“Granit played a lot of minutes in the last four to six weeks and other players are playing really well.
“We have to think about how we develop the game, it will all depend what happens in the second half, but changes are part of the game.”

    RIVALRY REIGNITED
Just a reminder of how good some of these clashes have been…..
Team news will be in any moment now!

    GOONER BE A GOOD GAME
Arsenal have arrived at Old Trafford and look raring to go.

    BOBBY’S BATTLE
There has been some terribly sad news announced today, concerning England’s 1966 World Cup winning hero.
Sir Bobby Charlton’s wide Norma confirmed that the former Manchester United star has been diagnosed with dementia.
Sir Bobby played every minute of England’s stunning World Cup triumph of 1966, with brother Jack also an integral member of the squad.
He went on the win the much-revered Ballon d’Or later that year and is widely regarded as one of the greatest footballers of all time.
The 83-year-old scored 249 goals in 758 games for Manchester United, helping them to their first ever European Cup win in 1968.
He also survived the horrific Munich Air Disaster in 1958.
A United statement reads: “Everyone at Manchester United is saddened that this terrible disease has afflicted Sir Bobby Charlton and we continue to offer our love and support to Sir Bobby and his family.”

    SUBS GALORE
Ole could well have a selection headache this afternoon.
Donny van de Beek’s has yet to make a Premier League start, although he did make the starting line-up against RB Leipzig.
Edinson Cavani made his debut for United as a substitute against Chelsea, in a goalless draw, and could well feature in the same manner this afternoon.
United also put on an impressive defensive performance in the Champions League, leaving Ole spoilt for choice.
One name that won’t be in the mix today is AlexTelles, who has tested positive for Covid-19.
While Anthony Martial is out because of his three-match domestic ban.

    EARLIER THIS YEAR…
The last meeting between these two great sides was in January where Arsenal took all three points.
Pepe got the opener with just eight minutes on the clock.

    UNITED IN RED
There will be a minute’s silence at the start of the game in honour of remembrance day.
Manchester United will also be remembering Nobby Siles.

    GOOD AFTERNOON
Manchester United v Arsenal is a fixture that has plenty of history – even new boy Bruno Fernandes has been swatting up on the infamous clashes from the late 1990s and early 2000s.
Speaking ahead of the game, the Portuguese midfielder claimed he had watched the tunnel clash between Patrick Viera and Roy Keane but did note that times were different now.
Fernandes added: “The fight will be there; everyone wants the three points, But I hope the three points can stay at Old Trafford.”
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are now unbeaten in four games, but their last loss came at the hands of another North London side – when Tottenham thrashed them at Old Trafford.
However, two wins against big European sides in the Champions League is likely to give United plenty of confidence this afternoon.
Following Marcus Rashford’s mid-week goal-haul, the forward is highly likely to start in this afternoon’s meeting.
While Mason Greenwood’s impressive performance could also land him a spot in the starting XI.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have suffered back-to-back Premier League defeats and will want to prove they can compete against a big six club.
United trail Arsenal in the table, but the North London side have played an additional game, so their two-point cushion counts for little.
Stick with us this afternoon as we bring you all the action.

    SHOERLY NOT!
    It’s a shoey to celebrate!

    SAFETY CAR OUT
    Plenty of pitstops.

    FULL-TIME STATS
Villa fought back well in the second half grabbing three goals, but it wasn’t enough to get rescue a point.

In the first half, Grealish wasn’t good enough and if Villa were to stage any kind of fight-back, it would be Grealish leading the charge.
And in the second half, Grealish stepped up!
Villa based over 50 per cent of their play in the attacking third down the left hand-side, which is no surprise as Grealish was operating in that area of the pitch.
Grealish had a hand in all three of villa’s goals, he set up the first, won the penalty for the second and scored the third!

