According to respected French publication Le Parisien, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has flown to Paris to enter negotiations with PSG over a deal.
The French side spent almost £200million to bring him to Paris from Barcelona in 2017 and have the Brazilian under contract until 2025.
Despite now being 31, Neymar would continue to command a sizeable fee.
The report comes days after Neymar confirmed he had been in a row with club chief Luis Campos and team-mate Marquinhos.

The fall-out followed PSG’s 3-1 defeat to Monaco last weekend, with Campos accusing some players of lacking aggression.
However, Neymar and Marquinhos were not willing to take the accusation lying down and subsequently hit back – with the altercation getting heated.
The Brazilian was in action last night but was unable to conjure any magic as PSG fell to a 1-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
The forward has excelled in a more central role under Christophe Galtier this season.

This is despite a well-documented spat behind-the-scenes with Mbappe.

The superstar also came under heat from his neighbours recently after wildly celebrating his 31st birthday.
Just last month Chelsea splashed a British transfer record fee of £107m on Enzo Fernandez.
And it was reported yesterday that Boehly is prepared to move “heaven and earth” in order to try and land Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham – with the English midfielder set to feature against the Blues this evening. More

That led United to open talks with Sevilla in January over a potential transfer, report Fichajes.
And although the LaLiga side snubbed the approach, United could make a bid in the summer.
It is believed Sevilla want around £45million for Bono, whose contract expires in 2025.
United will reportedly try to negotiate that price down, and could be boosted in their bid if Sevilla fail to qualify for the Champions League, in which case they may have to sell a prized asset.

However they face competition for Bono’s signature with Tottenham and West Ham.
Spurs reportedly offered Sevilla £20m for the 31-year-old, who has also attracted attention from Bayern Munich.
United have been linked with several goalkeepers in recent months with David De Gea out of contract at the end of June.
He is currently the Reds’ top earner at around £375,000 a week and would have to take a drop of more than 25 per cent to get his wish.

Boss Erik ten Hag has assured the keeper he has his full backing and is not chasing a new No 1, despite links with Brentford’s David Raya.

Chelsea ‘will move heaven and earth to sign Jude Bellingham with Arsenal favourites in Declan Rice transfer race’

CHELSEA will focus their attention on signing Jude Bellingham as they resign themselves to defeat in the race for Declan Rice, according to reports. Arsenal are the frontrunners to sign West Ham star Rice despite his links to Chelsea.

And owing to this Chelsea will instead throw their all into signing Borussia Dortmund star Bellingham.
Indeed, the Telegraph report the Blues owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali will “move heaven and earth” to try and sign the England midfielder.
The report details how the pair were in attendance for England’s clash against Iran at the World Cup, with Bellingham scoring the opening goal in that fixture.
And just over a week later, SunSport revealed how Boehly was “obsessed” about signing Bellingham.

However, there is also said to be a recognition of Chelsea not being frontrunners to sign Bellingham, with Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester City more likely occupiers of the crown.
The pursuit of Bellingham comes directly after a season which has seen a staggering outlay of £600million, including a British transfer record of £107m spent on Enzo Fernandez.
They will not be finished once they have Bellingham either.
The report adds Chelsea want to sign another midfielder, with Arsenal-linked duo Rice and Moises Caicedo on the radar.

Why Jude Bellingham has ‘ruled out Chelsea and PSG transfer’ as four Premier League clubs remain in hunt

JUDE BELLINGHAM has reportedly ruled out joining Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain this summer for the same reason. But the England star could yet return to his homeland with FOUR other Premier League sides interested.
Jude Bellingham has no plans to join either Chelsea or PSGCredit: Rex

Bellingham, 19, is this summer’s hottest property after becoming a global superstar at Borussia Dortmund.
His performances for the Three Lions at the World Cup further cemented his status as one of the world’s best young players.
And numerous teams are now battling to sign Bellingham in a deal which is likely to surpass Chelsea’s £105million move for fellow midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
But the Mail claims the Blues, and fellow big spenders PSG, do not stand a chance at landing Bellingham.
    READ MORE ON CHELSEA
It’s reckoned along with his dad, a “key influence” in his decision making, Bellingham has “misgivings over off-field strategies” at Stamford Bridge and the Parc des Princes.
And he has no plans to join either side, which may explain Todd Boehly’s dogged pursuit of Fernandez in a last-gasp transfer deadlined day swoop.
However, Bellingham has plenty of other options on the table.
Real Madrid are known to be keen after securing other top youngsters in Aurelien Tchouameni and Endrick.

