    Many would assume that anyone from Rosario would always say Messi, especially after he ended 36 years of hurt by guiding his country to a third World Cup in Qatar last month.
    But not Rodriguez.
    The Argentina women’s star is clearly a huge fan of Messi’s greatest rival Ronaldo.
    And she’s got a tattoo of his face on her left leg.

    Below that piece of art, she also has some ink of the ex-Manchester United ace doing his famous SUI celebration.
    And many on social media have been reacting to Rodriguez’s preference.
    One said: “Messi isn’t rated in his own country lol.”
    A second admitted: “She knows ball and who the goat is. @cristiano.”

    A LIONEL Messi fan says he regrets tattooing the footballer’s name on his forehead following Argentina’s victory in the World Cup.Colombian influencer, Maicol Quinonez, shared the shocking moment he got ‘Messi’ tattooed in huge letters across his head in a social media post.

    Now only two weeks later, the influencer more widely known as Mike Jambs says he hates the tattoo.
    The bizarre inking was a tribute to World Cup champion Lionel Messi and Quinonez captioned his post “Fulfilling the challenge. I love you @leomessi’.
    The digital creator also had three stars tattooed on one of his cheeks representing Argentina’s World Cup wins and D10s on the other – a play on the Spanish word for ‘God’ and the footballers famous shirt number.
    Quinonez has racked up over 143,000 followers on Instagram, many of whom mocked the influencer for his latest ink.

    Viewers commented their thoughts on the influencers tribute tatts, one wrote: “People for likes do very stupid things, I don’t know why I follow you”.
    Another commented: “People are so backwards”.
    A third said: “Hopefully one day you won’t have to regret it and it’ll actually be worth it, I doubt it”.
    Initially, he defended his decision to get the tattoo, telling his followers: “I’m not harming anyone, I’m not doing anything illegal.”

    But now he has admitted in a recent social media video that he wishes he could turn back the clock, saying: “I regret having done the tattoo because instead of bringing me positive things, it’s led to lots of negative things, both personally and for my family.”
    “I didn’t think I would say this so soon. I was very proud [of it] the first few days, but I regret it.”
    “They just say that I am not a positive example for society.”
    “Be careful with your words. You don’t know the damage you can do to someone because of social media. You don’t know how you can destroy your life,” he added.
    Tattooists in Argentina were flooded with requests for Messi tributes following the triumphant World Cup win.
    Many fans were also left in hysterics after one fan got a tattoo of the Paris Saint-Germain striker on his back that was labelled the ‘worst ever’ by some viewers.

    Despite there being no confirmation that the ink job is genuine, fans were quick to poke fun at it.

    A second wrote: “Looks like Messi in 2026 being 39 and overweight.”

    To celebrate the achievement, the 34-year-old has invested in a massive thigh tattoo of the World Cup trophy.
    Above the trophy, there are three stars to symbolise Argentina’s three World Cup wins, with the previous two coming in 1978 and 1986.
    Behind the ink, there is the Argentinian “Sun of May”, which is featured on the country’s flag.
    The tattoo was designed and done by artist Ezequiel Viapiano.

    And an individual on social media proceeded to point out that it resembles Natalie Cassidy’s character in Eastenders – even though it is believed to be of the Virgin Mary.
    They said: “Montiel has a tattoo of Sonia Jackson on his arm and scored the winning penalty in a World Cup Final.”

    Now finding himself with a bit of time off, Richarlison has decided to get a huge new back tattoo.
    The design features head shots of himself, team-mate Neymar and R9.
    It also features a child wearing a backwards cap and a “Richarlison 9” jersey, looking out over a favela.
    The detailed tattoo takes up the star’s entire back, and has been done by regular artist to Brazilian stars Dom Tattoo.

    Dom has also inked Richarlison’s fellow Prem stars Antony, Bruno Guimaraes and Fabio Vieira.
    He shared a short video clip of the Tottenham striker’s design to his 157,000 Instagram followers, with Richarlison subsequently re-posting it to his own story.
    After a snap of the tattoo was posted on Twitter, a number of social media users couldn’t believe that Richarlison had decided to get his pal Neymar tattooed onto his back.
    One wrote: “It’s weird to get neymar tattooed on you.”

    Richarlison has a heart with a Brazilian flag with Dom stating that it represents his “addiction” to the national team.
    But Dom claims that it wasn’t planned with the footballer asking for it in the spur-of-the-moment.
    He duly obliged and worked his magic.
    Richarlison also has his favourite cartoon characters on his arm, including Daffy Duck, Tom and Jerry and Bugs Bunny.
