    ‘I feel like I’m watching Strictly’ – Brutal Roy Keane slams cocky Brazil dancing in World Cup goal-fest vs South Korea

    Manager Tite even got involved after Richarlison ran over to the dugout after scoring Brazil’s third goal.
    The game finished 4-1 as Brazil booked their quarter-final place against Croatia
    But Keane could not understand the players’ antics and likened it to an episode of Strictly Come Dancing.
    He said on ITV’s coverage of the match: “I can’t believe what I’m watching. Obviously brilliant, brilliant by Brazil.

    “Fantastic finish by Vinicius, great start to the game. But I’ve never seen so much dancing.
    “It’s like watching Strictly. I can’t believe what I’m watching.”
    He added: “I don’t like this. People say it’s their culture. But I think that’s really disrespecting the opposition.
    “It’s four goals, and they are doing it every time.

    “I don’t mind so much the first jig, it’s the one after that, and the manager getting involved. I’m not happy about it. I don’t think it’s good at all.”
    Souness also found the dancing distasteful, calling it a “shambles”.
    He added: “It’s only a matter of time before someone goes right through one of these Brazilians.”
    Fans found Keane’s comments hilarious with one saying: “Hahaha Roy Keane is in the mood!”

    The Brazil stars paid a touching tribute to World Cup hero Pele after he was rushed to hospital earlier this week.
    Pele, 82, was hospitalised earlier this week after he stopped responding to chemotherapy as he battles bowel cancer.
    And Brazil players paid homage to the World Cup great by bringing a special poster onto the pitch after thrashing South Korea 4-1.

    Fans also paid their owner tribute before kick off as they brought a flag which shows an older Pele hugging a traditional black and white football paired with an image of him while playing for Santos.
    Pele is the only man to have won three World Cups – in 1958, 1962, and 1970.

    Ex-Liverpool star looks unrecognisable after appearing on his own country’s version of Strictly Come Dancing

    A former Liverpool star has turned his talent to the dancefloor on his home country’s version of Strictly Come Dancing.Arsenal legend Tony Adams might be struggling on the UK edition of the reality programme, but he is not the only ex-player showing off his moves.

    Centre-back Ragnar Klavan, 37, who spent two seasons at Anfield between 2016 and 2018, is currently competing on the Estonian format.
    Following his first performance on the show, the judges praised his display as the couple scored 24 out of 40.
    One judge, Juri Nael, said: “I see fantastic potential. Of course, it is necessary to make some concessions, but the potential is absolutely there.”
    While Martin Parmas added: “Such a relaxed performance, I like it. The feeling was there.”

    Despite impressing the judges, Klavan remained modest about his own performance.
    He said: “Something came out… at least I moved.”
    Before his dance partner Kerttu Tanav replied: “It was very good! I liked Martin’s comment. I also told Raku to just enjoy and be yourself.”
    Klavan was asked who the better coach is between Tanav and ex-Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.

    To which he replied: “The quality is the same. The only difference is that Kerttu doesn’t shout or curse at me in rough German.”
    Klavan also bizarrely claimed he will continue his football career if he wins the show.
    He said: “If the show is won then I think that the emotion and energy are so high that I might be willing to continue my career based on that.”
    Football fans reacted to the clip of Klavan on social media, with one saying: “Still has the moves.”
    Another added: “He’s better than Tony Adams, that’s for sure.”
    A third said: “How do we vote for him so that he wins? This needs to be a thing.”
    While a fourth added: “‘He’s glided across the ballroom there as smoothly as he used to glide across the pitch’ etc etc.”
    Klavan made 53 appearances during his two seasons with Liverpool – arriving from Augsburg for £4.2million.

    The former England skipper didn’t disappoint, with a hilarious eight second video of him dancing doing the rounds on social media.
    And it has left fans all saying the same thing.
    A swathe of social media users complemented the ex-defender for giving them a laugh and responded in kind with strings of laughing emojis.
    Some also added dancing emojis along with their laughing ones, while one fan said: “Tony Adams on Strictly Come Dancing might be must-watch TV.”

    Another user said: “Tony Adams with the best performance from an Englishman tonight,” in reference to England’s dire display against Italy.
    Some referenced other dances from pop culture.

    “It feels like the first day of school but you can do anything if you try.

    Asked if he has danced in nightclubs, he replies: “Yeah baby, I’ve got it.”

    But within moments of the announcement, social media exploded with references to an iconic clip of ex-England defender Adams.
    The then-Granada manager was filmed in 2017 giving some very animated instructions to his players.
    And if his cumbersome and eccentric moves are anything to go by, the judges in the ballroom are in for some tricky evenings scoring the renowned hard-man.
    One wrote on Twitter: “Tony Adams on Strictly Come Dancing? He’s got a few moves to be fair.”

    Coronation Street actors Will Mellor and Kym Marsh, Loose Women star Kaye Adams, Radio 2’s Richie Anderson, and Ted Lasso actress Ellie Taylor have all been revealed.
    The latest celebrity to be announced for the show was CBBC star Mollie Rainford this morning.