    FT: ASTON VILLA 3-4 SOUTHAMPTON
What a way to start of Sunday and what a game of football!
It was a game of two halves, Southampton scored three in the first half to put them in the driving seat.
Goals from Vestergaard and two emphatic free-kicks from Ward-Prowse had the Saints flying going into half-time.
Against the run of play, Ings extended Southampton’s lead to four in the second half.
It was a brilliant finish from the No9, he cut inside onto his right foot and picked out the top right corner.
Mings would grab a goal back for Villa minutes later, finishing off a well worked passage of play.
The chances of a comeback looked slim as the clock hit 90, but some sloppy defending from Diallo gifted the Villans a spot kick which Watkins converted to make it 4-2.
Grealish would strike with a minute to go with a wonderful shot at McCarthy’s near post but it was too little too late.

    PEEEEEEP!
    THAT’S FULL-TIME!

    ASTON VILLA 3-4 SOUTHAMPTON
90+5. Excellent goal by Jack Grealish, he cut inside onto his right foot and fooled McCarthy picking on the bottom corner at the near post!
We’ve been treated to a seven goal thriller, there’s a minute left to play, is there enough time for an equaliser?!

    GOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL!!!
GREALISH PICKS OUT THE BOTTOM CORNER!!
MINUTE LEFT TO PLAY AND IT’S GAME ON!!!

    ASTON VILLA 2-4 SOUTHAMPTON
90+3. Villa are still looking for another goal, they have three minutes or so do grab another or two!

    ASTON VILLA 2-4 SOUTHAMPTON
90+2. Too little too late for Villa, they’ve got a second and it was a good finish by Watkins.
He planted the ball into the far corner giving McCarthy no chance, it’ll take a miracle for Villa to get two more in the final three of four minutes.

    GOOOOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!
    GREAT PENALTY FROM WATKINS!!!
    STRAIGHT INTO THE FAR CORNER!!!

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    PENALTY!
    90. Watkins finds some room inside the penalty area but his shot is blocked by Stephens, the ball lands at the feet of Grealish and Diallo trips the Villa captain.
The referee pointing straight to the spot.
    Right decision, Watkins to take.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    89. SIX additional minutes to be played at the end of the second half.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    87. A shooting opportunity opens up for Luiz 25 yards from goal, the Brazilian tries to pick out the top left corner but McCarthy was equal to it and pulls off a good save.
Time is running out for Villa, three minutes plus whatever is added on.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    86. Grealish is picked out in space down the left hand-side, he looks to drill a cross back towards the edge of the penalty area but he puts too much power on it.
It’s not been Grealish’s day today, he hasn’t been as threatening and has looked off the pace a bit.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    84. Ings is back to his feet and Hasenhuttl isn’t taking any risks, he’s taken Ings off a brought Long on in his place.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    82. Not good news for Saints fans, Ings is down injured holding his knee after a challenge by Elmohamady.
Ings has struggled with his knee in previous seasons and up until now he looked as if he managed to find a way of avoiding injury.

    GAME OF THE DAY
We’ve been treated to a five goal thriller so far, and there’s still ten minutes or so left to play!

    Credit: Getty Images

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    SAVE!
    79. Another finger tip save by McCarthy to deny Mings! He’s been on fire in between the sticks, the Saints have him to thank for keeping their three goal advantage.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    77. Bertrand has picked up a slight knock and Diallo is coming on in his place.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    SAVE!
    75. The ball breaks to Trezeguet inside the Saints penalty area, he sends his shot crashing into the ground and bouncing up in front of McCarthy who manages to tip the ball over the bar.
The corner is whipped in to a dangerous area but Southampton manage to get the ball clear to safety.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    74. Watkins shows some nice skill as he beats Walker-Peters to the byline, he drills a cross into the six yard box but Stephens clears the ball behind for a villa corner.
Villa are ending the second half strongly, the clock is however ticking and they’ll have to score three goals in a very short amount of time.

    ASTON VILLA 1-4 SOUTHAMPTON
    73. Barkley is getting a lot of joy in the hole behind Watkins, he works some space on the edge of the area and sends a shot straight at McCarthy.
Villa are knocking on the door.

Usyk vs Chisora LIVE RESULTS: Ukrainian WINS after Wembley war, Del Boy ‘gutted’, Selby beaten – latest reaction

OLEKSANDR USYK showed his class as he beat Dereck Chisora at Wembley Arena – but not without a scare.
Del Boy put up a terrific fight and took Usyk the distance, where all three judges narrowly scored it the way of the Ukrainian.