And there are no less than four English clubs ready to bring Bellingham home.
Liverpool are said to be favourites despite their disastrous season under Jurgen Klopp.
Dortmund also feel the Reds will not be able to match their asking price, which could reach £150m after add-ons.
And that may open the door for either Manchester United or Man City to pounce.
There is even said to be contact from Newcastle, who will feel quietly confident should they secure Champions League football next season.
And Dortmund have already resigned themselves to the fact that Bellingham will likely push through an exit this summer instead of extending his contract in Germany. More

But Arsenal opted for a low cost signing in Chelsea’s Jorginho to help sustain their push to win the Premier League with Mikel Arteta’s men sat top.
Zubimendi was said to not be keen on a mid-season move away from Spain either.
However, according to Sport, a summer transfer cannot be ruled out, with the player betting on Arsenal if they activate his £52.9million release clause.
Barcelona have also registered an interest in the player.

Man Utd and Chelsea battling it out for 15-year-old wonderkid Paez who is ‘better than Real Madrid prodigy Endrick’

MANCHESTER UNITED and Chelsea are battling it out to sign 15-year-old sensation Kendry Paez, according to reports. The Ecuadorian wonderkid is also wanted by Bayer Leverkusen in the three-way transfer tussle.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano states the teenage talent is yet to make a decision on his future ahead of his senior professional debut.
Reports last week suggested Chelsea had made a formal approach with a £15million bid and talks underway – although that initial offer was rejected.
The Blues have spent more than £600million on transfers this season and added Southampton youngster Jimmy-Jay Morgan to their academy set-up this month.
Paez, born in 2007, is making waves in his homeland with Independiente del Valle.

The rising star has recently been promoted to the first team during pre-season for the 2023 campaign.
And he has even been dubbed “better than Endrick”, the Brazilian teenager who has signed for Real Madrid despite interest from England.
Like Endrick, Paez would need to wait until he is 18 in May 2025 before moving to Europe.
However, he could sign a contract ahead of that to tie himself down to a new club.

‘Wishful thinking’ – Man Utd and Liverpool get HUGE transfer boost as Dortmund chief casts doubt on Bellingham future

BORUSSIA DORTMUND have confirmed that they want to keep Jude Bellingham – although they admit it could be “wishful thinking”.The 19-year-old England star is arguably the most sought-after player in Europe with a host of top clubs chasing him.

Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain have both supposedly seen early moves knocked back by the midfielder himself.
Bellingham appears to be against joining either of those two amid interest from the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Real Madrid.
However, we revealed last week how Los Blancos are feeling that the financial wealth of the Premier League has led them to believe that a return to England for the ex-Birmingham City ace is on the cards.
Bellingham is under contract at Dortmund until 2025 – meaning they are under no immediate pressure to cash in on him this summer.

However, they do know that his price tag is likely to be at its peak come the end of the season.
The Bundesliga club’s sporting director Sebastian Kehl has now confirmed that there is no guarantee they will look to sell him and says they are desperate to hang on to him.
But he also admitted that there have been no advanced talks over an extension and that a new deal seems unlikely.
Kehl said: “There has been no new development. We’ll have to be patient for a little longer.

“But of course we try to keep Jude Bellingham at Borussia Dortmund as long as possible because he is an incredibly important player who has shown once again this season how he identifies with this club and makes the team better.
“Things develop due to market mechanisms. So of course I have my thoughts and also have my wishful thinking. I can’t say whether that will happen in the end.
“From Borussia Dortmund’s point of view, the wishful thinking would be to keep a player of this quality at this club for as long as possible.
“I would also like to have kept Erling Haaland or Jadon Sancho at Borussia Dortmund, because you can only imagine if we had managed to keep all three players in one team, what opportunities would then arise.”
Kehl added: “We will always try everything to keep players of this quality at BVB – because we are ambitious, because we want to win titles. For this we need not only good, but also outstanding players.”
Dortmund and Bellingham have enjoyed a six-match winning streak since returning from the World Cup.
They welcome Chelsea to Germany for the first-leg of their last-16 Champions League clash on Wednesday. More
