But, with three years still remaining on the 27-year-old’s contract, any prospective buyer will have to convince Spurs chairman Levy to part with his prized asset.
According to the Mail, an absolute minimum fee of £150million will have to be produced.
Manchester City offered £100m last month with Chelsea and Manchester United also monitoring the situation.
Pep Guardiola’s side told Spurs they were open to including Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus or Aymeric Laporte in a potential deal.
But Levy has held firm in his belief that Kane is going nowhere, having finally signed up a new manager.
Nuno’s arrival was confirmed on Thursday after the likes of Antonio Conte, Paulo Fonseca and Mauricio Pochettino came and went from the Spurs shortlist.
Among his first tasks will be trying to convince Kane to stay.
The striker is currently focused on England’s Euro 2020 run and will not address his future until the tournament’s end.

Tottenham have £15.5m transfer offer for Takehiro Tomiyasu rejected as Bologna hold out on extra £1.5m

TOTTENHAM have reportedly had a £15.5million offer for Takehiro Tomiyasu rejected by Bologna.SunSport exclusively revealed last week that Spurs are confident they will land the Japanese defender this summer.

The North London club felt their initial bid of £12.9m plus an extra £2.6m in add-ons would be enough to clinch the 22-year-old.
But Bologna are holding out for an extra £1.5m for Tomiyasu, taking the price to £17.2m, according to Sky Sports.
If the White Hart Lane side agree to pay the inflated fee they should have nothing else stopping them from getting their man.
The ex-Sint-Truiden player is reportedly keen to move to England and his wage demands are said to be relatively low.
Tottenham see him as the perfect candidate to boost their shaky defence ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
Tomiyasu, who’s won 23 caps for Japan can play as right back but Spurs want him to remain central for them.
The only issue for Tottenham is that Tomiyasu has been chosen to represent his country at the Olympics.
This would cause his to miss a few of the club’s opening games when the new season begins.

Steven Caulker joins Fenerbahce as former England and Tottenham defender completes transfer from Antalyaspor

STEVEN CAULKER confirmed his switch to Turkish giants Fenerbahce following a two-year spell with Super Lig rivals Antalyaspor.  And the former Three Lions star expressed delight at joining Turkey’s “biggest club” whose squad includes ex-Arsenal ace Mesut Ozil.

The free transfer follows an impressive stint for Caulker with Antalyaspor.
The centre-back, who rose through Tottenham’s ranks, helped the team to reach the  2020-21 Europa League qualifying rounds before their elimination by Rosenburg.
And Caulker’s move marks a remarkable turnaround for the former Tottenham and QPR ace who spoke to the BBC of his battles with gambling and drinking in the past.
The ex-England player shared the news of his switch with 21,0000 of his followers on Twitter describing his transfer as “a new chapter” in a tweet caption.
Caulker told the club’s web site: “I have received many messages from Fenerbahçe fans.
“This is very beautiful and I am very happy. I hope I will play very well this season and we get the trophy at the end.
“I played here last year and played here two years ago. It’s a very nice club.
“I think Fenerbahçe is the biggest club in Turkey.
“It is also the club with the best squad. I think the fans will be in the stadium this season and we will see that we will be champions.”
Caulker, who is entering the twelfth year as a senior pro, began his football career at 16 at Tottenham as a youth player in 2007.
The West London-born player made 29 appearances for the North London side across competitions netting two goals and providing two assists.
And the centre-back – who signed his first professional contract with Spurs in July 2009 – completed loan spells at Yeovil Town, Bristol City and Swansea, before returning to North London in 2012.

The player made one senior appearance for England netting in a friendly 4-2 loss to Sweden in November that year.
A season at Cardiff and three-year spell at QPR from 2014 to 2017 followed Caulker’s departure from White Lane in 2012.
And the ex-Prem player would move to Dundee in 2018 before taking several months out of the game and later sealing a move to Alyaspor in January 2019.

Nuno Espirito Santo already faces missing out on first Tottenham transfer as Sevilla demand £69m for Jules Kounde

REAL MADRID could be about to throw a spanner in the works of Tottenham’s hopes of signing Jules Kounde, according to reports. The LaLiga giants are thought to be willing to offer a player-plus-cash deal for the Sevilla star, who is wanted by new Spurs boss Nuno Espirito Santo.

The former Wolves chief was officially confirmed as Tottenham’s new manager yesterday.
And it is thought Santo wants to make the France international his first Spurs signing, according to Calciomercato via Sport Witness.
However, reports claim it is unclear whether the North London outfit would be willing to meet the release clause for the former Bordeaux centre-back.
It is believed the price tag for this is £69million.

