    Who is Cristian Stellini?
    Born April 27, 1975, Cristian Stellini is Antonio Conte’s assistant manager and a former professional footballer.

    Conte’s right hand man was raised in Italy and spent his teenage years playing for Novara and Spal before making the switch to Serie C2 outfit Ternana in October 1996.
    Stellini inspired Ternana to Serie B promotion two years after signing for the club, and by 2002, the Italian coach was making his Serie A debut for Como against Empoli.
    However, Cristian announced himself to the world when he signed for Juventus in 2003 but unfortunately, a serious leg injury only saw him feature twice before being sold to Genoa.

    Stellini was appointed by Conte at Tottenham in September 2021 but the Italian also worked under Conte at Juventus in 2012.

    However, Stellini was forced to resign from his posting of technical assistant at Juventus for alleged match fixing where he was suspended for two and a half years.
    And once Stellini was eligible to coach again, he was dismissed from Lega Pro club Alessandra after signing a two-year contract for poor results.
    But Antonio Conte hired Stellini again as a managerial staff for Inter Milan in the 2019/20 season and the pair went on to clinch the Scudetto together. More

    REAL MADRID are reportedly considering a move for Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to replace Manchester United-bound Casemiro.Five-time Champions League winner Casemiro, 30, is closing in on a £60million move to Old Trafford worth £350,000-a-week.

    Real boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed the player wants to try a new challenge.
    The Italian said: “I have spoken with Casemiro.
    “Casemiro wants to try a new challenge, and I and the club understand that.
    “After all, he’s done for this club, we need to respect his decision.

    “Negotiations are ongoing but he has decided to leave Real Madrid.”
    And according to the Telegraph, Real are considering Tottenham’s Hojbjerg, 27, as a potential replacement for Casemiro.

    Ancelotti is an admirer of Hojbjerg and tried to sign the midfielder for Everton when the Italian was in charge at Goodison Park.
    Hojbjerg joined Tottenham from Southampton in 2020 for a fee of around £15m and has three years left on his contract.

    Perisic has started both of his Premier League appearances from the bench but it didn’t stop him from picking up the all important added-time assist in the 2-2 draw with Chelsea.
    One the buzz from the comeback at Stamford Bridge had died down, football fans noticed something incredibly rare.
    Perisic showed he has no weaker foot as he took corners using both his left and right feet.
    The left midfielder used his weaker left foot to pick out Harry Kane in the dying minutes against Chelsea to snatch a point.

    Tottenham agree Tanguy Ndombele loan transfer to Napoli with £25m option-to-buy… less than HALF what they paid

    TOTTENHAM have agreed a deal to ship record-signing Tanguy Ndombele on loan to Napoli.French midfielder Ndombele is set to join the Serie A giants on loan for the season, at a cost of just shy of £850,000.

    An option to buy the 25-year-old for £25million is included in the terms and his medical in Italy is scheduled for later this week.
    Spurs smashed their transfer record to bring in Ndombele from Lyon for £65m in 2019.
    He provided the odd flash of brilliance – such as a stunning lob at Sheffield United in January of last year – but in the main struggled to justify his enormous price tag.
    Jose Mourinho was never truly sold on Ndombele during his time in charge at Spurs.

    While Antonio Conte left him out of his pre-season plans and ordered the playmaker to train on his own, having loaned him out to Lyon for the second half of last season.
    Spurs were hoping to sell Ndombele permanently but with no takers they agreed to a loan, just as they did with Gio Lo Celso to Villarreal.

    They are still trying to move on fellow outcasts Harry Winks and Sergio Reguilon.
    Meanwhile, Spurs are interested in young Blackburn centre-back Ashley Phillips.

    Tottenham on verge of transfer for Blackburn starlet Ashley Phillips as they lead Man Utd and Chelsea in race

    Earlier this year, SunSport revealed that Antonio Conte and his staff were keen to pursue a deal for the young star, who has already been promoted to Blackburn’s first team.
    And a move could finally be on the cards with Tottenham’s Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici expected to give the green light.
    According to The Daily Mail, Paratici will attend Blackburn’s Championship clash with Reading at the Madejski Stadium on Wednesday.
    He will then look to strike a deal with Rovers chiefs as Spurs prepare an offer of around £3million.

    Phillips has less than one year remaining on his current contract so Blackburn are expected to cash-in on him before the transfer window slams shut next month.
    Manchester United and Chelsea have also expressed an interest in the defender, but neither club has made an offer.
    Tottenham have already introduced seven new players this summer including Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster, Yves Bissouma, Richarlison, Clement Lenglet and Djed Spence.
    On Tuesday, Spurs confirmed the arrival of Italian wing-back Destiny Udogie from Udenise.

    TOTTENHAM are reportedly set to complete their EIGHTH signing of the transfer window with Ruslan Malinovskyi.Antonio Conte has been busy whipping Spurs into shape for another top four challenge this season, and has been backed with seven new players to make it happen.

    However, the spending might not be done there, with reports from Italy suggesting Atalanta midfielder Malinovskyi could soon be on his way to North London.
    With one year left on his current contract, Atalanta are open to selling the 29-year-old and fresh interest from Spurs could see him leave Serie A.
    According to TuttoAtalanta, Spurs have overtaken newly promoted Nottingham Forest in the race to sign him, with the two parties understood to have agreed personal terms.
    But a sticking point in the deal remains what each club want from the deal.

    Atalanta want to cash in on the Ukrainian this summer, but Spurs prefer a loan move with an option to buy next summer.
    Malinovskyi played just six minutes of his side’s 2-0 win against Sampdoria during last weekend’s Serie A curtain raiser, but provided an assist during his brief cameo.
    He has been at the Bergamo based club since joining from KRC Genk in 2019.
    The 129 appearances he has made for them has yielded a return of 29 goals and 27 assists, with all but 11 of his goal contributions coming in the league.

    DESTINY UDOGIE claimed it was a “dream” to join Tottenham.The Italian left wing-back is Spurs’ SEVENTH signing of the summer after completing a £15million switch from Udinese, whom he has rejoined for the season on loan.

    Udogie has signed a contract until 2027 and the deal could rise a further £3m if add-ons are met.
    The 19-year-old said: “It’s a dream for me to join a top club like Tottenham.
    “It was an easy choice as they have Antonio Conte, a really top manager.”
    Udogie is of Nigerian descent but was born in Verona, where he came through the ranks as a youth product.

    The Italy under-21 international went on loan to Udinese last season before joining them permanently – only to then move to the Premier League.

    Meanwhile Tottenham have appointed Leonardo Gabbanini, formerly of Watford and Udinese, as their new chief scout.
