late strike against Newcastle last week earnt Pep Guardiola’s side a 3-3 draw.
And the 22-year-old saved City’s blushes again on Saturday with his first-ever Prem hat-trick that saw his team come from 2-0 down to win 4-2.

Haaland’s triple put him on par with City legend Sergio Aguero – who also hit six for the club in the same amount of games upon arriving in the division.
Only football legend Micky Quinn who had spells with Newcastle and Coventry City can boast the same record in the Prem as the City pair, Sky Sports revealed.
Quinn reached the incredible tally when he scored four goals on his Toon debut against Leeds back in 1989.
And he tweeted Haaland was in good Premier League company when the BBC posted the Norwegian’s achievement.

But Haaland’s impressive feat wasn’t enough to knock ex-Chelsea star Diego Costa off the top spot when it comes to most goals scored after arriving in the Prem.
Costa managed to score seven times in his first four Prem matches after arriving in West London from Atletico Madrid in 2014 – edging Haaland by one goal.
His 52 goals in 89 league games helped the Blues clinch two Prem titles before he returned to Atletico in 2017.
And City will hope Haaland can keep hitting the net as they look to retain their Prem crown this season. More

But he has urged the Spaniard to make a bid for West Ham midfielder Rice.
The England star, 23, has an asking price of £150million but with the Hammers at the foot of the table Morgan believes now is the time to strike.
Arsenal have already spent heavily in the transfer window but some fans felt Thomas Partey’s absence was felt in the win over Fulham.
One fan noted Arsenal struggled without the Ghanaian and suggested the club should try to sign Rice.

In response Morgan tweeted: “I endorse this message.”
However, West Ham are adamant Rice is not for sale and told Chelsea to come up with £150m in order to rebuff their interest earlier this summer.
Rice also two years remaining on his deal and West Ham have an option to extend it by 12 months – though he is reluctant to sign a new deal.
He has been offered an eight-year contract worth £93m but he has turned it down.

Arsenal may also have to fight off interest from Manchester United to land the midfielder – though Erik ten Hag has signed a defensive midfielder in Casemiro this summer.
Another potential issue Arsenal face is the fact they cannot offer Rice Champions League football.
The Hammers captain has made no secret of his desire to play in Europe’s premier competition, nor his urgent need to win trophies.
Rice said in March: “It is as urgent as possible. I feel like, not only for me, that’s for every young player as well.
“We are really close with West Ham at the minute and last season it was gutting to lose out on it but we are pushing. We’ll keep going.
“[The] Champions League is a big aim of mine and hopefully one day I can play in it and do well.” More

Napoli slap £102m price tag on Victor Osimhen and must sell star to seal Cristiano Ronaldo transfer from Man Utd

United boss Erik ten Hag initially opposed the 37-year-old’s departure, but has since opened the door for him to leave.
The Portugal international was dropped for United’s last two games which they’ve won consecutively.
The Red Devils followed up their emphatic 2-1 win over Liverpool with a comfortable 1-0 victory against Southampton on Saturday.
Ronaldo’s banishment to the bench is likely to have increased his desire to quit Old Trafford.

But he’s had a tough time finding a suitor thus far with a host of clubs including Borussia Dortmund declining his services.
However, it’s emerged that Napoli are open to bringing the ex-Juventus star back to the Serie A.
Reports claim Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes has been trying to engineer a loan move to Napoli for his client which involves a swap deal for Osimhen.
And Napoli boss Luciano Spalletti refused to rule out a swoop for Ronaldo when quizzed about the potential transfer.

But the Times claim Napoli are now looking to sell Osimhen for £102m to fund a move for Ronaldo.
The club’s president Aurelio De Laurentiis is a long-time admirer of Ronaldo, and is willing to show Osimhen the door to bring in the attacker.
Osimhen was once a target of Arsenal and Tottenham, but only fellow interested party Newcastle may be willing to splash over £100m on the star.
And if they do manage to offload Osimhen, Ronaldo’s hefty £360,000-a-week wages shouldn’t be a problem for Napoli as Laurentiis plans to use Italy’s “inpatriate” tax laws to aid their pursuit.
The law provides tax cuts for Italian clubs buying foreign players from abroad – which means Napoli could save upto 50 percent on Ronaldo’s wages.
A move to Napoli could be the answer for Ronaldo as they can offer him the chance to play Champions League football – unlike United, whose absence from this season’s competition fuelled his desire to leave. More