Follow ALL the reaction from Wembley Arena below…

    ROAD WARRIOR
Usyk has fought – and WON – in sixth different countries in his last nine fights.

    CAMERA SHY
Chisora’s team acted swiftly to BLOCK the in-dressing room camera as they went through fight tactics.
The Brit was just minutes away from his mouthwatering clash against Oleksandr Usyk when Sky Sports Box Office went to their cameras.
One of his trainers was talking about boxing movement with Chisora, who was seated on an exercise bike.
Realising that what was being discussed was going live, another member of the team quickly moved towards the camera and pointed the lens to the floor.
There was then some searching around for a towel to make sure no secrets got out.
Just minutes later his rival Usyk decided to use TAPE to cover up his camera – maybe Sky Sports will be reviewing these live cameras for next time.

    FROM WLAD TO WORSE
Wladimir Klitschko has accused Tyson Fury of using drugs again.
Fury, 32, stunned the world when he went to Germany in 2015 and totally outboxed the ten-year champion to become the unified king.
And, five years later, when the WBC sanctioning body asked their Twitter followers how Wladimir’s older brother Vitali would have done in this era,
Fury had another pop at the fighting family.
The Gypsy King wrote: “Would [have] loved to kick his ass also.” Wladimir saw the message and dived in to defend his elder sibling, who was a three-time heavyweight world champion between 1999 and 2012.
The retired legend slammed Fury for never having their rematch and brought up sick comments the Brit made in his checkered past.

Fans, Sadly it appears @Tyson_Fury is abusing substances again. History shows he goes off the deep end with irrational, sexist, racial, statements.Truth is Klitschko and ass kick is fantasy for him. Klitschko and run, ran, or dodged the rematch is more accurate. “Just say no” pal

    MACK THE KNIFE
Matthew Macklin has revealed his scorecard for Chisora-Usyk, with one clear winner.

I thought it was 116-112 to Usyk. Just cos Delboy has a great chin and was taking Usyks shots no problem, doesn’t mean they weren’t scoring shots. Fantastic effort from Chisora but I thought Usyk was a clear winner in a hard fight.
    — matthew macklin (@mattmacklin) November 1, 2020

    TED TALK
Hall Of Fame trainer Teddy Atlas has had his say on the fight.

    NOT JUST WORLD, UNDISPUTED
Oleksandr Usyk was quick to pick up on the interviewer after his points triumph over Derek Chisora at Wembley Stadium.
When asked if he was still aiming for the world heavyweight title, having moved up from cruiserweight, he said: “Not just world, undisputed.”

    ANT AND DECKED
Anthony Joshua was an eager ringside viewer at Wembley Stadium. Usyk is now mandatory for his WBO belt.

    MATCH OF THE DAVIS
Over in the US through the night Gervonta Davis scored an brutal victory over Leo Santa Cruz with a devastating sixth-round uppercut.
The win saw Floyd Mayweather’s protege pick up the WBA super-featherweight title to add to his WBA lightweight strap.

    BURGER KING
Derek Chisora went and brought Olesandr Usyk and his team their post-fight meal, passing around BURGERS.
The Ukrainian’s team look delighted, and there’s no bad blood between the pair.

    TAYLOR TALK
Josh Taylor impressed with Chisora’s performance tonight.

What a gallant performance from chisora ! Pleasantly surprised 😊👌🏼either way. Well fekkin done 👏🏼
    — Josh Taylor (@JoshTaylorBoxer) October 31, 2020

    WHYTE’S VIEW
Dillian Whyte, who beat Chisora twice in his career, has had his say on Usyk’s win.
“I didn’t see anything special from Usyk,” he said.
“Derek was following him around – I don’t know what advice he was being given.
“There were no boxers in there [in Chisora’s corner]. It is a joke. Maybe their plan was to survive 12 rounds.
“Usyk can be a force because he has pedigree and is a good mover, but that’s about it.”

    GUTTED
Del Boy thought he won the fight and is absolutely distraught with the loss.

    MACKLIN’S SCORE
Matt Macklin has gone with 116-112 Usyk.

I thought it was 116-112 to Usyk. Just cos Delboy has a great chin and was taking Usyks shots no problem, doesn’t mean they weren’t scoring shots. Fantastic effort from Chisora but I thought Usyk was a clear winner in a hard fight.

