      Furious Annie Walker has hired Coleen Rooney’s victorious Wagatha Christie lawyer in her battle with love-rat hubby Kyle.
      Pals say Annie has privately vowed to seek a divorce with a fight looming over his £30million fortune.
      We told yesterday how she has booted out the England star — and her family are also keen for her to make the split permanent.
      The Sun can also reveal that Annie dumped Kyle over claims he had fathered a second love child with model Lauryn Goodman, 32.

      The pair have son Kairo, three, following a fling in 2019 while he was briefly separated from Annie.
      Lauryn gave birth to a girl last July and has been dogged by rumours Kyle is the dad.
      Sources say Annie was “floored” after receiving a message on Boxing Day which made the same claim.
      The source added: “He’d humiliated her once and now Annie suspected he’d done it again with the same woman.

      “It came out of the blue, it couldn’t have been a worse time.”
      The couple had a showdown and Annie kicked him out of their £2.5million mansion in Cheshire.
      She has had a series of heart-to-hearts with Coleen, wife of former England striker Wayne.
      Annie has “lawyered up” with legal whizz Paul Lunt, who acted for Coleen in her libel battle with Wag Becky Vardy.
      Annie has also recruited top PR agent Rachel Monk.
      Incredibly, Kyle ditched his spokeswoman and also hired Miss Monk to manage the scandal.
      Annie had previously agreed to stand by the Manchester City ace despite his 2019 fling with model Lauryn.
      Annie branded his betrayal “obscene” but insisted on ­keeping their family together. But she finally snapped after their ­Boxing Day row.
      Another source said the marriage had been on the rocks for months after Lauryn taunted her online about the identity of the baby’s father.
      The source added: “Annie didn’t want to believe it, but she was obviously suspicious after his previous love child.”
      The source said Kyle has moved into an apartment in Prestbury, Cheshire, but still sees his and Annie’s three kids.
      The source added: “If it is true, how can he be so stupid to do it again? I feel sorry for Annie and the kids. The truth is she loves him.”
      Friends said there was “no chance” Annie would reconcile.
      Kyle, who captained the Three Lions against North Macedonia in November, has remained silent.
      She announced their separation on Wednesday following a series of secret legal meetings.
      Annie wrote on Instagram: “I am posting this in response to growing recent media enquiries about my marriage to Kyle and in an effort to protect my family against the ­intensity of the media spotlight.
      “Sadly, after many years of ­marriage and three wonderful children together, I have decided to take some time away from Kyle.”
      She added: “I do not wish to ­comment on the position any ­further.
      “For now, I ask that the ­privacy of myself and our three young children is respected during this difficult time.”
      The couple wed in November 2021 but have been together for 15 years after meeting as teenagers in their home city of Sheffield.
      Annie loyally followed Kyle when he signed for Tottenham, and when he made his £50million move to Manchester City in 2017.
      But sex scandals followed — including a sordid 2019 fling with TV reality star Laura Brown.
      Annie took him back, but within weeks Lauryn was pregnant with Kairo.
      He confessed to Annie in a phone call from training in ­February 2020 and Kairo was born that April.
      Despite the ­heartache, Annie agreed to take him back again for the sake of their kids.
      She later revealed the pain he had inflicted in an exclusive interview with The Sun on Sunday, saying: “I don’t think I’ll ever be the same again because of what he’s done.
      “It makes me really sad that I’ve been damaged so badly when I’ve done nothing to deserve it. I love Kyle dearly and I’ll always love him, but to do this to me . . . after three kids?”
      She added: “I’ve tried to hate him but how can I hate the man my kids love so much?
      “Before the infidelity he was my best friend, my soulmate. I could count on him for anything. But none of what I thought we had feels real because he stabbed me in the back.”
      She also spoke of her pain as she wondered if Kairo looked like Kyle.
      Kyle had promised to have nothing to do with Lauryn or his son.
      But after a legal meeting in September 2022 they began communicating and he was secretly seeing Kairo up to twice a week.
      A source said: “Lauryn has always wanted Kyle to be a part of Kairo’s life.

      “Kyle and Lauryn only discussed their son and there was nothing else to it, but if he didn’t tell Annie it’s not surprising she was upset to find out.
      “They are constantly in touch but it is all for the sake of their boy.”

      In an online statement Annie said: “I am posting this in response to growing recent media enquiries about my marriage to Kyle and in an effort to protect my family against the intensity of the media spotlight.
      “Sadly, after many years of marriage and three wonderful children together; I have decided to take some time away from Kyle.

      The shock split comes after a series of sex scandals involving the Three Lions full-back who captained his country for the first time in November.

      He has been hit with a High Court bankruptcy petition filed by HMRC — setting off alarms for a string of VIPs.
      Dad-of-six Heskey, 45, was last year found to have defaulted on £92,000 of tax while working as a football development officer between 2017 and 2020.
      He was handed a £42,000 penalty.
      Meanwhile, the trendy bar he ran with wife Chantelle in posh Alderley Edge, Cheshire, was wound up by the courts with £163,000 of debts.

      It was unclear whether the court case arrears were related to the investment scheme or his business flop.
      Heskey has recently been involved in the running of Leicester City’s women’s team and supporting the England under-18s squad.
      The tax scheme was among those run by Ingenious Media, a financing company which funded more than 60 movies.
      David Beckham, Ant and Dec and Robbie Williams are among the famous names who pumped in cash, with a minimum £50,000 stake required.

