    NEWCASTLE are reportedly interested in Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves.The mega-rich Magpies are claimed to be monitoring the 25-year-old’s situation.

    Neves’ Wolves contract expires at the end of next season.
    And the Portuguese ace is on Newcastle’s wishlist, according to the Daily Mail.
    However, as it stands there has been no contact with Wolves or with Neves’ representatives.
    But Toon are thought to be keen on signing a holding midfielder this month.

    Neves has plenty of Premier League experience, and has skippered Wolves this season with Conor Coady out on loan at Everton.
    He has netted four times in 17 Prem games so far this campaign.
    Neves has previously been linked with Arsenal and Barcelona.
    Back in October, he revealed it would be a “privilege” to play for the Spanish giants.

    Graham Potter is believed to be a big fan of the winger and first registered an interest in the wonderkid while he was at Brighton.
    Chelsea technical director Christopher Vivell also tried to sign Madueke while he was at RB Leipzig.

    “This is due to its qualities and performance. It’s worrisome.

    TOTTENHAM are scouting Israeli wonderkid Oscar Gloukh, according to reports.The 18-year-old plays for Maccabi Tel-Aviv and is being eyed by a number of clubs across Europe.

    Gloukh operates as a No10 and has not taken long to establish himself in the side.
    He has scored nine goals in 31 games in his short career and Tottenham are monitoring his situation, reports Israeli outlet ONE.
    The report claims several top European clubs are interested, including Roma, Ajax and Borussia Dortmund.
    LaLiga outfit Real Sociedad have reportedly made a move while Barcelona are also keeping tabs.

    The Catalonians have sent scouts to watch Gloukh, who recently signed a contract until 2025.
    Despite that, the attacking midfielder could be available for £8million amid interest from Marseille, Monaco and Benfica.
    Spurs may not be ready to make a move for Gloukh in January but they could try to sign Brighton star Leandro Trossard.
    The winger wants to leave the Seagulls and revealed he does not intend to sign a new contract with the club, with his current deal set to expire in 18 months.

    Chelsea and Newcastle transfer blow as wonderkid Youssoufa Moukoko set to sign new contract at Borussia Dortmund

    YOUSSOUFA MOUKOKO is reportedly set to stay at Borussia Dortmund after holding positive talks over a new deal.The highly-rated 18-year-old has caught the eye of some top clubs across Europe.

    And there is a risk Dortmund could lose him on a free in the summer with the striker’s deal expiring at the end of the season.
    Previous talks over a contract broke down as Dortmund were reportedly £1million short of Moukoko’s demands.
    But Sky Germany claim the wonderkid is now close to signing a four-year deal.
    The club met with Moukoko’s agent Patrick Williams during their recent trip to Marbella where positive talks took place.

    The new contract will see Moukoko earn £50,000-a-week, which could rise to £85,000-a-week depending on bonuses.
    Moukoko is also set to earn a signing on fee of around £8.8m.
    That is a big blow to the likes of Chelsea and Newcastle who were monitoring the forward ahead of a potential transfer.
    The Blues have been monitoring Moukoko for some time and were reported to be planning a January bid.

    Chelsea and Tottenham on red alert as Trossard’s agent says transfer is ONLY outcome as ace ‘boards Eurostar to Belgium’

    BRIGHTON star Leandro Trossard has put clubs on high alert after revealing he will not sign a new contract.The Belgium international has been in brilliant form for the Seagulls this season and hit a hat-trick against Liverpool in October.

    But he is set to miss the Reds’ visit to the Amex on Saturday with manager Roberto De Zerbi revealing he does not like his attitude.
    In response Trossard drove himself to the Eurostar tunnel in Dover to travel to Belgium, report The Express, and his Brighton future is now in doubt.
    His agency have also revealed Trossard does not intend to renew his Seagulls contract.
    The winger’s deal expires in the summer, although Brighton are understood to have the option of a 12-month extension.

    However Trossard’s representatives feel the only solution is a transfer for the 28-year-old.
    There is no shortage of interest with Tottenham and Chelsea set to battle it our for Trossard’s signature.
    Trossard has scored seven goals in 16 games this season though his form has nosedived since returning from the World Cup.
    He was criticised for his work ethic by De Zerbi ahead of their 5-1 win against Middlesbrough last Saturday, who revealed he did not like the Belgian’s attitude.

    Chelsea ‘can sign Marcus Thuram in bargain £9m transfer with Gladbach having no choice but to accept bid for France ace’

    CHELSEA are considering a move for Borussia Monchengladbach striker Marcus Thuram, according to reports.The 25-year-old played for France at the World Cup and featured as a substitute in the final.

    He has also caught the eye of Chelsea with his performances for Gladbach this season, scoring ten goals in 15 Bundesliga games.
    And the Blues could land the striker for as little as £9million, according to transfer guru Christian Falk via Caught Offside.
    Thuram has just six months remaining on his contract and Gladbach are reportedly looking to cash in while they still can.
    Chelsea are yet to submit an offer for Thuram but Graham Potter could be keen with new loan signing Joao Felix suspended for three games.

    Manchester United have also been keeping tabs on Thuram with a view to snapping him up on a free transfer in the summer.
    He is free to talk hold talks with foreign clubs as he has less than six months remaining on his current deal.

    However it has been reported through Il Messaggero that Newcastle will make a last minute move to lure Milinkovic-Savic up to the North East.
    The Magpies will offer Lazio £53million as well as a staggering £10million signing bonus for the midfield maestro.
    The investment for Newcastle comes as they look to push on for the potential of Champions League football next season as well as their first major domestic trophy for 68 years as they remain in the final four of the Carabao Cup.

    The 27-year-old could give Newcastle the final boost they need with Milinkovic-Savic becoming one of the most reliable players in Serie A since joining Lazio in 2015.
    The season alone has seen him net five times as well as assist seven more in just 22 games.
    Adding this on to his tally as a whole at Lazio, the midfielder has been involved in 121 goals during his 316 appearances for the club.
    If Eddie Howe’s side are able to acquire the services of Milinkovic-Savic, he will be added to the growing list of big names signed by Newcastle since being taken over by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund.

    He was an unused substitute in the Seagulls’ 4-1 Premier League victory over Everton at Goodison Park.
    And Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi then omitted him from his squad altogether for their 5-1 win against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup last weekend, with the head coach citing a calf problem.
    Now the Brighton boss has confirmed he will be absent against Jurgen Klopp’s men this weekend.
    In his pre-match press conference, De Zerbi said: “Leandro Trossard isn’t on the list for next game.