    GROVES SCORE
George Groves has given his scorecard for the night… he had Usyk winning easily.

I had it 9-3 Usyk. Felt he took his foot off the gas when he didn’t get Chisora out of there after the big 7th round. Waited for the last onslaught from Chisora to come and pass but didn’t fancy pushing for an early finish.. great win none the less!
    — George Groves (@StGeorgeGroves) November 1, 2020

    BELLEW SPEAKS
“Derek put in a fantastic performance. He forced the pace, got right stuck in,” he said.
“I’m not going to say the word robbery because that’s ridiculous. But it was a close fight.
“I know Usyk is by far the better boxer and get hit twice the amount. The output outweighs boxing sometimes.
“I think Usyk went in there with a point to prove, he showed he can take a punch, he hurt Chisora. But Chisora outworked Usyk.”

    RESPECT
Both sides were all respect at the end of the fight, Usyk rates his performance as 3/10. Chisora thought he won.

    CHISORA SPEAKS
“Yeah, 100 per cent I won that fight. I was pushing the pace but the judges saw it different. I’m just disappointed,” he said.
“It’s the fight game, he took shots, everyone can. I’m basically gutted. I’ll make Hayemaker go for the rematch.
“Eddie’s not here, I’d be having a go at him.
“I’m just gutted for myself, everyone stay safe, we’ll go back to normal soon.
“I gave a couple of rounds away, 100 per cent. It’s boxing, there has to be one loser, one winner. I’m gutted, you don’t understand.”

    USYK VS JOSHUA?
“My plan is to go home, spend time with family and train,” he says after being asked about an Anthony Joshua fight.
He’s now Joshua’s WBO world title mandatory challenger.
“Absolutely, I want to be undisputed. Not just world champion. Undisputed world champion.”

    ACTION SHOTS
A really solid heavyweight fight that. But Usyk was too classy in the end.

    USYK BEATS CHISORA!
Oleksandr Usyk beats Derek Chisora in London with scores of 117-112, 115-113 in favour of the former undisputed cruiserweight champion.
Decent fight, great effort from Chisora.

    Scorecards: @usykaa takes it 117-112, 115-113, 115-113 👏 usykchisora pic.twitter.com/D5VndBOKNI

    USYK VS CHISORA
    Round 12
    Final round! Here we go!
Chisora’s tank looks completely empty but he’s giving it absolutely everything here. Usyk stabbing that jab into Chisora’s face with real menace.
When they exchange in the middle of the ring, it looks like both could land flush on the chin at any time.
Usyk, from the mid-point of this fight, has controlled it really, give or take the odd round.
Chisora comes forward with his typical right hand to finish the round but Usyk returns with rights and lefts himself.
Final 30 seconds, Chisora eats a left hand but once again he comes forward to give it everything he has before the bell rings. And breathe.
How will the judges see that one? I’ve got it 116-112 Usyk.

    USYK VS CHISORA
    Round 11
Chisora drops his arms at the start of the 11th but Usyk doesn’t fall for the potential bait.
Usyk then comes forward with a big one-two while Chisora continues to come forward.
He really doesn’t care too much about his gas tank at the moment. He’s come further than most thought he would and won’t stop throwing hands.
Chisora backs Usyk up against the ropes in the final minute but Usyk lands a short left hand to the jaw.
Another left and right from Usyk, who banks another round.

    USYK VS CHISORA
    Round 10
Brutal start to the 10th round as Usyk tries to put it on Chisora, who is all too happy to oblige in those war tactics.
Chisora has taken some big shots here tonight and is still going. He doesn’t look as tired as most thought he would either.
Chisora then comes in with a right hand and Usyk looks to be a slowing a little bit himself.
Usyk has had to work hard tonight, particularly in this round when it looked like the fight was swinging his way.
Nice left hook again to finish the round from Usyk.

    USYK VS CHISORA
    Round 9
Usyk looking to up the tempo but Chisora still comes forward with as much menace as he can muster to start the round.
Usyk looking relatively comfortable in there as Chisora lands a decent jab and some body shots. He’s asking some questions of the Ukrainian.
But Usyk is still confidently boxing his way to victory here in London.
Chisora with some good work, however, to end the round.
    Big three rounds coming up.

