      ARSENAL fans have been left devastated after rumours emerged that youngster Charlie Patino is set to leave the club permanently.The 19-year-old midfielder has worked his way up through the youth ranks since signing eight years ago.

      But his time in North London will supposedly come to an end this summer as he wants to play first-team football.
      Patino has impressed out on loan at Championship side Blackpool this season.
      The Athletic claim that Arsenal don’t see him as ready to play for them just yet and would prefer to loan him out again next season.
      However, this does not suit Patino, with the club ready to help facilitate his wishes to get a transfer away.

      There has been plenty of high hopes that the wonderkid could be the future of Arsenal’s midfield.
      And fans are left upset at the news, one said: “That is such a shame, I had great hopes for Charlie, but he cannot expect to go straight into our first-team, so it would be another loan I think.”

      Plenty of stars that have come through the ranks at the club could be sold – to the anger of academy coaches.
      Those that have worked hard to nurture the likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Trevor Chalobah will be reportedly fuming if them and more are pushed out by new buys, claim The Times.
      Chelsea also need to balance the books after spending £600million on players over the last two transfer windows.

      Mount is supposedly set to leave this summer with the likes of Liverpool, Newcastle and Arsenal interested.
      The midfielder has just one more year on his contract and he is no closer to penning a new deal.

      The Hammers ace will be out of contract next summer, although there is the option of another year, and has rejected attempts at an extension.

      Now the Daily Mirror are stating that “Arteta wants to hold talks with Rice as soon as the season ends” this month.

      The club had been planning to make just two major signings and had allocated up to £150m to bid for central midfielders Rice and Moises Caicedo.
      But Arteta feels other areas of his squad also need strengthening.

      However, despite being the frontrunner to claim their player of the year prize, the Telegraph claims that his five-year spell at Leicester will come to an end this summer.
      The club desperately need to balance their books following a record £92.5m loss in their financial accounts and Maddison is their biggest saleable asset.
      Maddison is also about to enter the final 12 months of his contract, which means this is the last opportunity for Leicester to cash-in rather than risk losing him for nothing next year.