As well as the high fee, there is also the complication of real Madrid’s interest.
Los Blancos, who were beaten to last term’s LaLiga crown by Atletico Madrid, are thought to be open to offering Isco, 29, as part of a bid for Kounde.
Earlier this year Sevilla coach Julen Lopetegui was reported to be a big admirer of the Real Madrid outcast according to Spanish sports newspaper AS.
And Spanish outlet Sport claims Madrid hope an offer of Isco in addition to a cash payment could potentially bring the asking price for Kounde down to between £34.4m and £43m.
Kounde, who made a five-year £21million switch to Sevilla from Bordeaux in 2019, made 29 league appearances last term for the club who finished fourth in Spain’s top tier.
And the former Ligue One ace helped the Spanish outfit win the 2020 Europa League trophy.
Champions League winners Chelsea were rumoured to be interested in a player-plus-cash deal for Kounde according to reports earlier this year.
It is thought Thomas Tuchel’s side were willing to offer Hakim Ziyech as part of a potential deal.

However the 2021 Champions League winners were thought to have balked at the France starlet’s £69million release clause.
Kounde was part of the Les Bleus squad knocked out in the last-16 of this year’s Euros.
The player started for France in their 2-2 group stage draw against Portugal in the tournament.
The 5ft 10in star made his senior international debut for Didier Deschamps’ side in a friendly match against Wales in June.

Six strikers Tottenham could replace Harry Kane with including Man Utd’s Anthony Martial and Dusan Vlahovic

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR may find themselves needing a new striker this summer, with Harry Kane reportedly wanting out.Spurs’ talisman is believed to be eager to move to Manchester City, as he pursues silverware at club level.

Kane, 27, was even more pivotal to the North Londoners than usual last season, finishing the campaign with the most goals AND assists in the Premier League.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is set to dig his heels in once again – but if he does sell, will have an almighty gap to fill up top.
Here, SunSport takes a look at six strikers that Levy could turn to this summer.
    ANTHONY MARTIAL
Manchester United forward Anthony Martial was linked with a move to Spurs before going to Old Trafford in 2015.
The Lilywhites could rekindle their interest, and may pay around £30million for his services.
With United on the verge of signing Jadon Sancho, the Frenchman will fall down the pecking order making him a viable option.
    DUSAN VLAHOVIC
New Spurs sporting director Fabio Paratici is rumoured to be plotting a raid on Serie A this summer, with Fiorentina ace Dusan Vlahovic on his wishlist.
The 6ft 3in striker, 21, bagged an impressive 21 goals last season – but Tottenham will have to navigate La Viola’s £51m asking price.

    OLLIE WATKINS
Tottenham were turned down by Ollie Watkins last summer, with the former Brentford ace not wanting to play second fiddle to Kane in North London.
But if the England skipper leaves, Watkins may be interested in filling the vacancy this time around, should Spurs rekindle their interest.
He bagged 14 goals in his debut Prem season for Aston Villa, proving he can cut it at the top level.
    GABRIEL JESUS
Despite being a prolific goalscorer for Manchester City, Gabriel Jesus has often found himself on the bench under Pep Guardiola – including for last season’s Champions League final.
The Brazilian, 24, is available in part-exchange for Kane – and Spurs may be tempted by Jesus’ impressive tally of 82 goals for City.

    TAMMY ABRAHAM
Chelsea striker seems to be on the way out of Stamford Bridge, having not even been included on Thomas Tuchel’s bench for the Champions League final.
The 6ft 3in ace, who has scored 30 goals over the last two seasons, may be a tempting option – although dealing with bitter rivals Chelsea may prove to be tricky.
Blues owner Roman Abramovich is famously reluctant to sell to their London neighbours.
    MAURO ICARDI
Former Inter Milan striker was repeatedly linked with Juventus during Fabio Paratici’s time at the club.
With the Argentine having not been a favourite of Mauricio Pochettino so far in the French capital, Paratici could try again to secure a striker that has scored 157 goals across spells at Inter Milan and PSG.

Tottenham ‘make offer’ for Fiorentina star Dusan Vlahovic but face transfer battle with AC Milan and Atletico Madrid

According to Calciomercato, the three clubs have all submitted formal bids for the Serbian striker.
The forward, 21, is under contract until 2023 and rated at around £51million which could prove a major stumbling block to Daniel Levy.
His Tottenham side can only offer Europa Conference League football in Europe next season whereas Milan and LaLiga champs Atleti will be in the Champions League.
Vlahovic joined Fiorentina from Partizan Belgrade three years ago.
After eight goals in 44 appearances across his first two seasons, the striker hit top form last term with 21 strikes in 40 games.
That saw the forward named Serie A Best Young Player for 2020-21.
Italy legend Christian Vieri said: “I think that, after Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe, he is one of the strongest in Europe.
“He has quality, technique. He is Serbian and they are all technically good.”

Vlahovic also has two goals in seven senior international caps for Serbia.
The 6ft 3ins ace could be brought into the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as a direct replacement for Harry Kane.
Kane, who has 221 goals in 336 Spurs matches, signalled his intention to quit his boyhood club at the end of last season.