Gervonta Davis vs Santa Cruz LIVE REACTION: Tank scores stunning knockout win with devastating left uppercut

GERVONTA DAVIS knocked out Leo Santa Cruz in sensational fashion with a stunning left uppercut.
Davis landed the shot in round six of what was a thrilling fight between the pair in front of a limited crowd at the Alamodome in Texas.
Follow ALL the reaction from big fight below…

    CON ARTIST
Conor McGregor claims he is is now ‘infinite times better’ than he was against Floyd Mayweather and is ‘excited to show’ it on his return.
The former UFC champion tweeted to praise Gervonta Davis’ stunning uppercut knockout against Leo Santa Cruz.
A fan replied by comparing the shot to one that McGregor landed on Mayweather in the opening stages of their 2017 boxing match.
According to the man himself, his ability has improved in the three years since, and he is waiting to prove it on his comeback.
McGregor, 32, posted: “They won’t let me fight again in 2020. But yes, that boxing bout was 3 years ago now.
“I am infinite times better than I was then. No question! Excited to show! Only got 40 seconds out the last time.”

    WALK THE WALK
Gervonta Davis paid homage to his mentor’s famous Mexican ring attire that Floyd Mayweather wore against Oscar De La Hoya in 2007.
Mayweather dressed in the colours of Mexico and walked out with a sombrero the night he outpointed De La Hoya.
It elevated the American legend to the top of the sport and dethroned De La Hoya – who has Mexican parents – as boxing’s pay-per-view attraction.
Davis, 13 years later, replicated the move as he enjoyed his own breakout performance.
Fighting on pay-per-view for the first time, the Baltimore banger – known as ‘Tank’ – knocked out Mexico’s Leo Santa Cruz.

    UPPER CLASS
It was Davis’s 24th win from 24 fights – and the first time Santa Cruz had been stopped.

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
With Teofimo Lopez, Ryan Garcia, Devin Haney and Vasiliy Lomachenko surrounding Gervonta Davis, the American has plenty of box office rivals.
But Floyd Mayweather insisted his protege is top of the pile.
He said: “So we don’t wanna come up here and call different names, we wanna fight him, we wanna fight him, we don’t want to do that.
“What we wanna do is let him go home, enjoy himself, his daughter, his family, his team, and then we will talk about that. 20-30 days from now, but he should be able to enjoy his victory.
“So we don’t wanna come up here and call different names, we wanna fight him, we wanna fight him, we don’t want to do that.
“What we wanna do is let him go home, enjoy himself, his daughter, his family, his team, and then we will talk about that. 20-30 days from now, but he should be able to enjoy his victory.”

    PUNCH OF THE YEAR?
Gervonta Davis became a two-weight world champ and backed up the hype with the incredible upper cut in the sixth round.

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Conor McGregor claims Gervonta Davis’ uppercut against Leo Santa Cruz was similar to the one he landed on Floyd Mayweather.
McGregor was beaten on his boxing debut by Mayweather in 2017, but landed a counter left hand in the early rounds of the fight.
And he says it was reminiscent of the shot Davis – who is promoted by Mayweather – caught Santa Cruz with to knock out the Mexican.

I walked Floyd onto mine as he rushed in with a back hand to my..?(to where ever he was aiming that back hand lol) Davis stepped out and in with his, fully planted.Way more devastating! My shot, though slightly smothered, was still a tasty fast shot. Happy at the time #learning https://t.co/0sMG7qnEVi

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
NBA legend LeBron James was left stunned after Tank Davis’ stunning stoppage against Leo Santa Cruz.
The LA Lakers star reacted to the uppercut KO on Twitter.
He posted: “Knockout of the Year!! My GOODNESS!! Night Night.”

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Floyd Mayweather talks up Gervonta Davis’ star power as a pay-per-view attraction after beating Leo Santa Cruz.
He said: “If anybody can become a household name this kid right here got all the skills.
    “I’m so proud of him.”

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Here’s a ringside look at Gervonta Davis going to work on the body of Leo Santa Cruz.
Davis invested heavily in body shots leading up to the KO.

