      And Bjornsson – nicknamed Thor – said he can now do over 500 sit ups as a result of the dramatic transformation.
      He counted up to 501 and posted on Instagram: “How many crunches can you do one go? I used to get cramps after like 50…”
      Bjornsson, 33, beat strongman rival Eddie Hall, 34, in their gigantic grudge match in March.
      It came after he boxed in three exhibition bouts to prepare for the mammoth matchup in Dubai.

      Last season, however, Bassey quickly became one of Rangers’ star men and transfer interest intensified as a result.
      Playing in 50 games across the campaign, Bassey established himself as not only a left back, but a centre back as well.
      His starring role in Rangers’ run to the Europa League Final made him a firm favourite among the Light Blues support.
      Bassey was left out of the Rangers squad for Saturday’s 2-1 win over Blackpool, and Giovanni van Bronckhorst conceded after the game that he expected him to leave.

      John Souttar has joined from Hearts, while former Celtic target Ben Davies joined the club last night.

      HASIM RAHMAN JR has revealed how he could be left with just $5,000 for his fight with Jake Paul. The American heavyweight has signed to fight Paul at the 14st 4lb cruiserweight limit of 200lb.

      But due to his superior size and experience advantage, a rehydration clause was inserted into the contract.
      It means Rahman cannot exceed 214lb on the morning of the bout, when he is required to hit the scales again.