Chelsea and Man Utd joined by Tottenham in transfer race for Sevilla star Jules Kounde

Managerless Spurs, still yet to confirm a replacement for Jose Mourinho, are the latest club interested in Kounde, according to The Guardian.
It is claimed he currently has a £69million release clause, but can be expected to move for much less than that in the summer window.
Real Madrid and Arsenal are also long-term admirers of Kounde – who has just helped France reach the knockout stages of the Euros.
The Gunners have since closed in on a move for Brighton and England’s Ben White, 23.
And while Madrid said goodbye to club legend Sergio Ramos, 35, they already have David Alaba, 29, signed as a replacement.
Kounde, 22, made 49 appearances for Sevilla last season, qualifying for the Champions League just two points behind Barcelona.
Only champions Atletico Madrid and Real conceded fewer league goals than Sevilla last term.
But Kounde put Europe’s elite on red alert last month when he revealed his future could be destined for a move away.

He said: “I may have to change clubs this summer. I have not decided anything.
“My goal is, one day, to evolve into a great club to always try to progress, win trophies.
“To be able to start the season each year by telling yourself that the goal is win a particular trophy. I might have to move, but that’s not relevant today.”

England captain Harry Kane ignoring Tottenham transfer speculation and manager farce by watching Game of Thrones

HARRY KANE is blocking out one long epic saga to concentrate on another at these Euros. While speculation rages about Tottenham’s farcical search for a new manager, as well as Kane’s own club future, the England captain has shut down the noise by watching season three of Game of Thrones.

Why worry about Paulo Fonseca, Antonio Conte, Nuno Espirito Santo and the other dozens of candidates to succeed Jose Mourinho, when you can watch wizards having sex instead?
Before Euro 2020 kicked off, Kane made clear his desire to leave Spurs this summer — but despite a £100million bid from Manchester City, he says he has had no conversations about his club future during the tournament.
There have been suggestions that uncertainty over his future might be affecting his form but Kane is adamant he is solely focused on Tuesday’s last-16 clash with Germany.
The striker, 27, said: “It’s not concerned me at all. When I come away with England, I’m just fully focused on England.
“My brother is my agent but the only time I’ve spoken to him over the last few weeks, it was just ‘good luck, let’s get a win and let’s take England all the way’.
“So it doesn’t bother me about the outside noise. When I’m here, I’m with the boys. I try to help them, be a leader in the team.
“I need to get to know the boys, see what makes certain players tick, so I feel like I’ve got enough on my plate to worry about anything outside of England.
“That’s where I’m at and I feel like it’s one of those, where if you’re not scoring as a striker, people look for every little angle as to why you’re not scoring.

“That’s probably the case in this tournament so far but as long as I’m focused, I’ve got the self-belief I have and I’m not worried about anything else.”
Asked whether he had seen any of the Spurs managerial speculation, he said: “I just keep myself to myself.
“I watch my series, I’m on series three of Game of Thrones now, or I’m with the boys playing pool or table tennis. I just try to stay away from it all.
“When you are in tournament mode, sometimes it’s easy to get caught up with other stuff but the experience I’ve had in the last few tournaments is just to focus on this and leave no regrets.”
Kane — Golden Boot winner at the last World Cup and in last season’s Premier League — is yet to find the net at these Euros and he admits he was below par against Croatia and Scotland before an improvement against the Czechs on Tuesday.
He said: “The first two games weren’t my best, I definitely could have improved on them. I thought the third game was a tough game but I felt a lot better.
“I felt I had a lot more involvement in the game, not just with the ball but without the ball and holding it up.
“People are quick to change their mind. It wasn’t too long ago when I won the Golden Boot and I was the best thing in the world and people were raving about me. That’s why I’ve always said, as a footballer, you can’t get too high or too low, you just have to have that neutral mode.
“I’ve always believed in myself. I could go ten or 15 games without scoring but give me a chance and I’d back myself to score it.
Kane hopes to become the first England captain since Bobby Moore in 1966 to win a trophy with EnglandCredit: Getty
“I’m in a good place. Going into Tuesday night, physically, I’m in the best shape of the tournament so far and that’s what I wanted going into this.
“I felt like I finished the season strongly with the club and sometimes when you have a break and then come back, it might take you a couple of games to get that feeling back.
“People sometimes expect you to just wipe the floor with some of these teams in European competition but it’s not the case.
“I’d have liked to have scored a few goals by now but it doesn’t always go your way like that. I’m calm and the team are calm.”
England have scored just twice so far — fewer goals than any other side left in the competition.
But Kane claims they are determined to entertain the masses against the Germans.
He said: “Germany are a great side, a tough side, but if we want to win this competition, if we want to go far, we are going to have to beat the best teams.
“We are going to assess Germany’s strengths and weaknesses but it is a game to be excited about, a game that we are all going to enjoy being involved in.
“It’s a big game but another game to go out and express ourselves.
“I feel like this team just want to play football, they want to get on the ball, show the world what they can do — and that is what we are going to try to do on Tuesday night.”