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Tank Davis sent out a statement to the super-featherweight and lightweight division.

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
UFC star Conor McGregor has had his say on Gervonta Davis’ stunning KO.
McGregor tweeted: “My lord! What a vicious uppercut that was.
“Praying for the health and safety of Santa Cruz there. The young man “Tank” Davis has some serious venom in that back hand shot. Incredible!”

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Gervonta Davis knocked out Leo Santa Cruz in sensational fashion with a stunning left uppercut.
Davis landed the shot in round six of what was a thrilling fight between the pair in front of a limited crowd at the Alamodome in Texas.
He began the opening stages of the fight on the back foot, as Santa Cruz came forward with combinations.
The Baltimore banger, known as ‘Tank, looked to land the more telling single blows, whereas Santa Cruz was throwing in numbers.
As the early rounds racked up, Davis began to find his rhythm and judge range better, scoring with left uppercuts and lead right hooks.
Santa Cruz’s speed was still apparent, which forced his man onto the ropes, but the Mexican lacked the power to really put a dent in Davis.By round four, Santa Cruz looked to be slowing down as he began to retreat backwards.
Davis, walking his smaller opponent down, started to invest in body punching as the fight played out on the inside.
Heading into round five, the American star did so on top, as Mayweather let out a celebration ringside.
Santa Cruz continued to plod forward but began to get countered, as Davis’ jab and body shots caught the eye.
As the bell sounded for the sixth, Santa Cruz got back on the front foot and the pair began to trade heavy hooks in close.
Davis landed with a big uppercut but was immediately countered and appeared momentarily wobbled.
He retaliated by forcing Santa Cruz into the corner, where he unleashed the show-stopping left uppercut.
Davis slipped on the outside and bowled in an uppercut that bounced off Santa Cruz’s chin and left the 32-year-old knocked out cold.

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Here is Gervonta Davis’ stunning knockout against Leo Santa Cruz.

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Davis walks away with the WBA super-featherweight and ‘Regular’ lightweight belts. But he is happy to carry on campaigning at both weights.
He said: “I’ll maintain it at both. Whatever best decision that my team and I come up with we’ll go with it but the best opportunity to fight, I’m not ducking or dodging nobody.
“As you know, there’s no safety on this block.
“I’m a pay-per-view star, second I ain’t ducking or dodging nobody, they know what it is, I’m No1, it showed tonight.”

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Davis adds: “He was just right there for it. He’s a guy that he punches but he doesn’t try and get out of the way when he punches.
“There’s nowhere he could have went as the ropes were there, that’s how a professional fighter knows, they adapt to the fight.
“He’s a tough warrior a strong Mexican, he came to fight, he came ready but I was just a better person tonight.”

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Davis said: “Once we started fighting, you could see in the first round I didn’t really warm up in the back, so when I got there I was still cold.
“I threw my jab and he threw back, I throw again and he throw back, so I’m like he’s trying to counter off my counter.
    “I just adapted.”

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ
Davis knocks out Santa Cruz with an amazing left uppercut.
As the two were trading shots on the inside, Davis slipped on the outside and delivered the perfect shot down the middle.
    Santa Cruz was out cold.

    DAVIS VS SANTA CRUZ

Like we expected, Chisora bum-rushing Usyk straight away, trying to make it difficult as possible in there for him.
Chisora tries an overhand right but Usyk blocks and moves away. Chisora trying to make it rough and tough for the Ukranian.
This is exactly the sort of start Del Boy wanted.
Usyk just working things out, backing up and downloading all that data, as they like to say. Usyk lands a nice left at the end of the round.

“When I hit him, he’ll be hit, there is nowhere to hide. I need a fair referee. I want this fight to be fair.
“I don’t want to be dancing or wrestling. I want both of us to work fairly.
“I have to keep marching forwards. He will try to wrong-foot me but I’m ready. People will be surprised.”

    USYK VS CHISORA IS NEXT!

    KAMBOSOS JR BEATS LEE SELBY!
We have scores of 118-110, 115-114, 116-112 for the Australian, who is now Teofimo Lopez’s mandatory challenger!