      Clients were said to have been able to claim tax relief against most of their payment.
      Other stars linked to the scheme included Liverpool greats Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher and ex-Newsnight host Jeremy Paxman.
      Gerrard and composer Andrew Lloyd Webber were among investors reported in 2019 to be suing HSBC for “dishonestly assisting” Ingenious Media.
      Take That singers Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen have already repaid £20million.
      They insisted they had paid significant tax and believed the investments were legitimate enterprises.
      But Barlow later admitting it was “the stupidest thing I have ever done”.
      HMRC and Heskey were approached for comment. More

      The Sunderland winger had denied attacking the woman at his home.
      His trial heard the pair were “friends with benefits” after meeting on the dating app Tinder.
      Diamond told Newcastle crown court there was consensual sexual activity at his home in 2022.
      He said he then told the woman he did not think sex was a “good idea” and explained to the jury this was because he feared things “getting a bit too serious”.

      He said after being rejected, the woman turned away from him in bed and appeared to be in a “huff”.
       Eleanor Laws KC, defending, said: “He is not on trial for being immature . . . for misreading signals about whether he hurt someone.”

      “I now look forward to resuming my career.”

      The six-part show follows captains and coaches during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
      We look at how some of football’s most famous names fought for their country’s pride in a bid to lift the famous gold trophy.

      RANKED one of the world’s greatest players, Lionel Messi dreamed of emulating his hero Diego Maradona.

      After scoring Argentina’s second goal, Messi channelled Riquelme’s mocking victory celebration before calling Netherlands goal scorer Wout Weghorst an idiot in a bad-tempered post-match outburst in the tunnel.
      Messi said: “It was a really tough game. We were facing a great team. We have a very good group of players. They know how to fight when the going gets tough.
      “They (the Netherlands) talked a lot before the game and I didn’t like it.
      “The player in the number 19 shirt (Weghorst) kept provoking us. Bumping into us, and saying things from the start.
      “I don’t think that behaviour belongs in football.
      “I was really angry before the match because a coach like van Gaal . . .  I felt he had disrespected the Argentinian team.”
      Messi fulfilled his World Cup mission after leading Argentina to victory over France in a spectacular final.
      He scored twice in the 3-3 match before scoring again from the spot as Argentina won on penalties.
      He said: “It’s very hard to explain how you feel at that moment. All that energy.”
      Asked if he had any advice for his young­er self, he said: “Enjoy football, keep doing what you do, because that’s what matters the most and the rest will come.”
      GARETH BALE
      Wales
      BALE led Wales to their first World Cup since 1958 and told how much-loved former manager Gary Speed, who took his own life in 2011, aged 42, still inspires the nation.
      On reaching Qatar he said: “The proudest thing you can do as an athlete is to represent your country.

      “To be playing for Wales and taking them to the World Cup, for it to become a reality is surreal.
      “Whenever I meet up with Wales it feels like home.
      “I know everyone sees that I’m quiet, but I like to joke around and get people going. It’s about us as a team, trying to do as best we can.”
      He said the team still talk about Gary Speed, adding: “We still speak about him. Everyone involved will tell you how grateful the whole nation is.
      “If he hadn’t come in at that moment, we might not be where we are now, we might not have had that foundation built for us to really kick on and achieve what we’ve achieved.”
      HARRY KANE
      England
      TOP scorer Kane went up against his Spurs team-mate Hugo Lloris in the quarter-final.
      Kane missed a penalty which saw England crash out when they lost 2-1 to France.

      But the England talisman never lost hope until the last moment.
      He said: “We’re level-headed, we know what we need to do to go far in this tournament. It’s important you control your emotions.
      “We’re not just here to reach the quarter-final and we have to believe if we want to go all the way.”
      On penalties he said: “I like to have the ball in my hands, stay calm.
      “I always kind of know where I’m going to put the penalty, focus on that.”
      Lloris says of Kane’s miss: “That’s football.”
      England boss Gareth Southgate said: “England always think they should be winning. History would tell us that’s not really the case.”
      CRISTIANO RONALDO
      Portugal
      RONALDO hoped his fifth World Cup finals would see him get his hands on the trophy at last.
      He got off to a rocky start after it was rumoured he threatened to quit after being benched for two games.

      Although he made appearances as a substitute, it didn’t prevent Portugal from being beaten by Morocco in one of the big shocks.
      He said: “Everyone wants to win but there can only be one winner.
      “If you asked me if I finished my career today, would I be happy? Yes of course! But a World Cup win could be fun.”
      Of his shredded dreams after a quarter-final exit, he said: “Some people like me, some people don’t, but I’m proud of everything I’ve done. It wouldn’t be fair for me to ask for more.
      “I don’t chase records, records chase me. Pressure? Every player feels pressure. There’s been pressure ever since I left Madeira aged 11.”
      THIAGO SILVA
      Brazil
      AN emotional Silva told how he was left “hurt” after pre-tournament favourites Brazil were knocked out by Croatia in the quarter-finals.
      But he said he had already won the biggest battle of his life after winning a fight for survival against tuberculosis aged 21 in 2005.