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 12
Cracking final round! Both fighters give it everything they’ve got but like we’ve seen all night, Kambosos, to me, comes out on top.
He lands a brilliant right hand on Selby at the two-minute mark but the Welshman takes it.
Kambosos has all the confidence in the world as the final moments of the round approach.
He ducks a couple of punches before landing an uppercut of his own. Selby then hits Kambosos on the back of the head out of frustration.
The Aussie fighter finishes strongly, though. Decent fight.
    116-112 Kambosos for me.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 11
Selby with a better round . I’ve got this 7-4 to Kambosos, though.
Kambosos still pushing the action but wasn’t as effective in the 11th. Selby landed some decent, crisp shots up close and made Kambosos think about a few things.
He closes the round decently, however, but lands a left hook on Selby’s gloves.
Selby comes back with some in-fighting of his own. Last round coming up!

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 10
A little bit more purpose in this round from Lee Selby, who looks lighter on his feet too.
Kambosos slow to begin the round but he picks the pace up against mid-round. He’s putting on a good performance so far and continues by digging to the body again.
Kambosos then throws a nice right hand, which lands. Selby just not doing enough in an effective way so far.
Nice left hand from Selby to end the round.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 9
Another decent round from Kambosos as Selby continues to try and box off the back foot.
Kambosos digs a nice right hand to the body before hitting the Welshman with a nice left hook to the chin.
The away man does the same with a right hand toward the end of the round, which he won for me.
    6-3.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 8
Selby trying to get on the front foot to start the round but he’s not landed too clean in this round as of yet.
He does get a sweet left hook in but Kambosos comes back with a big punch of his own.
    He felt that one, alright.
5-3 Kambosos for me. Good hand speed and sharp on his counters so far.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 7
Good round from Kambosos this time. Getting Selby, who’s still boxing from the outside, against the ropes.
This is still seriously tough to score with two boxers effectively fighting different fights. It all depends on what the judges like best.
It’s definitely a well-matched bout. I’d give this one to the Australian.
4-3 to Kambosos, who lands some nice punches to the body to close the round.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 6
Good round from Selby, doubling up on his jab, looking a little more relaxed in there.
Kambosos should try and force the pace here because this isn’t the way to win a fight away from home at the moment.
He was better in the first couple of rounds but he’s slowed down a tad since then.
Lee Selby looking like the former world champion in there… nothing too special but just enough to keep Kambosos honest.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 5
Selby tries a few shots but he’s a little out of range to start things off – perhaps aware of what Kambosos can produce up close.
Welshman trying his best to frustrate Kambosos and is having a better round as the middle of the three minutes approaches.
Kambosos throwing shots but landing on Selby’s gloves.
Selby with some neat footwork showing a lot of experience in there.
Close fight, it really is, I’ve got Kambosos 3-2 up.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 4
Kambosos finished round three strongly, I’d make it 2-1 to the away fighter so far.
Selby trying to box his way into winning these rounds but Kambosos keeps coming forward, undeterred by what’s coming back at him.
Tough rounds to score so far but you’ve got to think the judges will be favouring the home fighter.
Kambosos landing a nice right hand to finish the round but Selby comes back with jabs of his own.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 3
Kambosos still the aggressor as Lee Selby tries to steal these early rounds without exerting too much energy.
Selby eats a one-two from the Australian toward the end of the round. Decent round from Kambosos, who looks really up for this.
Selby is smart, though, and has been 12 rounds many times before.
Setting up to be an intriguing one, this.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 2
Better round from Kambosos but Selby still looking pretty calm and collected in there so far.
The Welshman still trying to get his jab going but he’s a little short with a few attempts.
Kambosos also trying to work things out but you get the sense he could probably trouble his opponent by being a little bit rougher in there.
Very close round, could go either way. 1-1 I’ll put that down as.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Round 1
Feeling out process for both fighters but Kambosos definitely the aggressor to start things off.
Selby just working things out, trying to establish his jab. Selby looking like the much bigger man in there.
Kambosos catches Selby with a nice left-hook in the final minute but Selby with the cleaner work so far.
I’ve got it 1-0 to the former IBF world featherweight champion.

    SELBY VS KAMBOSOS JR
    Here we go!
